Appliance Repair reviews in Covington, Washington

I am so grateful to Sears for providing their timely repair service. They mean so much to me to be able to repair my lawn mower on site in a relatively short amount of time. The repair costs are so much more fare than the alternative of going through John Deere.

This has been the absolute worst experience EVER with a warranty service company. We have been trying for 3 months to get the range hood fan repaired. Sears scheduled and cancelled 8 times with us over the space of 3 months. The customer waited at home each day only to have the appointment cancelled via text. I would highly advise anyone to not use this service, they are a complete joke. I would give zero stars if I could.

Service was great, but the price was not. I was overcharged for the part by 2x, and the repair took less than 1hr.

I will be using only Sears Appliance repair from now on. I had another repair service out and after replacing two parts and failed to get my dishwasher to work, told me just to buy a new one. It is only 18 months old. But Sears knew exactly what is was and fixed it in less than an hour.

I am so very happy and thankful for the technician that came to my home to repair my broken riding lawn mower! He showed expert knowledge. He was very professional and kind. He has repaired the transmission belt, the mower belt, various parts, including the blades. The price was reasonable as well.

Was very disappointed with this service. If I could give zero stars I would.
I reserved an appointment for a cleaning and maintenance.
I was told right away by the Sears technician after he walked that they no longer cleaned the plastic around the door. Apparently they had to replace too many parts after the cleaning.
He then told me to purchase a cleaning pod off Amazon and use that every three weeks.
He then opened the hatch to drain the water and pulled out the filter, all things my husband does.
He asked me for a bucket and paper towels. He then said that this is all they do. He checked to make sure there were no issues by starting the washer.
He left the bucket with dirty water and the dirty paper towel just sitting there.
I paid $107 for absolutely nothing. Sears should do a better job advertising what they do and don’t do on their website.
This was a joke. -
Brandon was polite, professional, courteous and prompt. He diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly. His repair was expertly done.
And he was so good natured with my cat. My cat instantly developed a crush on Brandon and wouldn’t leave him or his bag of tools alone.
Many kudos to Brandon for his customer service and support. -
Very knowledgeable and courteous. Straight forward on the news that repair costs and replacements cost were about the same. Helpful when asked about replacement appliance. Since he wasn’t selling I feel his advise was useful.
