This company went above and beyond to figure out what our issue was. We had a flooded front yard and they ran a camera through all the outdoor drains and when the camera wouldn’t travel any farther, they dug around to find the problem. Will definitely be using them for any future problems we encounter.

Among the four places I requested for quotes, they gave me the most reasonable price. The work was done quickly, and the plumber was professional and easy to work with. I’d ask them again if I have any plumbing work in the future.

The North Hill team provided me with an estimate to add an extension onto my sewage pipe to accommodate a new toilet. While I ultimately decided to wait on the project, I was impressed by their very reasonable estimate given the scope of work as well as their fast and professional response time.

I will always use this company. I will not be calling anyone else. I have used this company for year and I have referred them to all my family and friends. I just used them at my place of business and they rocked it. We had a sewer drain that was clogged that was flooding 3 of my unit. They fixed my issue ad explained exactly what was going on. I thought I had a minor plumbing problem with water around the bottom of a toilet bowl. Turns out I had roots obstructing the drain - big problem. Rick and his crew arrived and after diagnosing the plugged drain, removed the problem and I now have a fully working toilet! Yeah!! Some insulation installers said I had an apparent sewage leak in my small and unpleasant crawlspace. I called North Hill Sewer and Drain and a plumber was sent out the same day -- he checked all my bathroom pipes in my crawlspace and found no leak. Then he suggested I turn on my shower and point the shower head all around and, sure enough, that turned out to be the source of the leak into the crawlspace. I simply needed to recaulk and regrout my shower. So the plumber solved this mystery quickly -- and made my day. Whenever I have a plumbing or sewer problem, this is the company I will call.

I called North Hill Sewer and Drain with the problem that my hot water only runs for a short time in the shower. Then just cold water runs. This was about 9 am in the morning. Michelle worked hard to find me a plumber that could come in that afternoon. Chad the plumber came in at the appointed time, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He assessed what the problem could be and was able to fix it. By the time he left, I had hot water running as needed, especially when taking showers! Thank you for the prompt service, Michelle and Chad.

Chad came out to our tiny house construction to install the flange for the toilet and to set the shower pan.

When he got out there we realized, during the foam insulation process, that the toilet drain had moved about two inches from where it was supposed to be.

Moving a drain pipe after it was foamed in is almost impossible. It is like being stuck in cement. My contractor and I were able to dig out some of the foam and Chad was willing to stay longer until this was complete.

He then was able to use different fittings to place the drain in the correct location.

What would have only take about 30 minutes took a couple of hours. We were not charged for this extra time and Chad was very supportive. We appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond.

Rick and Warren did a fantastic job revamping the water connections for a new washer. My old nozzles stuck out 5” from the wall which meant a new washer (on a pedestal) would not sit close to the wall. They installed a recessed system inset into the wall and solved the problem. They were very professional, thorough, communicated what they were doing and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend North Hill Sewer and Drain and, if the need ever arises again, I will call them.
