The appointment was for 2 days later, but the next day the technician became available, so they called us and re-scheduled it for the same day. This was great given the cold weather! Mike and Jaydon showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fix it. Thank you!

I’ve used WSB for years. They installed my system initially and have maintained it annually. This time, my heat pump fan motor wore out. The appointment was made painlessly and the issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Double bonus points for their strict adherence to COVID protocols.

Great, trustworthy service done by professionals. I called them for emergency heater service last year. They did such a great job that I called them back for routine maintenance appointments and will continue to use them for all HVAC needs.

WSB was awesome. I needed them to service my furnace which hadn’t been serviced in 8 years and relocate my outdoor condensing unit. I thought they were just showing up to provide a quote but did the work same day at about 2/3 of the cost I was expecting. I don’t think my system has run so efficiently since it was installed.

I needed to have a combination microwave oven/range hood installed above our stove. The work crew arrived on time and were able to mount the appliance, run the electrical, and create a vent that ran through the upper cabinets, ceiling and all the way to the roof in about 4 hours. They made it look so easy. I was very impressed with the level of quality and the care they brought to the job. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Bill and his crew were awesome. From the first phone call, to the estimate, to the final day. WSB was professional, punctual and extremely proficient. One of the best things about WSB was the ability to communicate directly with Bill or Jason whether it was by text or call. The owner worked with me to find a package closer to my price point and spent considerable time answering questions. We wanted to replace the window air conditioning units with central air which will be awesome. What won't work and required me to install portable units in the bedrooms is to stay cool at night. We never have our heat over 65 degrees and we like night to be down about 62. What wasn't shared with me is the fact that I am unable to run the system to keep the house at 62 degrees and in fact they wanted to lock the thermostat at 68. I learned the expensive way that although this system will help during the hot days it won't operate like I understood. The install team was incredible and did outstanding work being here on time, being professional and doing an awesome job with the installation. Overall I would recommend this company to others. We had air conditioning added to our heating system and a hot water heater replaced.

Our hot water heater started to fail so we got quotes from 4 places and WSB was the friendliest, most affordable, and responsive of them all. Bill is great and we felt safe that they would take care of us if anything went wrong. Highly recommend.

First I'd like to say that our project was not very large. That being said, there are many contractors that only want the "big fish".

WSB accepted our job and were courteous and professional through every phase of our project. After working in commercial construction most of my life I can quickly tell what kind of contractor I'm dealing with. WSB, Bill and his team just get it!

The tech called ahead to confirm our appointment and was on time and very respectful of our home and property.

The quoted price was definitely fair, and was the same price that was on the invoice. No funny business.

Would I call them again? In a heartbeat. Would I refer them to friends or family? Yes (and I did).

We have been with wsb for two years. We have pre-paid plan with them. Not a single time, they contact us for service. We have to call them every time when it has already passed the supposed matintainance time. Everytime when they were onsite, they promised they will contact us next time. But it never happens. There's one time we didn't call them, and that maintenance is just skipped.

Excellent Service and Competitive Pricing

I used WSB HVAC to install a new heat pump and air handler last summer. They provided me with 3 quotes for 3 tiers of product, and I found their pricing to be just as competitive as some of the larger companies I also got quotes from. Prior to installation they helped me understand the differences between various systems and answered a lot of questions I had before spending thousands of dollars. All were answered quickly and professionally. The installation was absolute top notch. The two gentlemen arrived a few minutes early, installed both components, hauled away the old equipment, and cleaned everything up in less than 8 hours. They did a great job of explaining the new system, and it has been working perfectly for the last 8 months or so. Not sure I could ask for a better experience.

Many thanks to WSB. I am another HVAC contractor up north and had a customer of another one of my company's that had a furnace fail a week before we were scheduled to replace it. There was no way I was able to get one of my tech's down to that area being nearly 2 hours away, so I tried to find a local company that could stop by and take a look. So glad I found WSB. The lady I spoke with on the phone (I believe her name was Susie?) was personable and friendly and to my surprise said she had a tech that was in the area and could stop by that evening. The tech arrived, quickly found the problem and got them heat. I spoke with my customer and he said they did a great job, were friendly and efficient and he was very happy, which makes me very happy! Glad to have found a reputable company down south (to me) that I can refer to customer's that are outside of our service area. Thanks again!

From their office ease of scheduling, Bills knowledge and easy to navigate bid with easy to follow options to select our system WSB was amazing. In a post COVID economy their American standard equipment is still relatively quick to get compared to the competition.

Installers Jason and Jasen were careful in our home, installed lines and electrical so clean you barely notice it’s there. And after all that they put our garage freezer and fridge back just like they found it.

WSB lived up to their reputation I would recommend to anyone. Even better they are local here to Duvall.

Bill with WSB quoted a tankless water heater for us. His attitude and knowledge were impressive and the quote the best. The crew came out the next day, removed the water tank and installed the new one in 5 hours. Cleaned up and left with no issues. Top notch outfit. Thanks WSB.

Wanted to add an update: I had WSB put in an AC unit too and had the same good experience. This company’s eye towards quality and customer service at a good price isn’t just a one off, it is the way they do things.

My home had a dinosaur of a furnace. This past year the old boy stopped working on us a couple times. Once in the middle of the winter and another time in the early spring. I reached out to another HVAC company first and they came out, took one look at it and would not touch it because of its age. So I looked around and saw WSB with great reviews, so I reached out and they had a technician come to my house that same day! Not only was the tech willing to look over the equipment but he was able to get it working again! I called again a couple months later when it stopped working again and they were out the same day once again!

After being advised that we should consider upgrading the system, we opted to go ahead with it. Since our system was limping along and not reliable they were able to get us upgraded (with A/C!) within a month!

I highly recommend WSB for their professionalism, quality, responsiveness and just overall customer service!

Needed to replace the 30 year old furnace in our 100 year old house. Decided to upgrade with a heat pump system. WSB was recommended to us by another service person. When Bill came out to do the estimate, he was so very professional, thorough, and explained everything so that I could understand it. He made a couple of additional recommendations which really made sense. The estimate was extremely detailed and I felt confident in the information. We got other estimates from other companies, all of which were lacking in comparison to the one we received from WSB. Jason and his team who came out to do the install were great! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a two day install during that coldest February week on record recently. The work was done on time and the team went above and beyond to complete the job in an old house which did present a few challenges. Ok it has been a year since I have WSB installed a heat pump for us. There were some hiccups during the process yet the project manager Leslie handled them gracefully. It is also impressive how proactive and responsive Leslie was; she abided by her word, made extra effort to correct things up, and tried her best in resolving issues and answering questions. It is also deserved to be noted that their installation crew was very efficient and organized.

I wished that the rest of the WSB employees could look up to Leslie and learn from her working ethics, which takes a big role in showing attention and care to customers. Her persistence in seeking a satisfied solution rather than to ignore the problem or compromise has made her service to the next level.
