I don’t usually leave reviews, but it was such a relief having Dawn here to help. I’m usually assisting my mom in her housecleaning, she has a three story house that loves to catch dust in obscure places. These few months we have been dealing with a roller-coaster of time-consuming stresses and sometimes just finding the right cleaner can add to that stress. But Dawn made it easy. She left no crumbs! She is very sweet, and quick to respond, I couldn’t have done it better myself and finally I could catch my breath.

Dawn is amazing! She responded to me immediately and was able to help us that day! I have some older parents who live with me and we just needed some extra cleaning help. And Dawn cleans wonderfully. It was our first clean and it went well! Dawn and her co-worker were accommodating in getting us for a cleaning soon after we met up, were punctual and communication about things was great.

I had a great experience with Dawn! A friend recommended her after I'd moved into an apartment that hadn't had a thorough cleaning before I moved in. She was fast to reply to my inquiry for an estimate and was able to schedule a cleaning within less than a week of when I reached out. She was very easy to communicate with, did the job in a good amount of time and my place looked great!

We had Dawn over earlier this week for a first-time cleaning of our home, as we’ve unfortunately been unable to get in touch with our usual crew. Dawn was great to communicate with and a pleasure to get to know — we really appreciated her friendly attitude and hard work!

That said, I did want to share a bit of feedback for future reference. I had specifically asked for the baseboards, high dusting, and a thorough cleaning of the guest bathroom (since we have friends visiting soon). Unfortunately, I ended up needing to re-clean the bathroom myself — it looked like the shampoo and conditioner bottles hadn’t been moved to wipe down the surfaces, and there was still some visible residue from previous guests. I also noticed that the photo frames around the house hadn’t been dusted, and the baseboards had only been lightly touched.

I’ve attached a few photos for reference. While Dawn clearly put in a lot of effort, the areas I highlighted as priorities were missed, which makes me hesitant to schedule another cleaning with her in the future.
