We had several of our windows replaced back in September of 2025. From the beginning, Kyle was so great at getting quotes for us and informing us about glass replacement vs. new windows. At every turn he answered our questions and got back to us quickly.
Riley was our installer for the job. He was professional as well as quick and precise. Had we know how easy this process was going to be, we would have completed this project years ago.

The Hanson and his partner were in my opinion the best workers that I have seen in a long time. I felt they went above and beyond putting a huge kitchen window in and doing a few extras for me. They cleaned up before they left my place

I needed to replace two windows that failed. The technician was very professional. The windows look fantastic. Only issue is I love these windows and now want to replace others. I will definitely contact these folks again. Hopefully Riley, our technician will be the one to do the next installation when needed. I just found out they do skylights. I will need to have those replaced the next time too.

Went through them for both a front door and garage door. George and Terry the consultants/inspector for the garage and the door respectively were great.

I believe they outsource the garage to Pacific garage doors who did a fantastic job.

Super satisfied with Hanson and Corey who did an awesome job with our front door. It looks great and they left everything looking clean.

We almost didn't use them as their website deterred us since it can use an update but Max in sales was easy to communicate with. Would recommend making it to a showroom to start. Had some hiccups with communication and product delivery but they made it right.

Happy with the final products and would recommend them.

Great customer service- Anthony was my sales person, Riley, Hanson, Cory and Nelson were install crew. It’s been just a few hours that the windows have been installed, (haven’t had more than a minute to look at them, but so far so good )!

There were two massive custom glass orders - to try and re-create the original 1956 frameless look but with double pane insulated glass. Not a typical window replacement !

The crew treated my home very nicely- I look forward to enjoying a warmer and quieter living room.
