Michael L came out within hours of me calling and repaired a deep in the ground leak near my meter I found and was very easy to work with, fast and efficient, friendly and pretty fast with the repair allowing me to have running water again. He also explained what would be best to do if my water main line leaks again down stream of the repair and that they can replace the water main for a somewhat reasonable price for the distance i am from the main and can replace it with conduit making the next time it ever need to be replaced very easy which I am highly interested in and plan to return in the future to have done. I am a very satisfied customer.

We had a toilet leak and called Puget Sound Plumbing. They were professional, quick, and thorough. They took care of finding and fixing the leak, and went above and beyond in making sure that the real issue was solved. Really appreciate them, great company to work with.

Highly recommend Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating. Nate came to fix my leaking shower and not only did he do a great job, he also inspected my faucets and hot water heater after I mentioned my husband and I recently moved in to make sure everything was in tip top shape. If have a plumbing issue in the future, they will be who I call.

Joseph and his team did a great job for us. They helped us make the best of a bad situation. We had a broken sewer line and they got it fixed in less than 2 days, with only minimal inconvenience. Highly recommend.

Nate from Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating, Inc was incredibly helpful in working with me to get the best solutions to a couple of issues that I had. His knowledge and hard work were very impressive, especially compared to the last couple of plumbing and heating providers I've had the unfortunate experience to work with.

Highly recommend Nate! He was extremely helpful in repairing my leaking toilet and walked me through every step of the process. When it came to the quote, he made sure to keep the cost as low as possible. He was honest, transparent, and very easy to talk to throughout the whole repair.

I called to have Puget Sound Plumbing come out to bring my kitchen plumbing up to code. The initial work was done as requested but had a small leak that popped up after they left. They were quick to come back today with a more experienced tech who used it as a teaching opportunity for the initial technician. I felt this was not only great customer service but an important commitment to the growth of their team. I will use them in the future.

I work at a business in Woodinville. When I came in to work at 9am this morning, I was greeted by a stench and a sight like no other. The toilet had been severely clogged by someone the day before and left overnight. In my panic, I called the first 4 plumbers to show up on Google. No one could show up before 1pm. We were supposed to open at 10am. I asked a local homeowner if they had any recommendations, she said Puget Sound Plumbing. In less than an hour they sent out their technician to help. Technician Adam Miller was AWESOME! He started and finished the job in under 10 minutes!! He was so friendly and patient with me. I am a huge germaophobe so I was freaking out, but he truly was the best person to have in that situation. I will recommend this company from now on. We were able to open our business on time because of them.

Called them to fix a shower drain clog. They missed their original appointment so I rescheduled to next week. They did manage to fix my shower drain clog but didn't fully clean up before they left.

Update: the company contacted me about my earlier review and expressed they were dedicated to ensuring I was satisfied with their service. After talking with them they resolved my primary concerns and made things right by me. I am updating the review to reflect the good customer support.

Late on a Friday afternoon when most plumbing companies were shut down for the weekend, I reached Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating. First of all the phone was answered by a human being, not a voice mail system. I explained the problem and they said that a technician would be at our house "within an hour." About 55 minutes later, Billy Baccus showed up. Long story short, he diagnosed the failed water heater, removed the old one, replaced it with a new one he had on his truck, upgraded all the connecting pipes, hauled away the broken water heater, cleaned up the space so it was cleaner than when he got there. Start to finish, from my first phone call to "problem solved" was less than 4 hours. No "overtime labor charges." No hard push up-sell attempt. Just someone who knew what he was doing and did it well. A total pleasure to deal with all around.

Michael L was just an absolute life saver (or at least a kitchen saver lol). Cleared out a really nasty clog from the kitchen sink and replaced the previous accordion drain with much sturdier piping. He answered all my questions and was just generally calm and collected throughout the process, which was much appreciated.

The job was done within a couple hours of getting here, including cleanup. I was able to book the night before and they were out at 11 the next morning. Highly reccomend, seems like a good crew. Cost was about 800 for clearing the blockage and 800 for replacing the plumbing.

Quality service, extremely fast and super clean work at a very reasonable price. Not really another point to call anyone else.

Paul came out the same day to diagnose a leak in my shower. Next day the repair was made and the leak fixed. The shower looks better and cleaner than before, no complaints.

