Juan and crew did a fantastic job! They were always on time and finished the job two days early. The fence is beautiful! We will definitely be hiring them for our next fencing project.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job. They showed up every morning at 8am and kept great communication throughout the entire project. We loved our new house but disliked the backyard not knowing what to do with it. Kurtis, the designer came in with wonderful ideas and gave us a menu of options to choose from to stay in our budget. We also interviewed 2 other companies and Legacy Landscaping not only had the best price but the best ideas.

These guys did an excellent job and were really quick. Hey gave me a great price and went the extra mile to do a professional job. They were all very friendly and I’d definitely hire them again.

Responsive to original inquiry. Landscape design was detailed and very open to modifications. Very timely and Juan and his crew were extremely friendly and polite.
The original type of railing was incorrect and it was replaced immediately with split railing. The crew cleaned up the area well and even spruced up the rest of our landscaping with additional bark and rocks. Highly recommend this professional and super friendly team!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about these guys and their work. Our daughter is autistic and likes to escape onto the busy road and neighborhoods so we desperately needed a fence she couldn't climb. We shared this with Juan and from that point on he and his team kept our daughter at the forefront of every design and build decision they made. They were able to build us a beautiful fence that was safe, unclimbable and pretty much impenetrable.

The cost was also very reasonable even during this crazy lumber boom.

Finally, the crew were so kind and respectful. They worked so hard through cold and rain to get the job done and they left our yard better than they found it.

Seriously, if you need a fence these are your guys.

We had Americool replace our heat pump last week. They came in with the lowest bid, but also were the best at explaining and communicating what needed done. They came when they said they would, did what they said they'd do, and charged the price they said they'd charge. The techs were professional in appearance and in their communications. And the best part is our house is COOL! It's very rare in this day and age to find a company that truly takes pride in what they do. Americool does, and it shows. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

I can't say enough good things about both Josh, Jeremy, and Jake at Americool. Josh gave us the "A-list" treatment from day one, in both his prompt response time and attention to details. We were looking to replace our aging heat pump and air handler, and being first time home owners we didn't want to risk our hard earned financial equity. Josh made sure all of our questions were answered and that we were 100% certain on our new HVAC system prior to purchase/install.

On the day of install, the guys showed up early and got the job done promptly. They were very respectful of our home and pets, and made sure not to disrupt our daily routine too much. Jeremy did lots of the hard labor, and he stuck with the project through the very end. Everything went smooth as silk. Josh remained available after the install to answer any set up concerns with our new thermostat technology, and that kind of customer serve cannot be beat. Jake came the next day for our duct cleaning, and was a total sweetheart on top of remaining a courteous professional.

Long story short, everyone treated us with so much respect and professionalism without pretense, and we are now customers for life. If you need any kind of HVAC work, look no further than the teams at Americool.

I had the best experience with Americool. From the initial call to the final install, this company was a pleasure. I can't say enough about the professional service that Josh Depoe and the crew (Kam and Johnny) provided. They worked efficiently and did a very tidy job. My building contractor was impressed with the job, which says a lot. Thank you for giving me peace of mind during the crazy process of building a home.

Brandon did an excellent job replacing our furnace. He’s the best tech/Pro we worked with in our lives — very nice, humble, knowledgeable and professional. I have read good reviews of him and was very excited when the very nice Elissa told me that Brandon is the HVAC Pro to come, after the very nice Mark provided a competitive quote and secured their good boss’s approval to urgently help with the soonest appointment avail.

This is my first time with AmeriCool and I found everyone there from the front to the back offices (including Elissa, Kristy and Kristin) is nice, friendly and helpful. It speaks volume for the culture/mgmt (sorry I do not know the good boss's name who helped behind the scenes). I felt lucky & very appreciative and highly recommend Brandon and AmeriCool.

We're very pleased with the service provided my Americool. While it took some time to get the job completed, it really didn't inconvenience us much. Every employee that we dealt with was very nice and friendly. I felt that everything was explained to my satisfaction (and trust me, that's saying something - I need to know the details.) Our American Standard cooling system is working great.

We moved into our house back in December and had to get a new heat pump and furnace. Josh who did the installation was great, and Matt who came to do the cleaning after the remodel was amazing! They were both very nice and professional, Americool is very lucky to have employees like them. They are the reason I am leaving a 5 star review. Their salesmen Patrick is a completely different matter...he leaves a lot to be desired. He upsold us on a more expensive unit and then told us after the installation that our ducting was too small for that unit. At that point the ceiling was completely open and he had seen our ducting so I don't appreciate that he did not do his job by measuring and making sure the unit would work. Patrick gets 0 of the stars for this review. He left a sour taste in our mouths and would not own up to his mistakes like a man when it was brought to his attention. I would recommend this company only because of Josh and Matt. I can only hope that if there is a commission for this sale it be taken from Patrick and given to Matt and Josh. Good work should be rewarded.

