Rick and Warren are the Real Deal! I called on Thanksgiving with a major plumbing issue. They arrived early the next morning, ready to take on the challenge. When it became apparent that it was going to be a bigger job than expected, they did not charge for their time and efforts that day. They returned later with a plan of action and continued to work the problem, making the determination that we needed to involve the City. Rick took charge and made a phone call; it resulted in the dispatch of City workers to inspect and clear the problem at the main line. This saved us from additional time spent on troubleshooting, potentially unnecessary charges and prolonged frustration about the situation. Rick and Warren were professional, courteous and knowledgeable; treating us with kindness and respect. They both shared a great sense of humor, putting us at ease during a very trying time. They adjusted the final invoice after some fortunate change of circumstances, giving us a break on what could have been a very costly experience. We appreciate the value and feel relief and gratitude that the problem has been resolved. We would call them again in a heartbeat if needed, as they made us feel like family; that we mattered and that our issue was important. Michelle, who answered the phone, was also very thoughtful and efficient on the scheduling side. It gives us peace of mind to know that Rick and Warren are out there, and that real help is only a phone call away. I will remember our interaction and resolution with North Hill Sewer & Drain as the best-case scenario, turning the tide in our favor once they arrived on the scene. They came highly recommended, and I will continue to pay it forward by directing friends and family to them and telling others about our positive experience. Thank you Rick & Warren!

North Hill Plumbing is the best plumbing company in the Des Moines area! They responded to my emergency pipe leak the same day and were fast, efficient, and clean. Their pricing is fair for the quality of service provided—you definitely get what you pay for. Five stars and I will definitely hire them again. I've used the big-name companies before and overpaid, but at North Hill, it's all about value and making homeowners happy.

I needed multiple plumbing jobs done on my home, and North Hill Sewer & Drain was highly recommended to me. They were able to do the work within a week, and now I too, highly recommend them! Matt was my technician, and he is knowledgeable & highly skilled. He actually went to 5 different Home Depot's and Lowe's stores to finally get the kitchen faucet I had chosen!! He is a gem and a work-horse, which is rare to find these days. The communication from their office with bids and receipts were immediate, and in perfect order. This company is a class-act, I will definitely be using them in the future and highly recommend!

Warren and Rick both showed up on a Sunday after Christmas to access the problem we were having. They walked me through the situation every step of the way and were very straightforward and transparent when it came to the evaluation and the costs. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided. We would definitely recommend and use Northhill Sewer and Drain again. It’s nice that they are located in neighborhood and so close as well.

We had Warren, Rick and Matt do 2 projects for us (one repair and one main water line replacement) over the past 2 years and we HIGHLY recommend them. They are kind, communicate often and thoroughly, show up on time, give fair quotes, and do a really good job. They cleaned up so well after the main water line replacement you can hardly tell anything was touched. They have a "no worries, we will figure this out" attitude that makes working with them so easy. We have recommend North Hill to neighbors and will continue using them for all plumbing needs!

Exceptional service by the North Hill Plumbing. They have done so many projects for me, from shower renovation, toilet resets, flange replacements, and even whole house re-pipe. They pulled permits, they dealt with the city. They provided cost saving measures and always answered my questions.

Our old bathroom sink was cracked & really much too big for our small bathroom. We purchased the desired pedestal sink from Home Depot & had it delivered. Today, the sink started leaking from underneath during use. Their plumbing service repaired it immediately. No more leaks now.
