Steve was knowledgeable, considerate and punctual. Responded when we had questions and was upfront about what was required. Josh and Jake put up with my questions and worked with me when things were uncertain. Very happy with the outcome and will keep them first on my list for electrical needs.

Pacific Peak has performed two large projects for us recently— decommissioning knob & tube and installing a new panel. Steve was very easy to communicate with and came up with solid proposals for the work. We were impressed with his diligence and it was very clear to everyone that he fully knew what he was doing. In 2017 we bought a house built in the 1920s that had undergone a few partial-remodels leaving the electrical systems a mixture of old and new. Last month our lights and appliances started dimming and losing power intermittently. We knew we needed to address the old knob-and-tube and a 100amp panel that was most likely too small for the house - but our immediate concern was fixing the flickering and outages. We ended up having four different electrical companies come out to take a look - and all but one company seemed pre-occupied with winning the "big job" (upgrading everything in the house) instead of fixing the immediate issue. That one company was Pacific Peak Electrical. They sent out two electricians (with tools) ready to find and (if authorized) fix the problem. They found the problem in about 10 mins and had it fixed within a few hours. They then gave us estimates on additional work. Needless to say, we’ve found “our electricians” and will be using Pacific Peak Electric for all additional work.

Do you ever get the feeling that good help is hard to find lately? The number of emails and messages I’ve sent lately to folks for work done around our new house, only to get no response (or to get ghosted), is pretty wild.

So it was a real pleasure to get a prompt message and quote from Steve for the electrical work we needed. He had guys at our house about 48 hours later, and they were courteous, efficient and clean! Very pleased with the quality, and relieved to know we have a company we can count on when future projects arise.

For my hot tub subpanel installation, owner Steve Kopta was not only quick to respond, but asked for just the right details in order to create a contract.
It's so nice to step into a project with clear expectations. When a misprint from the hot tub company required a pivot in their installation plans, Steve and his team adjusted graciously, despite the inconvenience to them. Their work was aesthetic, clean, totally pro. They were polite and unharried. The presence was total, not like some contractors whom you feel are rushing through to get to the next job. I recommend them without hesitation.

From the moment I spoke with Steve he was extremely kind and informative! He's a great communicator and got me the quote when he said he would and the price was great compared to other options out there. Not to mention he was generous enough to fit us into his busy schedule!