I had another contractor come out for a generator installation and he said that he always notices other peoples installation work and stated that whomever installed this should get a great review because he thought the installation work was done very well. He was really impressed with what he saw. He said I have a complicated home layout (3 different home add-ons with 3 different roof levels and a unit was installed in each one, including an upstairs unit) and he said they did an excellent, clean, and creative installation of the 3 ductless heating and cooling units. I qualified for the PSE rebate and they took care of that on their billing side so that was super easy, too. Personally, I thought the bidder and installers were professional, nice, and on-time. To hear someone tell me that I had great work done felt amazing because it was an expensive enhancement to my home overall and I don't know much about installation work. Thank you Americool!

We have a 2 story home and went with Americool who said “we can go from 2 furnaces to 1 and it will be great”. It’s not great, huge temp differences between the floors and not sure how AC is going to work during the summer. The fix is cost prohibitive and now we are stuck.

In August our old heat pump stopped working on the hottest day of the year. We called Americool and they sent someone out after hours to fix it the same day. Shortly after that, we decided that it was time to replace it because it was very old and unreliable. We called them to get an estimate, which turned out to be reasonable and much lower than an estimate we had received elsewhere. We went ahead and scheduled service. They came out on the scheduled day to install the air handler and heat pump. Took about 7-8 hours. The installers were courteous, friendly, and professional. When I called after installation with questions, they were very responsive. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Americool.

Really appreciate Trevor and the Americool team getting us back online with our heat and hot water as soon as possible

We have used Americool many many times with awesome outcome every time .
Having over 2000 rental doors you need someone that knows what they are doing and can do it for a good price while completing in a great time frame.

In June of 2022 I called Americool after our air conditioner stopped working. A few days prior to the appointment I called them back because I now knew our units motor was basically fried so please don't send a tech to fix instead I need a sales person because I am looking to replace. They assured me the same person scheduled could provide me with options & prices for new unit. He arrived I explained I only need pricing options for replacing. He looked at unit for a few moments and said your right it needs replacing & advised me he would be emailing the pricing information. After I received the email I called to see when quickest date for installation could take place. I was advised end of August at which time I explained I just couldn't wait that long because I have Frenchies and cannot take a chance on heat and them overheating so was going with another company that could get the work done the quickest. Soon after I received a bill in the mails
from Americool for Diagnosing my unit!!! I called explained I had phoned in not needing diagnosing just a free estimate for replacing. She (in billing) said she would discuss with tech. I never received another bill until May 1st 2023, 9 months after I had phoned in. I called immediately again explaining same situation to same billing lady this time she was very rude & condescending. So all & all I am being charged for diagnosing when in fact they were to only come and provide me with a free replacement estimate.

I was referred by Taylor for a ductless heat pump. I'm very thankful! The entire experience was professional and thorough. Everyone took time to ensure the job was well done and they made sure to pay attention to detail. Definitely recommended!

The Americool Team has been superb from start to finish when it came to providing / installing our Air Conditioning system. From the beginning, we had Mark C. come out for a sales assessment. He was extremely professional, engaging, and transparent / honest - he gave me piece of mind that what we purchased was the right fit for our home, not just to buy the biggest / best for the sake of it and sell us something we didnt need.

Come install date, the team: Josh D., Jeremy, and Ted were beyond excellent, professional, and courteous. These guys were respectful to our household, had great follow through, great to communicate with, and installed everything nice & neat. Now we're living cool during this coming heatwave and we couldn't be happier.

I HIGHLY recommend you go with these folks for your AC and other needs - you won't be disappointed.

Hate to write this review as I worked with them in the past and it was a 5 star experience from start to finish. Not sure what happened this time, the quoting process alone took almost 4 weeks with two onsite visits. The Tech that came out on the second visit, wasn't really sure why a follow up was needed but was super nice.

The work consisted of a small amount of replacement ducting to reconnect to my system on new construction (less then 10ft) and a cassette unit. During those 4 weeks I had to call the office multiple times for updates and every time, it was like my file didn't exist or wasn't imputed. When I did finally get the quote they, quoted a different system altogether then what we had discussed, we requested a Cassette unit and they priced out a Slim Duck Air Unit. It also came in 30% higher then everyone else and the sales rep told me the unit I wanted would be even more expensive.

They basically told me to go with my other guy, when I started asking questions. Super disappointed.

Updated from 1 to 3 star since the owner did reach out and try to make things right.
