Requested price break down to understand parts cost and labor cost. Apparently WSM will not provide parts and labor cost reguardless if you request it. I have never been denied a break down of cost either as a customer or contractor.

Fabulous and very responsive. Called and made an appointment. Got a call the service tech was near by and can he come over early. Showed up and knew the problem. Said he needed parts and it could be up to two days. A day and half later system was up and running. Very professional and on time. What more can you ask for.

WSB installed a new gas line for a new stove and installed an outdoor venting fan/duct. They did great work. The price may not be the cheapest, but the work if very well done. So, it is worth it, IMO.

After one not so great experience last year with one specific tech, WSB still came to our rescue. The first night of the deep freeze our heater stopped working. Jason came right out the next morning, replaced the broken part in a matter of minutes. We are back up and running. Thank you!

Do diagnostic. Confirm a problem. Accept the job to fix the problem. Do it badly, not fixing the problem. Then tell you it was initially fine and the job was not needed. Still take your money, though.
UPDATE: Tell you it's your fault they can't get a hold of you. Never really try to.
Tell you they do their best. Don't do anything still.
UPDATE2: After some negotiation issue a full refund. Explain the problems by some bad communications with manufacturer's reps.

Our heater stopped working on a very cold Saturday morning. We requested emergency service and Mike called me back promptly. He diagnosed the problem over the phone and sent Dylan over to replace the thermostat. Very efficient operation. Dylan was very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience.

WSB did a cleaning/tuneup of my gas-fired furnace. I was very happy with the work, and happy to have found someone that I'd feel confident calling if things go wrong in the future. I recommend them and for sure expect to call them again.

Had a great technician come and help us out. Replaced an old water heater with a new up to date one that meets code now. Serviced our gas fireplace and now it's awesome. Also helped with doing gas in the kitchen. Now we have a wonderful new range

I initially called and talked to Lars, who took my name and telephone number and said Bill will call me. Bill called me shortly after, and we made a time to see our drafty wood insert fireplace. He arrived on time with information about a gas insert fireplace. He took multiple measurements of the current fireplace, inside and outside. He said his technicians could do the job and he would e-mail us the costs. We then had 4 or 5 other businesses evaluate our home and none of them thought the job could be done without removing the bricks and tearing down the current fireplace. They asked us to call them when that was completed. One of the businesses had replaced the identical fireplace in our neighbors house. Of course, we called Bill and said lets go ahead. Jason and Mike arrived on time, and did the job within one day. They brought drop downs to protect the flooring and keep the flooring clean, plus they wore shoe coverings within our home. Tearing out the old wood burning insert was a major job and during the complete procedure the techs remained up beat, polite and in good cheer. Bill and Jason have been to our home since the gas insert was installed initially to demonstrate how to use the fireplace and then later because when I changed the batteries, I pressed the wrong setting. Again the cheery helpful goodwill persisted. I can not say enough good about WSB. Our entire family love the fireplace and we wonder why we waited so long to have it installed. An added surprise was the new installation stopped the cold draft that was previously ever present. I have referred tradespersons to WSB.
