Plumbing reviews in Bothell, Washington

Kajik was timely, professional, polite, communicated all of the work,
And when he had a problem, getting a part for the job, it took a number of days, but he let me know where he was in the process. I couldn’t ask for any better service from a plumbing company. The rate was what I would expect.

I had an amazing experience working with Kajik. He fixed multiple leaks in my house. They were in the crawlspace as well as in the hoses in the walls.
He has a very deep knowledge and understands the complex issues very quickly. He has been very skillful as well as surprisingly fast. My job was finished in no time with very high quality, at the fairly reasonable cost.

Dave was prompt, professional, and friendly. He presented all options, gave us a fair estimate and was able to complete the job, including cleaning up completely, within a couple hours. We will request his service, should we need a plumber in the future.

Kajik was easy to work with . He was very clear what the diagnosis and game plan was. The company was very good at communicating when they would arrive.
I had an old galvanized pipe that was weak and had a leak which ran down the walls. This was fixed and tested. Everything with the job went well and I was very happy.

Kajik also took the time to make sure a kitchen vent pipe was set up to work properly. The previous plumber took a short cut, which in the future could’ve caused lots of water damage.

You can tell he takes pride in the quality of work he does.
The quote was higher than I anticipated but I know in the long run, this job will be good for many years.

I know you can get plumbing done cheaper, but the old saying you get what you pay for.
I will definitely use Kaizen plumbing again in the future!!

David was fantastic. Very personable, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to do the job right and to offer quite a bit of detail behind the job. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a skilled plumber who takes the time to do excellent work.

We had clogs in two main floor bathrooms within few days of each other. Josh Bradshaw came, saw the situation, immediately understood the problem. And he cleared the clogs in under 5 minutes. Super friendly, super fast guy! Thanks Josh!

BTW: the company has a very good mechanism in appointment setting up, following up, and sending realtime updates regarding technician's arrival, overall making experience very convenient. I absolutely recommend this company.

We experienced a plumbing blowout on an old fixture that fortunately, was caught early. Of course, it happened just before a long holiday weekend.
Kajik responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in less than 2 hours.
Kajik was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the problem.
Thanks also to the office staff that made an exception in their schedule to accommodate us.
Kaizen is at the top of our list for any further plumbing issues and I highly recommend them!

I have had an absolutely great experience with Kaizen! The plumber who came to give an estimate for the multiple issues found in my new home during an inspection was prompt, kind, professional, and patient. He explained all the issues, how they would be fixed, and calculated the quote right there in person. Susie in reception was a pleasure to work with. She was very kind and answered all of my many questions, and helped me to reschedule when needed. Dave came out to fix the issues; he too was prompt, kind, and professional. He reviewed all work to be done and made sure the price of each repair matched what I was quoted. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

David came the same day we called to replace our kitchen sink. He was very transparent with options and recommendations and did the job cleanly and efficiently. Will definitely call again for future needs.

They fit in an estimate in the same day for an urgent plumbing issue at my mom's house and they were able to get the work done within 4 days. Very professional and worked with us to find a creative solution that left no damage to her siding or kitchen cabinets. Absolutely will work with them again if we have a need.

Kajik was great. Helped me with a couple issues, even with the bad news of having to replace a pipe underground that was unexpected, his pricing was fair and honest. Explained what needed to be done well and made sure I understood before starting on the project. Would not hesitate to recommend Kaizen to others.

Kaizen and Dave showed up within two hours of me calling about an emergency plumbing issue. And it was fixed within 30 minutes. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and affordable! Highly suggest!

I have used this company for multiple jobs and continue to be impressed with Dave's skill set, patience, and general good attitude. He is thorough and always cleans up after he's done! The owner was able to work with me on a project that was just slightly out of my budget, and it made all the difference! Thank you Kaizen Plumbing.

I will most definitely continue to use Kaizen Plumbing for all plumbing jobs needed at my home .

Amazing service, Kaizen was able to send someone out within 2 hours of my call. Dave was very knowledgeable, explained the situation well and fixed our leaky pipe swiftly! Will recommend Kaizen to friends and family that need a great plumber.

I recently used the plumbing services from Laizen Plumbing &Sewer,Bothell. and I am pleased to share my positive experience with Kaizen Plumbing & Sewer in Bothell. Their team was punctual, professional, and efficient, and the quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable plumbing solutions.

Kaizen Plumbing is a great reasonably priced service, our home has had lots of plumbing issues. We have called them to fix everything, toilets, faucets, shut off valves, septic tank and pipe issues. They are extremely knowledgeable and have fixed everything perfectly. It’s easy to schedule, they arrive on time and they clean up nicely after they finish. We will definitely call them back if we have anything else break.

Kajik literally came to our rescue under short notice when we discovered a clogged sewer line. He was friendly, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and a blessing to us. Thank you very much Kajik for taking time out of your busy day to help us in our time of need. May God bless you and yours always 🙏🙌✨️

Kajik did a great job cleaning up trap and opening up the stuck bathroom sinks. He also recommended simple tools from home depot, and noticed a few other issues (non-steel pipes in toilets) that need attention.
Very satisfied, will definitely recommend!

The communication was excellent! We had some issues with a bubbling in our downstairs toilet. Kajik diagnosed it very quickly. We got on the schedule quickly.

Even though the quote initially seemed expensive, the hard work and quality workmanship was worth it. Kajik took the time to explain what had happened and how I can do a few maintenance things to avoid the situation again. Also, they team did not try to sell me on more unnecessary work. They were honest and straightforward. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater was acting up. Two other plumbing companies just wanted to install a new water heater, but Kaizen was willing to fix the dip tube, pressure relief valve, and expansion tank (after a discussion of the relative risks that the rest of the heater might die at any point in the future). In the end, they fixed our heater for much less than the cost of a new one, and if we get an extra year or two out of the existing heater it will have been worth it. I appreciated the quality service and willingness to give us options.

I am beyond impressed with Kaizen Plumbing! They fixed my leaky water heater quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. David was amazing and very professional. Highly recommend for any of your plumbing needs!!
