We had a great experience with Western Washington Tree Service. This was the second time we’ve used them to remove trees on our property. From the initial estimate to the cleanup, they were always professional, highly knowledgeable and always on schedule. Matthew and his crew really know what they’re doing and their experience shows in the job they do. We highly recommend them for tree services. They’ll do a great job at a fair price.

Just had Western Washington Tree Service thin out dead branches on 3 huge fir trees. They were professional, kind and safe. Appreciate the family run business that offers affordable options. A joy to work with!

Saw these guys doing some tree work nearby and asked if they could come by our home and look at a couple of branches that broke on our spruce tree. They came by after the other job and in less that 10 minutes has the two branches off without a ladder. They wouldn’t charge me so I paid them in cold
Sodas!! Really nice guys and very efficient. Will pass the experience on to neighbors.

Western Washington Tree Service removed 4 trees, with 2 having the stumps ground, 3 trees trimmed and 2 large scrubs cut back. They were extremely fast, they cleaned up after their work, our yard looks great!. A team of 5 guys who are efficient, well trained, and safety conscious. Their equipment is newer and well maintained. Matthew estimated and completed the job on the agreed date and time. Their bid was fair. I couldn’t be happier with their work. I highly recommend them, they know what they’re doing!

I wanted to trim back the branches from a row of trees at the back of my house and remove a cherry tree that was tilting towards the house. They did a great job on the removal and cleanup. Matthew gave a detailed estimate and communicated well before and during the project. Overall a great experience.

I called 10 different tree services, western was one of 3 out of 10 that actually answered their phones and arranged a time to come give us a quote. Out of the 3 companies that quoted us they were the most friendly, communicative, they offered a lower rate and more services included in their package than the other guys. It was a no brainer to go with them! (Extra services included cutting the logs up and chipping/removing the branches).

Within an hour of their arrival they had knocked down our big tree (which was near a fence and garage and many other obstacles), chopped the logs into 16” chunks for fire wood in a neat pile, shredded all the branches, and cleared/trimmed back our cherry tree from hanging over the house wires, and swept and picked up all the mess.

Super friendly. Super quick. Super careful (we had so many tricky elements to work around with the house and gates and wires and narrow driveway plus the telephone wires), super glad we hired them! Sounds like it’s been a family business for some time now and it’s very obvious these guys know what they’re doing in the trees.

Met Matthew when our neighbor’s giant oak tree fell during a rainstorm. His team was quick and professional in removing the oak that was blocking multiple homes so I got a quote to trim the cypress that line our entire driveway (~30 in total). Gave me no pressure to book right away and when I reached out to schedule the trim, the communication was excellent. The team did an amazing job taming the overgrown cypress and was also very detailed in the clean up. We finally get some natural light and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Matthew and his team. This is a family business that takes pride in their work and it shows through their work ethic and service driven care! I highly recommend this team for any tree service, small or large, planned or in an emergency! Thank you Matthew and team!

Western WA Tree Service was professional, timely, and kind. They did great work identifying and taking down trees that were a risk to our house. We were impressed with how quickly they worked! When our pigs got scared by the sound and bolted they even helped us catch them, which was definitely not in the job description. We will definitely have them back for future tree needs. Highly recommended.

I read so many wonderful reviews that I decided to have my carpet cleaned. I have to say they more than lived up to them! My carpets look amazing. I had no idea they could look that good again! Thank you so much. I definitely will use them again!

Decent refresh of our wool carpeting, as overall dinginess is gone and the whole thing looks brighter. But most of the stains remain, so that was disappointing. On the other hand, it was not that expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for. Workmen were on time, polite and professional.

We hired Anderson Carpet Cleaning to clean the tile and grout in our primary shower. They were able to remove all of the soap film as well as calcium deposits that result from our water. We’re very happy with their service.

Anderson Carpet, Wood, & Tile Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my white sofa after our remodel. They got it amazingly clean at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Overall the cleaning looks good and the carpet cleaner (Travis) was friendly. There are two reasons why I took off a star and did not make this a perfect score.

Number 1: I had an appointment at 2 pm for a carpet cleaning. The day before, I realized my morning cleared up on appointment day so I called to see if my 2 pm appointment could be earlier and I was told, "no openings" (I also emailed the night before to check). No worries since I'm checking the day before my appointment. The next day on appointment day, when the carpet cleaner arrived he said the job before mine completed early and he could have come to my appointment earlier than 2 pm, but he read the notes attached to my appointment and they said I requested no earlier appointments. I was surprised the notes were worded as such since the day before via email and telephone I said I was available at an earlier time and requested an earlier time if available.

Number 2: I asked the carpet cleaner (Travis) if he will wear something over his shoes while cleaning the carpet since his shoes are dirty. He said he cleans the carpet at the farthest point and works backwards so his shoes will not touch the clean carpet. However, when he was done he walked over the clean carpet with his dirty shoes to take after-job pictures. I was surprised he didn't take pictures in a way where his dirty shoes didn't touch the freshly cleaned carpet.

Trevor was lovely and hard working; he took great care and did an incredible job on our 20 year old carpet. The house smells nice and fresh. Nasty old stains are virtually gone even after it dried. Well worth the investment and effort of moving the furniture.

I've used Anderson several times for carpet cleaning in my home and rental house. Their prices are reasonable and they are flexible with scheduling. I will continue to use and recommend them!

We have used Anderson Cleaning on a couple of houses over the past couple of years. They cleaned the carpets and, for our recent move, Josè pressure washed the patio and driveway.
