Shawn was great. He gave us a text to tell us he was on-the-way and he arrived right on time. He took the initiative to go over problem areas twice. Our 30 year-old carpet looks great. I figure Anderson Carpets gave us another 10 years and saved us thousands of dollars.

My experience with the technician was great! He was here on time, was very friendly and professional. He also gave me some great tips for keeping my carpets in good shape between cleanings. I have 3 children at home, and several pets, my carpets look better than they did when I moved in! Lisa was great, she scheduled my cleaning for a time convenient for my family, and was in contact with me after to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am a repeat customer for Anderson Carpet Cleaning. Used them several years ago for carpet cleaning and used them again for upholstery cleaning right now. Both times my experience was great. Technicians are pleasant, hard-working and easy to deal with. They make the whole process easy and non-stressful. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again. Lisa at Anderson carpet is extremely personable and efficient. She kept a quote that she had for a year for me for my parents house and cleaned the entire thing within a day. My parents were thrilled and it definitely helped the sale of their home.

Outstanding service in every way. Companies like this one remind me of why we always try and support local businesses whenever possible. I sent an email and less than 24 hours later I had two bedrooms that looked as if they had had brand new carpet installed (carpet that had been badly soiled from two dogs and our wet weather). We had great service from the very beginning! We scheduled our appointment with Lisa, who was very friendly and helpful in getting us just the right day and time for our service. She then followed up after the appointment to make sure we were happy with the service. Jose did a fantastic job with the carpet cleaning, they almost looked brand new again when he was done. He was very friendly and professional. We have used them several times now and have had a great experience each time!

I though it will be just another carpet cleaning I used in past with other companies and really didn't find much different before and after, I was not very serious. But this time was completely different. What a great job and to detail. My carpet got at least 2-3 years of life extension. when my wife and kids came back they were amazingly happy and could not believe it is same carpet few years ago. Super happy with the person who was really good at job. Giving 5 star despite he mad me rushing to move furniture and skip the area if I did not. So get you area super ready before he arrives and expect him to come back on area he already gone through unless you see issue. Rest assured, he will take care of rest and he is really good at it.

Pricing was very reasonable and Lisa worked with us to meet our individual needs. Jose, who cleaned our carpets, was timely, called 30 minutes ahead, and was courteous and respectful of both us and our home. The carpets look amazing! I needed a carpet to be cleaned before listing a house for sale and asked several friends who they would recommend. Anderson was a favorite so I called, and their customer service was outstanding! From the scheduling, to accommodating our short timeline, and the friendly technician...everything went perfectly! And the carpets turned out well. I will definitely use them and again and recommend them to my friends!

This is the 1st time I've used Anderson. They charged me $315 to clean 2 rooms & a spiral stair of berber carpet . The technician arrived at 12:13 and drove away at 1:00. The invoice said his end time was 2:00. His machine only ran for 23 mins. He left water on the walls and window sills of the stair well and didn't do the closets.

I've managed apartments for 30+ years and never has anyone done that size unit in less than an hour. After the carpet had dried I went in and vacuumed it just to see how long that would take. It was 19 minutes and I removed about 2 cups of dirt & fuss.

When I called Liza and questioned her about it, she said that the technician had 25 years experience and because of his expertise he could do it faster than other professionals. He was able to do a "deep, professional cleaning" in 4 minutes more time than it takes to vacuum. Amazing.

I've been mowing my lawn for 25 years and it still takes as long as the first time I did it. It takes what it take regardless of your expertise.

We worked with Rick Gray to completely transform our front yard. From the very first meeting, he really listened to our needs and talked through in great detail his vision for our space. He spent a lot of time helping us choose the right plants for the environment and best placement for visual appeal. We receive so many compliments on our front yard, we especially love the river rock and beautiful water feature. The crew are always on time and friendly and Rick is very easy to communicate with. We are looking forward to working more with Rick and we would absolutely recommend him and his team to others.

He was able to fit us into his schedule and complete our job promptly with no nonsense.

We gave him an idea of the vibe/style we liked and he ran with it and gave us something better than we could have imagined. Our front yard is small and he was able to give us a great variety of flowers and shrubs without crowding the area.

He also took the time to answer all our questions and provided guidance for our family of gardening-novices.

All I can say is "WOW". Thank you to my neighbor here at Trilogy for finding this very
special man who did wonders with my back yard. Pictures don't do it justice. He and his crew took a bank of vinca minor and turned it into a beautiful garden. I will be eternally grateful for their hard work. I don' know how to attach pictures but you can count on them to do an excellent job.

We engaged Rick to install bluestone hardscaping in our fire pit and back patio areas. We quickly noticed how he thought about our landscaping as a system - trees, shrubs, rocks, walkways, irrigation, lighting, seating - and gently encouraged us with ideas about how we could make truly delightful, usable spaces that our whole family could enjoy. We turned Rick and his family loose on the entire yard - he improved our irrigation system and added zones, added path lighting and downlighting, installed beautiful hardscaped pathways, and selected a variety of ornamental and native plants with a variety of heights, colors, textures, and scents. The result is far beyond anything I could have imagined!

Redman is wonderful to work with! He went out of his way to research and find materials and plants that fit our aesthetic and budget. Would 100% work with him again if we had another yard :)
