Intermountain Glass replaced our 60"x58" living room window for <$1,000. The seal was busted and the replacement was a simple fix. They communicated clearly, explaining how the issue could be fixed and what potential costs we would incur. They also looked at other potential window replacement needs around our house, providing quotes as requested. They were quick to return any voicemails and kept us informed on supply/delivery/scheduling when prompted. This was all done during the COVID-19 pandemic, so things were anything but normal. They always adhered to the current mask and social distancing rules.

I'll start by saying the installer that came to replace my glass was great. He was prompt, courteous, in and out and left no mess at all.

The only negative is this was to replace a window that was previously installed by this company. The window had a crack that appear from the corner and went diagonally about 70% down. Somehow, this was not covered under the warranty (part of the reason I went with this company was the warranty). So this replacement was $800.

Jesse arrived on time. Very nice guy. He fixed my problem quickly and neatly. For a plumbing problem, I thought it was a reasonable price.

Hanson and his team were excellent! Efficient, thorough, and took their time to answer my questions. We’re delighted and will be using this service again.

We had windows and doors, both entry and sliding glass replaced by Emerald City through McLendons. These guys were great every step of the way--estimate, showroom, and installation. They did an amazing job on installing the office door, we had an open space that we wanted to make it a complete office room, the installation process was not easy but they made their way through and installed it, definitely elevated the space!

We had our window replaced with Emerald City Energy. The whole process was super professional and clean. Everyone we engaged with from Frank (for estimates), Kyle (for project comms), and Tipton (measurements and installation) was helpful, professional, and considerate. We love our new window! I wish we had known beforehand that painting the trim would be done by another person as a separate appointment, not the same day as the install. Overall a great experience and we hope to replace additional windows with Emerald City Energy in the future.
