My toilet drain was leaking onto the carpet. Rick came right away and accurately diagnosed the problem. They came to do the repair and were in and done in 2 hours. Great job Rick!

This team was amazing. They came out and figured out my drain issue and replaced my spigots. I’m going to be using them again for all of my drain and plumbing issues moving forward.

The pipes under my toilets and bathtub were leaking. A friend recommended them, and I called them for an estimate in the evening. They came the next day, did the inspection for free, and then installed new pipes at a reasonable price. They were very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Great service. Knowledgeable and responsive. We had a water leak in our water line running from the public water main. Rick and his team quickly identified where the leak was and replaced the damaged pipe where it broke and reconnected it in the crawl space to ensure it wouldn't leak in either place. Gary 05/01/2024

North Hill Sewer and Drain came out within a couple hours of calling and solved our backed up drain issue very quickly. They were professional, friendly, and we won't hesitate to call them again!

North Hill did all the plumbing at our house for a permitted whole bathroom built from scratch. Everything was done perfect, they had to drill through the foundation to connect to the sewer outside the house, and they just touched the areas strictly needed and finished it up really neat. Communication was great, they were always on time, and they did their job as scheduled.

Rick and Warren are fantastic. They are fair, clean, hard working, responsive, honest plumbers. Their prices are reasonable and they are worth it! I bought a house full of problems and have had excellent experiences numerous times with these guys. What they fix, stays fixed. I am thankful to know them!

Called at 6 am 4/15 for a clogged drain in the kitchen. Warren tried to work us in for 2 pm. He called to reschedule for 9 am next morning. Rick called to see if he could show up earlier. He cleared the pipe, changed baskets in the sink, and replaced the plumbing under the sink. I was grateful since they squeezed us in. He also squeezed us in to replace the cartridge and knob for the tub Fawcett. I noticed he had placed the baskets with manufacturer name center top. A small detail that says more about the individual than my expectations. I initially called them because they are local to where we live, now I will call because they do good work

I called NHS&D on a friday morning for a clogged drain. They were able to get someone out that afternoon. One drain was not able to be cleared that day. On the following Monday after further diagnosis it was found that the original piping needed to be replaced. The repairs were well explained and a fair quote for repairs was given. The repairs were done quickly and the crew was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend North Hill Sewer & Drain.

I've used North Hill Plumbing and Sewer multiple times for both sewer pipe lining and all types of plumbing. They're great! Very responsive (especially in emergency situations), they review the overall situation and tell you what you need to do to fix and prevent the problem. I've never had a situation where they've had to come back and fix work they've done. I have no hesitation is recommending!

We had North Hill Sewer and Drain come out and do two different jobs for us. The first was an outdoor faucet replacement/repair and the second was connecting our first and second floor plumbing together, for a new septic system that was being installed.
We were very pleased with their punctuality, communication and value of the quality of services that they performed for us. We had this bid out with several other companies and some of them looked completely confused about what we wanted done. Not North Hill Sewer and Drain; they looked at our project, explained how they would perform the needed work and quoted us a very fair price.
We would definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs. Thanks for a great experience!

Matt is terrific. Did excellent work, easy to communicate with, arrived on time, and very respectful. He also left everything extremely clean and tidy, which I really appreciate!

We always get three bids and once again North Hill won our business. Our sewer was blocked and almost backed up into the house. One bid came in at 20k, another at 5k, and Warren at North Hill was the only plumber that told us about a rebate available through the water district and in the end, the project cost us almost nothing! The North Hill team cleared and inspected the sewer, cut the concrete, replaced the side sewer pipes that were failing, got the job permitted and inspected, then filled the area back to a functional state. North Hill is a local small businesses that you should consider. Warren is a bad ass!

We have a good decision to proceed with North Hill Sewer and Drain to take care our Sewer problem. Good people and give us suggestion to avoid problems in the future.

Recently I bought a house. I needed a lot of plumbing work done on it. Because I had such a good experience with North Hill sewer and drain, I decided hire them to repair a corroded pipe underneath my house and replace my water heater. They did such a excited job they answered all my questions and are very knowledgeable, detailed, and trustworthy. Warren turned what we thought was a disaster into a solvable problem. He looked creatively at our older plumbing and came up with a way to reach a clog that we had feared was a sewer line collapse. And he is super personable! We are extremely grateful.

If you're looking for a great plumbing company that's fair, trustworthy and efficient, North Hill is the place to go. Rick Moore, the owner is honest, timely, and very professional. He reworked plumbing in our crawl space that was put together with chewing gum before we bought the house. He worked with us as we needed the crawl space dried out by another company before we started. He went above and beyond his contractual obligations to make sure we were happy with the job, by coming back after the job was done to ensure our Navion tankless water heater and boiler was working properly and bleeding the system thoroughly.
I rarely write recommendations for companies, but feel this needed to be communicated.
