Outstanding service! We recently had them install a new heat pump due to our warmer summers. The team was able to knock out the install in one day. Americool handled dealing with the city to get a rebate for the system, which I had no idea the city even offered. So, there's another win! The quality of work was impressive; they were able to install the unit as though it had always been there. I cannot stress enough how much I personally would recommend them, and already have to a few friends based on our experience.

Dave and Ted arrived on time to replace the electrical panel in our house. The panel removal and installation was a challenge for them, but they persevered and did a great professional job replacing it! They answered all of our questions about the job. I just had a great experience working with Americool on a furnace replacement and heat pump installation. Their bid was very competitive and their installers (Brandon and team) were professional and courteous. The thing that really sold me was when the install was done Brandon said that the heat pump fan was too noisy. (I honestly did not know how much noise was to be expected). He arranged for another tech to come check it out. When that tech was unsuccessful, he ordered a new fan and another tech came out to install that. I was impressed with the crew every step of the way. I rarely leave positive or negative reviews, only when the interaction was exceptional one way or another.

This Americool Heating and Air Conditioning Company here in Centralia, WA has got to be the worst. Supposedly Patrick, the repair person does not know his job. We have been without heat for over 2 weeks and now he installs a new factory fan in the furnance and it goes out 2 days later. He just left us with no paperwork, and said he would refer it to a electrician at his company but we had heat for now. Well the heat lasted 2 days and quit again tonight at 12 Midnight. What kind of crap is that?

After numerous attempts to find duct cleaning services servicing the Hoodsport area (that weren't scams) we saw a recommendation from "Shelton Talks" for Americool.
To our pleasant surprise Technician Chance was the best representative of Americool the company could ask for. He arrived precisely on time, explained the service he would perform thoroughly, and was clean, professional and a very pleasant person.

This is hands down one of the most honest companies around. I called last week to setup an appointment to have our A/C diagnosed because it would not blow cold air. It was very weak. I called and they were able to work me in within a week. I think that's amazing for calling in before a holiday weekend (4th of July) and for the amount of services they must be inundated with because of the heat. The young gal (Tamara?) on the phone told me to find my return filter and see if it was clogged up. If so, its a simple replacement that I could do by buying the filter from Home Depot. Well I finally checked it on Saturday evening, and sure enough, that thing was FILTHY!!! I went to HD and picked up a 3 pack and swapped out the old filter in all of 30 minutes. She saved me money and my marriage, because my wife was going to kill me because of the heat 😆.
The fact that this young lady gave me the necessary information to trouble shoot it myslef, instead of taking my money for a service call is amazing. I believe that this type of instruction is taught from higher ups. It's taught because that is what kind of values AMERICOOL has. The owners instill these values in their team, which then serves the community. This is the type of service America needs. Not greedy companies nickling and diming it's customers.
I will ONLY recommend AMERICOOL for A/C and heating needs from here on out. When its time replace our system, I WILL be reaching out! Thank you for having amazing values and instilling those values to your amazing employees!

Home was not heating and cooling properly. Tech came out and explained everything to me and also took the time to setup my thermostat. Discovered that the unit was not powered properly on the outside. Home cooled down 7 degrees in a matter of 10 minutes! Highly recommend this company!

My grandparents have been complaining of uncomfortably warm temperatures in their house as of recent. A few weeks ago I spoke to Mark, who lives right next door and we got a great quote. After speaking to Mark who educated us on the AC system and showed us how it work, my grandparents wanted to move forward with the process.

The following week we got a call from Alyssa who set an appointment for a few weeks out.

On the day of installation, Josh, Nick, and John came out to begin installation of the AC and water tank. They were extremely efficient in completing the tasks. My grandma said she felt very confident that they were doing an outstanding job.

When I arrived at the house towards the end of the day, I was greeted by Josh and John. Josh informed me that they were almost complete and were wrapping up final tests and cleanup. About 20 minutes later, Josh showed me how to work the thermostat and educated us on the settings.

The thermostat was very simple, easy to use, and my grandma was able to learn how to operate the thermostat very quickly.

Mark also stopped by to make sure we were fully satisfied and happy with the AC system which we greatly appreciated.

Overall we were very satisfied and content with the business we did with Americool. Mark made the paperwork process very simple and easy to understand. Josh, John, and Nick were all very respectful and had very positive energy when I spoke with them. We would absolutely recommend Americool to friends and family.

I can't say enough about this company and it's employees. We had a unit installed last spring, just to find out it, after the fact, the reputable company we thought that we would be working with was a spin off of the original one we called. Needless to say in January it quit working, no heat, air nothing. I asked around to my freinds and family and they said to call Americool, thank goodness we did! They were out within a few days and found the issues. Major parts needed to be replaced because first installer never installed a surge protector, we thought he had or the vibration pads. It always sounded like a jet taking off or landing! Now it's so quiet you don't know it's on!! I am home do to a disability, and hated the noise but loved the heat and air. We will never go any where else, and now are planning on them installing one in our bedroom. Give them a call, we got our bid, very first day and after it taking a couple times of them coming out to fix it, we paid exactly what the bid was! Not a penny more. Americool and their installers we can't thank you enough and will have our business for as long as we live here!!

I had a great experience with Trevor today, who first helped me over the phone with trying to troubleshoot my furnace issues since we couldn't get a tech out right away. When we couldn't resolve the issue over the phone, he got approval to come out since we didn't have any heat. Once he was out he got everything fixed up in short order. I feel like he went the extra mile. He was very professional and efficient, and before I knew it my furnace was back up and running! I've had nothing but great experiences with Americool. They installed our A/C last year and it has been working great, I've always had great experiences with them. Their customer service is top notch, and I love that a real person picks up the phone every time. I would highly recommend them.

Our new HVAC was installed today. Brandon and Bradley did an awesome job. Very clean install. Brandon adjusted the louvers on our recirculation grill to quiet the extra noise due to the new more powerful blower. Very pleased. Charles was our service tech that diagnosed our locked compressor on the old unit. He was a total pro. And Chris nailed down the exact replacement heat pump and furnace for our house and budget. Total pros. I couldn't be more pleased with your company. I will recommend Americool to anyone that needs service or a new HVAC unit installed.
