Thank you Orca Appliance Services. I am so happy that I called you this morning. Not all appliance repair companies will work on a Samsung refrigerator. Oraz, my repair man was able to find the problem and had replacement parts, so I was able to get my refrigerator repaired on the same day that I called. He did a great job. I will definitely be calling you again if another one of my appliances breaks down.

We are very pleased with the service provided to fix our refrigerator. The 2 technicians were able to fit us into their busy schedule the day after Christmas, in fact they came sooner than anticipated. They were knowledgeable about the problem and were able to do the repair the following day. They provided details about the costs as they occurred, plus we received a senior discount. I recently used the services of “Orca Appliance Services” to fix my broken washing machine. I was extremely impressed with the level of service provided. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it right away. I appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he took the time to explain the issue to me in a way that I could understand!

We have an ice cream business and need regular maintenance to our ice cream carts. During the off season we like to have that repair and maintenance done while the carts are not in use.
We had Orca come out, in the winter, to replace a thermostat in 1 of our carts. Seemed to work fine when the tech left. But when we geared up for the season the thermostat was not working. Unfortunately, Orca will not stand behind their parts even though the freezer has not been in use.
I got 1 use out of the freezer cart for $450. Doesn’t sound like a good deal or company to me…..not only did it cost $450 but it was installed backwards. I assumed it was the same, coldest to warmest setting, as the thermostat they took out. It was opposite, so I learned the hard way and threw out all my ice cream that was in the freezer $180 worth.

Orca was very responsive to our questions about the work that might be needed on our Sub Zero. Then they quickly fit in a service call at the end of the next day. The technician arrived on time and knew exactly what to do. He got the job done in short order and charged what I thought was a reasonable price. I will use this company again.

This is our second time using Orca and we are very pleased. Our fridge stopped cooling suddenly and they sent out a technician the next day. They are professional, friendly, and do quality work. It's clear that good customer service is a high priority for them and we really appreciate that. Definitely recommend Orca.

My LG refrigerator broke stopped cooling and it was my first time dealing with it. Luckily I found Orca Appliance Services and they were quick to assist me with it. The staff was very communicative and kind and the technician was very knowledgeable. Will use this company in the future

I was able to get an appointment scheduled for Monday morning when I called on a Friday afternoon. The technician arrived early and was able to fix the faulty ignition in our gas oven right away. Very satisfied with the service.

I’m giving 5 stars because I was so impressed by the service and speed. The refrigerator stopped working, someone was able to come the same day to diagnose the problem, they tried to resolve the issue in the most economical way, we did need a new part and it was a holiday weekend, they got the part quickly and came out the same day to replace it and now the refrigerator is working. The cost was reasonable and the service was exceptional. I will definitely use Orca again.

We bought a condo. The Viking oven there (20 years old) had some problems. But we found Orca appliance repair and now no problems at all. After contacting the customer service, the technician answered the same day. The next day he came and diagnosed the problem. On the second day our stove was like new, and my wife was happy. The technician was very friendly and explained to us in detail what he had done. Now I am not afraid if our other appliances will break. I know where to call. And I already recommended Orca to my friends. Also need to mention that the cost for diagnostic and repair was very reasonable.

Victoria and Oraz were a pleasure to work with! They were very helpful AND worked with my schedule, unlike some other companies I tried to use previously. I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again if I have any other appliance issues.

Quick to schedule. Got appointment the next day. The technician came on time. He diagnosed my refrigerator less than 30 minutes and found the issue that caused the refrigerator stop working, leaking, and overheat. He said he needed to order the part, but had to wait 3 to 5 business days. During that time, he installed the temporary part to keep the fridge running and saved my food from spoiling. What a great service he provided!
Finally, my fridge get fixed and also he defrosted/cleaned out the ice that built up in the ice maker. I’m satisfied and highly recommend for all appliance repairs. His business card is on my fridge for future services.

Our refrigerator broke down on a Saturday and after originally being told they were booked until Tuesday, the repair man made time to come out that same day.

He was extremely respectful and efficiently diagnosed our problem after cleaning a buildup of ice within our refrigerator. Unfortunately we needed a couple new parts so he had to order them, but by Monday they had arrived and he was back Tuesday morning to quickly complete the job.

They were very easy to work with and we will definitely use them for any appliance repairs we need in the future!

Our washer was filling with water and wouldn’t stop. Victoria was a pleasure to speak with (phone and text) and quick to schedule. Oraz identified the problem quickly (broken intake valve) and got the part next day. He fixed it with no issue. I appreciate that the service call fee was applied to the fixing fee. Their prices were fair. Oral showed up on time, even early both times. Five star on all accounts.

We are happy to provide a review as Orca went beyond reasonable expectations to obtain a successful repair. Unfortunately they were unable to repair our older appliance, but on the plus side they were always honest, friendly, courteous, and interested in best outcome for us as a customer. Through several return visits, we always found them punctual and easy to deal with. Comparing to the horrible experiences suffered by some reviewers of other appliance repair business, we may have been lucky to have found Orca.

The technicians are skilled and efficient and special shout out to Victoria in the office who is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative and responsive! This is my second time using Orca Appliance Services. Once again the technician was very knowledgeable, profesional and thorough. Our oven and stove cooker stopped working for some unknown reason and instead of replacing it I wanted to see if we could get it fixed. Evidently the connection between the cooker and the wall power wasn’t good and was actually unsafe according to the technician. The cooker is back to working AND is safe now! Win win.
