Adam and Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating did a great job. Provided informative updates and explained everything - very customer centric! Very professional and quality work. Water heater replaced and new plumbing throughout our newly purchased house, our dream home.

I got a disposer replaced with puget sound plumbing and heating last year. It was working perfectly. Then I got a dishwasher replaced later from Best Buy. The guy who installed the dishwasher for us mass up the disposer (did not tighten the screw, and even lost one of the screw). The. My disposer started leaking. I called the team, get the technician on onboard immediately within a couple hours. They addressed the issue very quick and fixed it for me. Super professional, best team!

Paul was on time, knew what he needed to do (water heater expansion tank installation) and did it quickly & correctly for a fair price! I was kept in the loop on arrival times by dispatch, Chris (apologies on spelling if wrong).

Great service and I plan to use them again in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I called to schedule a drain scope and was able to get same-day service. Michael L. came out and was fantastic—he scoped the drain, explained everything clearly, and showed me exactly where things looked good and where there were issues. I decided to go ahead with hydro jetting, and he got it all done that same day. Great service and solid advice—highly recommend!

Donny came because of a leaking garbage disposal. Quickly diagnosed the issue, how it happened, fixed it and showed me how to prevent it in the future. Next day service after call. Will use again in the future

I had a great experience with Michael and David today! We didn't have hot water for a few days and decided to get help from Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating and also, support a local business. Michael & David showed up within the agreed time window. They took the time to inspect, answered all my questions, and gave honest opinions and recommendations on what needed to be done. I took their advice and got a new water heater and a thermal expansion tank. Michael & David were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful to my property. Call in the early morning at 8am and they said someone will come from 10am to 12pm, no one show up & no one call back, I called and they just keep saying I'm next. I waited till 3pm can call them to cancel the appointment. I dont think that's the right way to do business.

Had a plumbing emergency. They sent a plumber the same day. Michael Lawson did a great job. Worked with the old galvanized plumbing. He was able to fix the bad part while being careful of the rest of the old pipe. Tried to do as little damage to the plaster wall as possible. Ensured the faucet was flowing properly and no leakage. Answered all my questions before leaving. I was very impressed with his work and customer service.

Nate is the best! Had a busted shower valve that required removing a shower wall and replacing pipes. I'm so glad I went with Puget Sound! Nate was prompt, skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. He fixed everything quickly and beautifully and for less than another company quoted. First rate job!

Had a flood in the basement. Joseph and crew member efficiently isolated the problem and cleared the issue. To avoid future issues. Joseph gave a short term resolution and a more long term resolution. Able to cost out so we can see the financial implications on the different alternatives. Will definitely use them in the future.

Michael and Joshua came to our house today and try fix our boiler. At the very end we decided to just replace the whole thing with them as they try fix our old one and they try there very best to fix it but at the very end we just decide to get a new one from them. Both of these guys were very patient with us and did an amazing job and very professional on what they do. I had Paul Smithlin come to investigate a water leak outside. In 15 minutes he found it where new connections for lawn sprinklers was done in June this summer. Very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable! A very valuable employee!!!
