Refrigerator quit cooling and 24 hours later were up and running again. Ivan was great, had the part with him. We did have extra frig to keep things cold, that helped. We would highly recommend Pacific Appliance. Nice to shop local too.

We had a great experience with Pacific Appliance! I called their number and I had a technician out the next day! Denis was very knowledgeable and immediately figured out the issue with our washing machine and replaced the part quickly along with explaining other maintenance suggestions to keep all of our appliances working well and lasting longer! I would highly recommended Pacific Appliance Repair!

This is a good company to use. Igor came over to fix my washer. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed it fast, ordered parts and fixed it the following day. The price they offer is reasonable and their dispatcher is very kind. Scheduling and paying are very easy, highly recommend these guys. Also being a locally owned company in battleground was nice.

Fast prompt professional service. I called Monday afternoon and had an appointment for the next morning. Nikolai was very knowledgeable and efficient. Our LG front load washer is back up and running. He even helped my husband restack the laundry machines

Perfect from start to finish. My oven/range suddenly stopped working. I submitted an online request to Pacific Appliance Solutions for an appointment. This was about 2:00 p.m. They immediately called back and set up an appointment window. The next morning, Alex showed up at 8:15 am and by 9:00 he had replaced the part and had the oven working again! I had forgotten to mention that one of my stove burners wasn't working. He immediately ordered a part and said he'd pick it up and come back in the afternoon. Throughout the process he let me know exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost, so there were no surprises. The charges were very reasonable. He did a great job and I would definitely contact Pacific Appliance Solutions for any other appliance issues.

What a fantastic experience! Right before getting ready to leave on vacation our washer had an issue. We called in a panic and were relieved when the repairman arrived the next day (a Sunday!). He determined that replacement parts were needed, and we were pleasantly surprised when he called the next day and said that he had obtained the replacement parts. He showed-up and had everything working later that same day.
Later, we discovered two minor follow-up problems - so I texted the repairman and he again showed-up the following morning. He not only addressed both problems, but helped my wife arrange and put our laundry room back together. When he left, not only was everything working perfectly, but the area looked as good (or better) than new!
A wonderful service was provided at a very reasonable price.

We had a Sub Zero fridge that wasn't cooling any more. The first company we called barely new what they were doing and charged us $300 for nothing. We called Pacific Appliance Solutions and Ivan came out and I could tell instantly he knew what he was doing. He fixed our issues in a few minutes where as the previous company wanted us to buy a new fridge. It's great finding a company that you can trust. You can trust these guys to be knowledgeable and also fair and considerate.

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Pacific Appliance Solutions. We needed our dishwasher repaired quickly and they were able to get an appointment for me on Sunday. We needed to order a part for our dishwasher which arrived the next day and Nikolai (our technician) promptly scheduled an appointment to install and fix our dishwasher. We will definitely use these folks again! Great service and reasonable prices!

They were able to come on the same day I called, communicated well and fixed our furnace! Thankful to have a warm home again!

They came out for a quote to replace my water heater but they found the leak as was able to fix it, I would have never known, so bleased by the professionalism and work ethic.

Great same day service for an air conditioning system repair. Tech was efficient, explained everything, and had our system back up and running within the hour! Highly recommend!!

Sam was my technician and he did an excellent job. We had 2 nest thermostats to install and he knew exactly what he was doing. Very nice and professional.

They never gave me a estimate. Even after I let them know I didn't get it? Washougal heating did get back to me after my review .
The Only Company to do that have to give them credit for that.

Called them last Friday at 3:00 and needed immediate help. Our A/C went out just before our back to back open houses the next 2 days! They put me on hold, called their tech who added one more stop to the end of his day. Vitaly was the tech who gave me a few options and was able to implement the fix on the spot. Our open houses were very successful and I owe much of that to keeping it cool! Thanks so much Washougal H&C!!!!

Our heating system went out overnight. I called when I woke up and they squeezed me in that same day. The cost for my simple repair was $120 including the service call. I thought that was very reasonable.