Please avoid Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating at all cost! LOOK AT THEIR YELP REVIEWS, NOT JUST THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS. They are a complete scam. Over the weekend my elderly parent’s new toilet that was installed had a clog and I called to schedule an appt. I was not there upon their arrival but when I got their call a technician was on the way, they said 15-20 mins, I left to meet the technician at my parent’s house which I live less than 10 minutes away. By the time I arrived, the technician had declogged their toilet which was clogged by toilet paper and he used a snake auger to remove it taking him less the 15 minutes to remove it and the final price was $547!!! That is extremely absurd for work that is less the 15-30 minutes. They took advantage of my elderly parents who do not speak English and couldn’t advocate for themselves or full understanding of the costs before work begin, they didn’t confirm or ensure they understood pricing and went ahead. By the time I arrived, I was stuck paying the $547 bill on my parents’ behalf who can’t afford that. It is absolutely disgusting to take advantage and mark up your pricing significantly. Upon asking around, most plumbers charge by the hour and I wish I would have seen the Yelp reviews prior to scheduling with them. Additionally when I called to discuss the overprice charge, their customer service person Chris was extremely rude and tried to make excuses for their 2 star reviews on Yelp of scamming and ripping customers off with their book pricing. He claimed their Google reviews are great, which I think that’s the only thing they care about because when people google them that’s the first thing to show up, I recommend everyone doing their research and avoiding this company at all cost!!!!

Good service, but expensive. Puget Sound Plumbing replaced my water heater (non-emergency), and while I’m happy with the work, the price ended up being ~$500 more (+17%) than a reputable competitor (4.7 stars on Google). It’s my fault for not waiting for the 2nd quote to come back before agreeing to Puget Sound’s quote. I confirmed that both companies’ quotes included the same Bradford White water heater, an expansion tank, drip leg, etc. In fact, the competitor’s cheaper quote also included a water alarm for the price. In short, this is a good company but I recommend getting a 2nd quote before selecting them.

Had a leak coming through living room ceiling. Spoke with Chris on the phone and Adam was our technician.both were courteous and treated my issue with same urgency that I felt. Adam was efficient, neat and great to work with. He quickly found the issue (upstairs shower) and found both a cracked pipe leading to the shower head and the bigger problem (leaking around the shower handle/cartridge). Adam did a good job explaining what the issue was and fixing it quickly, even with 4 crazy kids running around and a toddler napping. He left the space cleaner than it started. I really appreciate the job he did today.

I had a blockage in my tub and sink and needed someone to come out ASAP.

Sean the technician who came out was excellent, very friendly and talked through my options, he was also very accommodating to take care in the bathroom as it was newly remodeled.

However the pricing was absolutely terrible. They didn’t share anything upfront when I made the appt just stated it would be by the job.

The ‘by the job’ pricing was way higher than hiring a plumber by the hour. Since I was in a bind I had to move forward with them but for example and transparency they charged $1000 to snake my kitchen sink when I paid a plumber from another company $250 to do it because it took less than an hour. Also snaking the kitchen sink didn’t solve all the problems as we had hoped, so they charged an additional $400 to snake the tub and see if that would fix the issue.

Likely will not use again although Sean was wonderful. Not a good rate for simple blockage fixes.

We were so overcharged by this company last September. We had just bought a midcentury house in West Seattle and wanted all the toilets reseated, because one of them was actually tilting when you sat on it, and the others all had crumbling grout around the floor, which didn’t inspire confidence. After looking at the four toilets, the plumber said one was fine, but reseated the other three, and also fixed two small leaks under bathroom sinks. He was a pleasant guy and seemingly did a good job, but then we got the bill. We were charged nearly $3000 for 3 or 4 hours of work and no major parts or materials, just new wax seals and grout. Well, lesson learned! Today I had a different, well-reviewed local plumbing company come out with a journeyman and an apprentice. They spent over 2 hours reseating the fourth toilet, the one that the plumber from Puget Sound Plumbing had deemed okay. It wasn’t okay, it was leaking sewer gas through the bad seal, and reseating it turned out to be surprisingly complex. Cost was less than $1000.

Michael came out and did a thorough check, verified my water heater needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate. I had a previous estimate that was lower he was able to match it and get the water heater changed out in no time! I appreciate his workmanship! I will recommend if ever asked
