Came did diagnosis & let us know everything was fine with washer !! Told us it might just be the drain pipe over flowing

Called early on a Monday morning and they said they could send someone out at noon to fix my fridge that wasn't cooling properly. He called and said he could come early if I was able. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Cleaned up and even tightened up the handles.
Tried 3 other 24 hour and open on sundays companies because this all happened on the weekend. Nobody answered the phone and nobody returned my calls.

My washing machine broke during a cold snap, but I didn’t want to replace it. Orca Appliance was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and order the needed parts. I was able to get appointments in a timely manner. And it cost much less than a new machine!

I had my kitchen upgraded with GFI electrical outlets and when the refrigerator was plugged in, the GFI outlet was tripped. While there were no problems with a regular outlet there was something not correct with the appliance. I called Orca Appliance Services and left a message. Within minutes I received a text from Victoria and scheduled an appointment the next day. Oraz the technician discovered that the ice maker was tripping the GFI circuit. He ordered a new ice maker and came two days later to install it and everything is working fine. The $89 to diagnose the problem was credited to the labor to install the ice maker. Oraz was very friendly and answered my questions as he was working. I have never had a repair service respond so fast on the phone to make an appointment and have an appointment in a day. I would highly recommend Orca for appliance repair.

I was very happy with the service I received from Orca Appliance service technicians. I received next day service and they were prompt, polite and fixed the issue with my dishwasher. I would use their services again and recommend them.

My Frigidaire upright freeze had stop working, so I called Orca. I talked with Victoria, who was very nice and was able to have a service technician come to my house the next day. The service technician, Oras, did a great job in determining the issue, and then resolving it. I’m very happy for the quick response time and with the service Orca provided.

Called them over a holiday to repair a refrigerator that had stopped cooling. They were able to get two technicians out the next business morning to make the repair. Great phone service and they worked directly with the fridge manufacturer for in-warranty parts coverage. I would use Orca again for other appliance service.

Oraz fixed both our washer (moldy gasket) and dryer (blown heating element). The appointment turnaround both times was short, costs are transparent, and the fixes were quick. We highly recommend Orca!

Orca replaced a dual burner on our glass top Samsung range. I had tried to do the repair myself and botched the job with the wrong part! Orca was able to figure out the problem and get everything working properly. Their communication by text to set up the appointment was friendly and prompt, and once we sorted out the confusion about the right part, the repair was very fast. Thanks!

Our fridge stopped working and they were able to come out the same day. They did a very thorough job fixing the issue. We needed a new compressor but the price seemed reasonable. We’d definitely use them again!

These guys do an excellent job!

The heat in our dryer stopped working even though the dryer itself was still working. It was an inherited dryer and we didn't know how dirty the lint trap was or if the vents needed to be cleaned. Apparently having dirty vents is a cause of house fires, so it's important to keep them clean.

Oraz, the repair person, arrived and immediately went to work fixing everything. He was kind and courteous and he did excellent work! He even balanced our dryer for us because it was rocking.

I would highly recommend these guys, they do good work and they give you a warranty on the labor for 3 months. That means you have peace of mind that if the issue reoccurs you can get it fixed easily!

I wanted to personally thank Orca Appliance's technician Oraz as well as their office manager Victoria for their professionalism, quality of work as well as the timeliness in service.
Victoria made the process of getting my refrigerator repaired a breeze. From scheduling my first appointment, the pick-up and return of my appliance, to the billing process, Victoria was there every step of the way, even communicating after everything was done to make sure I was fully satisfied.
Oraz arrived for our appointment on time and quickly assessed the problem with my refrigerator. He then explained what was needed to fix the problem. When I had an emergency and was not available at our agreed upon time for him to pick up my appliance, rather than cancel our appointment, he made special arrangements with me to see that my refrigerator would still get picked up so I could get my refrigerator fixed as quickly as possible.

Orca Appliance technician was great! He fixed my washer in less than an hour. We had another repair company stop by and they said more things needed to be fixed, but Orca said those parts where not needed. I appreciate the technician being honest and not charging me for parts that are fine.

MyBlue Star Oven stopped working. I called Orca and they sent a tech quickly who diagnosed the problem. A few days later after they ordered the part he returned and repaired it!! I would most definitely call them again for repairs or maintenance. I'm new to the area and I'm so glad I found them. A very fair price for all they did. I'm very satisfied and really happy with Orca.

Oraz has helped me with washer/dryer as well as washing machines and has been very helpful! He is always quick and efficient in getting the job done.

I am so grateful I found them on google. This is a family business. The technician is amazing!! He took care as he found the problem. Lucky for me the problem was a sensor but I was prepared for it to be worse. They warned me of all my possibilities and possible expense. He taught me a few tricks to care for my refrigerator and keep it running better.
His daughter was wonderful to deal with on the phone and was able to help me before I lost a refrigerator and freezer full of food!!

The technician was very patient and diligent to get to the root cause of the exhaust not working as well as the oven. He was up front with the service fees and stayed true to the quote. He was also very helpful in finding the required parts for the fix. Scheduling office was a pleasure to work with as they were very responsive and accommodating to find a time that worked for us. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to a friend.

The service we received from Orca Appliance Services was really wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional and most of all we believe we saved money not having to replace our 13 year old fridge. Repairs were made for a very reasonable price and efficiently . Super highly recommended their services!!!
