This wonderful, local company bent over backward to help with my emergency issue. The main line to our septic backed up into our toilets, tubs and showers this morning. Kaizen was at my door 30 minutes after I called them. What should have taken maybe 90 minutes took more than 4 hours (crawling, digging and removing a toilet included). I received updates as they went and they took the time necessary to make sure everything was running smoothly. They also took the time to explain the service afterward, with a few suggestions on preventative measures we should consider.
I will absolutely call them again, hopefully not in emergency circumstances though!

I had Dave to replace the water heater in my garage. He was professional on the installation, and answered all my questions on maintenance. I will definitely call if any plumbing issue in the future.

We called Kaizen when our septic back up. They responded right away. We discovered that we had a plugged pipe to the septic, because of all the roots that had made their way into the system. They helped us make a plan, got it done quickly and did a fantastic job. Also, the excavader guys were great as well. Kaizen will be our life long plumbers, because they exceeded our expectations!

David came up with great solutions for plumbing needs. He successfully completed the job in a timely fashion. We were impressed by the quality of his workmanship. I would hire him again.

Josh, the plumber who came out and did the actual work, did a great job (outside during a heatwave!) and managed to keep me in the loop and clearly explain what was going on and why everything had to be done the way it ended up getting done. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Gave us a next day appointment during a busy freeze season in Jan 2024. Had an opening pop up earlier in the day that they offered which was appreciated. Arrived on time, able to track technician location/timing with app. Thoroughly inspected crawl space and external water supply lines. Was patient with explaining steps that were being taken. Solved the problem in one hours time and billed fairly and accurately. A pleasure working with this company and technician (Kajik).

Dave was an absolute dream to work with. He knew his stuff (literally could answer all of our questions), was straightforward with pricing (never even got a whiff of scammy intentions or unfair pricing), worked extremely hard (in addition to planned work, he had to fix some unexpected issues in the house and in the crawlspace - and did it all so kindly and proactively), and had the best stories. Dave (and by association, Kaizen) will always be our go-to plumbing expert.

David Stuhr was knowledgeable and experienced replacing our failed sewer pump. Removal and insulation was done in efficiently. He was very clean and tidy. Process was explained before, during and after. Since work was done in crawl space, he took photos to share.

Kaizen Plumbing is amazing. I called them to setup a water access point for a landscaping company to use to install a sprinkler system. They not only did an amazing job completing that; they also reattached our garbage disposal for free. I highly recommend this trustworthy, friendly, and professional company.

Kaizen Plumbing responded promptly to a contact request submitted through their website and scheduled a two-hour appt window for a few days later after confirming that the problem wasn't urgent. I received a text message with map link to track arrival time 30 mins before the appt, and the technician arrived right on time. Kajik listened carefully to my description of the problem with my kitchen sink drain, and did some tests to help diagnosis possible causes. They provided estimates for a simple fix that might help, and a more thorough option, and explained clearly what the problem appeared to be and how the proposed work would address it (including waiving the cost of the simpler fix if the more extensive cleaning ended up being necessary).

Kajik performed the requested repair quickly and professionally, and confirmed that things were working to my expectations afterwards, and explained that the repair was warrantied for several months. The repair was not cheap, but I am satisfied that the transparency, professionalism, and quality of the work was worth the price! I plan to contact Kaizen again for any future plumbing work.

Pouya from Kaizen Plumbing was able to come out for an estimate to have a pressure regulating valve and new shut off valve installed for the home. They were able to order the needed parts and get us on the schedule a few days later. Their estimate was not the lowest but also was not the highest. We decided to go with them because I felt confident they were going to perform the work in a way that I would be happy with. This was in fact the case. Happy I decided to go with them and would not have any hesitation recommending them to neighbors, family and friends.

He was very kind and easy to understand when he was explaining the problem with our out door hose bib. He took his time Going over the issue and making sure I understood all of the options. In the end it turned out ti be an easy fix, which he did for no charge. We had another issue with our kitchen sink which he told us how we could fix easily by ourselves. I was so impressed with his service, demeanor, and honesty. Instead of doing both of the jobs and charging us. He saved us hundreds of dollars by telling us how we could solve the kitchen sink issue and, quickly fixed our leaking hose bib. We will definitely use them again.

Had Kaizen do some extensive water leak work. They were nothing but professional, set time line expectations and kept to them. The quality of work is great, they really do approach the work as if I was a family member. 10/10 would definitely highly recommend.

Thank you David for taking care of my brother in law. He came in and found the problem and fixed it within an hour.
