After an initial communication snafu the Emerald City Team sharpened their responsiveness and did everything in their power to make two window replacements as professionally and efficiently done as possible. They scheduled the product installation as soon as possible so I could quickly relet my premises. Their installation team was beyond professional, comprehensive, and knowledgeable. (They should give caulking classes to the world. And did I mention how thorough their clean-up of the work area was?) These guys are EXPERTS. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone in need of a professional window replacement job. I live in security that the job was done RIGHT. Professional service from the live person who answered the phone without going through a long telephone tree or AI, the consultant and quote, and the installation. Windows look great and project finished ahead of time. The areas around the windows were spotless at departure.
