Woke up to water under the sink and my first reaction was panic. I don’t know anything about plumbing and imagined the worst. He showed up, took a look, and immediately explained what was actually happening. Turned out to be a worn part, nothing crazy. The calm attitude helped more than I expected. By the time he left, I could breathe again.

A faulty thermostatic mixing valve that caused temperature swings was replaced with a modern unit calibrated carefully. The shower now maintains steady warmth without sudden changes. The improvement in comfort was immediate.

The plumber arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the leaking pipe. He explained the repair clearly before starting the work. The job was done neatly and tested thoroughly. Pricing was reasonable for the service provided. There was a short wait for parts, but communication was clear. Overall, I’m satisfied with the result.

Third time I’ve had to call them to fix a leak in my waterline in my driveway/yard. Each time they’ve come within a day and gotten it done, which is such a relief.

Replaced a leaking corroded copper pipe from our water heater. Also advised us on phone how fix another quick leak by ourselves.

Top notch service. We had a leak between meter and house and they were able to get out same day to run a temporary line and had a new line installed in a few days.

The service and schedule was efficient, but I found it very expensive. I thought the service I hired was a complex operation, but it took about 15 min to get it done and they charged me $500 with parts that usually cost $70... Well, perhaps this is what everything cost nowadays.. I might need to change my job to keep up with the price of things today

My Rheem tankless water heater was failing. And even the installer did not want to come out and debug it. I called 10 plumbers and not a one wanted to debug it. But Top Gun sent Eric and he did a fantastic job of getting the right diagnosis, I got the part, and he installed it quickly and it's perfect.
