We can't recommend Norman enough. He is prompt, wonderful at communicating, trustworthy and kind, and we have always felt his prices are very fair. He has done all our electrical work as we renovated our home and helped us convert a hot tub from 120-240 and was great at working with us to troubleshoot problems even. He is our go to electrician and we can't recommend him enough!

Norman is fantastic for what he does. I have used him numerous times at multiple houses and a business that I run. I have had him do as little as changing sockets/switches to wiring a massive outbuilding. Every time he is extremely responsive, comes to bid my project with a fair price and completes the work in a timely manner staying within budget or communicating if more needs to be allocated to the project. His years of experience are great when setting up lighting, explaining what options would work the best and more importantly look the best. I will continue to use his team for all electrical work i ever do if its within this area. Norman was quick, professional, and courteous. He took care of several electrical issues around our home, including adding a new outdoor socket, repairing and upgrading some outdoor wiring, and repairing various electrical issues inside our home.

His work with quick, high-quality, and fully up to code. He gave us options where appropriate to help us ensure we stayed in budget. Norman also made sure to follow-up on his work and check in on inspection, as well as help educate us on some further maintenance and issues in our home that we'd need to keep on eye on. He's been very responsive and quick on any additional questions or concerns we had, and offered to help guide any work with our other contractors who might interact with the electrical work he performed.

Norman and his team installed a hot tub for us. The quote was by far the most reasonable we received. His availability was timely. His team was competent, effcient and very clean. Had Norman and his crew upgrade an existing 1970's service panel to a modern 200amp service, add another 200amp service (400 total), and run new wiring for the appliances in a kitchenette. He was always quick to reply/address any issues and went above and beyond with the City of Edmonds and SPUD. Would definitely recommend his services!

Our condo unit electric went out. Norman arrived in 40 minutes. Took time to diagnose but within the day it was determined that one of our power lines had fused with the neutral. Could not fish the old lines out. He and his great crew had to roto drill through concrete and rebar to create openings to run a new home run from the condo main panel to our unit electrical panel. They rewired the entire panel. The work was great, customer service was excellent. I would and already have recommended Norman’s group to anyone. Very professional.

Excellent customer service — Norman was flexible with scheduling, attentive, and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working.

We had a problem with a circuit breaker tripping. Called Estarik, left a voice mail, and within minutes got a reply and an hour later Norman arrived. Very quickly he gave us the cause of the problem and the solution - at no charge. Asked him to check our garbage disposal as it was not working. Was a loose connection which he fixed. NO CHARGE!!!
