My serviceman was prompt and repaired my AC within a reasonable amount of time. He was honest and explained what needed to be done with my unit. I don’t feel like I was overcharged or uninformed. I would definitely recommend this company!

6 year old unit wasn't working. Tech checked and added 2 pounds of refrigerant. A week later, it was not cooling. Called another company and their tech did a thorough job of checking, found a leak in outside unit coil. Result is I need either a major repair or a new unit. I am now getting bids for a new unit (not including Washougal H & C in the bidding). Ended up losing a month of time, moving me into July before I can get the system working again. If the Washougal H&C tech had found the problem, I would have a new unit in by now.

So glad to have two ductless units installed around July 21st. It saved us from the super hot days of summer with the AC. Also love how warm & cozy it feels now that we have it set for heating. Thanks to Yelena at their office, we also got our $1000 rebate in the mail from Clark Public Utilities.

They showed up on time every day and inspected the units in under 30 minutes. They didn't use any scare tactics to push me into a decision. I received a quote that ended up being close to other companies, but this job was done in half the time others quoted, and they didn't have any questions after the initial inspection. It was a very painless experience, I'll be recommending them to others.

We live in the Gorge, where it can be difficult to get service due to the travel time. Alex showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose and repair a heat pump problem that had stumped another technician, using a motor and other parts that he had with him. We were up and running less than two days after I called. Great service, Washougal Heating and Cooling--Thanks so much Alex.

My compressor was out of order after 3 years and covered by the warranty. Washougal Heating and Cooling was able to find the new compressor in 2 days and repaired it so professionally with reasonable price. This is the best HVAC company.

Called Washougal Heating and Cooling for a pilot light that wouldn't stay lit on our gas furnace. Their guy came out and said we needed a new thermostat. Hundreds of dollars, and a new thermostat later, the problem wasn't solved. They came out again, and tried to sell us on a whole new unit. One of their competitors came out, replaced some parts, and we have a working furnace. All without having to shell out for a whole new furnace. Now if I could only get my money back for that thermostat that we clearly didn't need... Chances are slim to none that we will ever use Washougal again.

Above and beyond is how I would accurately describe Washougal Heating and Cooling. The office staff communication is fantastic and the service and sales teams are professional in their roles. What a great company! I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

David and the folks at Washougal Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job on the installation of our new ducted hvac system. My wife told me last winter that she did not know if she could handle another winter in the house without central heat - and now we don't have to! The guys who did the work were professional and listened to what we wanted. I had bids from four competitors and no one else was willing to install a fully ducted system in our 1930 craftsman. Thanksgiving eve 2018. Furnace making strange noise, Called Washougal Heating and David showed up about 7:00pm. After diagnosis we decided that a new furnace made the best financial sense. We also replaced the A/C unit because of its age. Did a lot of research. Got two more bids. Chose Washougal Heating and are we ever glad we did. Professional. Courteous. All questions answered. No surprises. On time. One day installation. Made sure we received all rebates available. All new heating and cooling systems are about the same price. The choice is about hiring the best HVAC contractor. We think that Washougal Heating is the best.

Washougal heating replaced our furnace and air conditioner recently. The two guys that did the install were professional, polite, communicated well and did just a great job. We would definitely recommend them to others.

Loved working with Washougal!! They helped me Fix my A/C. The workers were all super professional, punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. Jenni in the office was able to fit me in there very busy schedule as the days are getting hotter and people need their cold air blowing.

First off, their first point of contact, the admins in the office, were delightful and extremely helpful. Then Oleg gave me a very detailed and reasonable estimate, and answered all my (many) questions. Once I decided on Washougal, I had A/C within a week! It was incredible. I definitely recommend their services, and will most likely be going to them with any further HVAC needs.

We found a significant water leak in our crawlspace and needed to have our HVAC system checked out as soon as possible. Washougal Heating & Cooling were able to come out the next day. Our heat pump ended up not being the problem, but Sam was very helpful in explaining that the leak was coming from the water heater and helped point us in the right direction for that repair. He really went above and beyond!

I scheduled Friday, they were here Monday. Elaina was very nice and understanding of my situation and very informative, we made an informed decision that best fit my needs and Dave showed up Monday and got the furnace working again. I can't say enough good things about my experience, they're definitely top notch.
