Carpets & furniture were cleaned very well. Very satisfied. Will definitely use again. Very much appreciated how straight forward the scheduling process was & that when the cleaner showed up & cleaned the carpets and furniture, he did not attempt any upselling as I have experienced in the past with other carpet cleaners.

Jose called 30 minutes before arriving. Very nice man, very knowledgeable. I walked him through the area for cleaning. He worked around 2 pieces of heavy furniture on sliders. Finished the work within an hour. Looks great. Let me know about airing out the space for 8 hours to help dry up the water. Definitely recommend

We needed to get the carpets cleaning to prepare for a person coming home from the hospital. Lisa was incredibly responsive, helpful and wonderful - even providing the ingredients in the cleaning solution so we could pass that on to the patient's doctor to make sure they were safe. The cleaners did a great job and we couldn't be happier! We will definitely use them again!

Mike our carpet cleaner was prompt. He cleaned our carpets and sofa thoroughly and was very helpful in moving around some of our heavier furniture. I hired Anderson Carpet to clean our carpets, which were very dirty after a bathroom remodel, an unhealthy cat, college boys home since March with lots of their friends hanging out at our house all summer! Henry from Anderson did an amazing job! We've used other carpet cleaning companies over the years, but this was the first time I felt we really got a "top quality" level service. We had a horrible stain from many years ago, that two other carpet cleaning companies could not get out. Henry used some special pre-treat product and got it out! My 15-year-old carpet looks brand new! Yes, Anderson Carpet is on the expensive side, and I was skeptical at first. But believe me it was worth it to have a quality job. Better than paying less, getting a mediocre job, and still living with your stains. I love that it's a small, private, local company, and the personal service Leslie provides. We are thrilled with Anderson, and I told Leslie I will be using them again, and I want Henry every time! I highly recommend this company.

Our family has been using Anderson Carpet Cleaning for many years now and we're always happy with their work. Lisa's communication and attention to detail is outstanding. Invoices are emailed quickly and (if preferred) can be easily paid using PayPal, a CC or Zelle.

Usually Jose does our work and he is unassuming, meticulous, conscientious and trustworthy. If there is anything the customer is unhappy with, the owner, Lisa, quickly works to ensure their satisfaction. She cares because she's the owner/operator and wants her business, including her employees, to succeed.

I usually get the "Whole House Carpet Cleaning" package which serves us well because we have dogs, and it makes the house "fresh" again.

We were very impressed when we had the Deluxe Tile & Grout package for our previous house's light colored, kitchen floor and bathroom tiles, and they came up looking like new. The color matched sealing coat over the grout made a huge difference to the overall look of the areas, before our house went up for sale. It saved us from replacing large areas of flooring, etc.

From scheduling to the work, this was a five star experience. They were flexible and gracious with our construction timeline. Our technician was kind, thoughtful, family friendly, and very experienced in his craft. The carpets look amazing, and are drying very quickly. Price was competitive and reasonable and SO worth it. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic cleaning, very reasonable pricing, and no annoying sales pitch/upsell that companies like Stanley do. Guy was professional, kind, experienced and got straight to work. The cleaning didn't leave any weird or overwhelming smell like when we had PureClean come out. This company is now the only one I'll call, and I'll likely hire them to do our stretching soon. Can't recommend highly enough.

Anderson Carpet Cleaning did a great job on our carpets! Trevor and another person whose name I didn’t catch removed a huge patch of melted wax, and the rest of the house looks amazing as well. Trevor also did a great job of communicating with me throughout the appointment to give me updates. We have used Anderson for two years now, and will definitely continue.
