My sofa and chair were cleaned top to bottom and turned out beautifully. Tech took care not to let the dogs out and was very professional.

I am very happy with my service. Our dog recently passed away and I needed our area rugs cleaned. The tech was on time, honest about what stains would likely be stubborn. Three cheers for free pick up and drop off. Absolutely will be using them again!

I had a large area rug and a runner cleaned by Fuzzy Wuzzy. I live on the Kitsap peninsula, so there was a transportation fee...but still cheaper to clean my rugs rather than replace even one. Very happy with the service, pick up/delivery, and cleanliness.

I had an 8x10 wool rug cleaned by Fuzzy Wuzzy and the entire experience was easy. I was moving to a new house and they picked up the rug from my apartment and delivered to my new place. It looked and felt like it did when it was brand new! I will definitely use them again as the price for cleaning was also fair. Highly recommend!

I didn’t know fuzzy Wuzzy until I reached out to them with a risk taking situation for taking care of the repair and cleaning job on 2 Persian rugs. We faced a situation that “Dustin” the manager immediately responded and guided me with his professional approaching on Not taking the company’s side and thinking about the clients and all the rugs health in the facility, and this by itself creates a strong binding of trust for me to keep in mind working with them in the future. Thank you Dusting for your thoughtfulness advices and the care towards your clients with immediate response on the problem, as well as not accepting a rug in your facility that might have a moth attacks without special gas treatment for moth eggs removal even belongs to 10 years ago!!

This company does a great job of customer service. The price they quoted me over the phone seemed quite reasonable, but when I showed up the next day with my wool rugs, she told me about a 40% discount. Bonus!
One of my rugs needed some binding repairs, and she wasn't sure if they could do it. But she called me back within the hour and said they could do those repairs, and gave a time frame for said repairs. I'm very impressed.

I used this company to clean a prized wool rug I have treasured for 22 years. It had never been cleaned in all that time but I am so glad that it is now. Fuzzy Wuzzy was amazing!!! I called and set up an appt. For the next day, due to needing a move out carpet clean and they had me booked first appt, next day! I needed just 1 room done and didn't realize that what I was quoted was for 4 rooms, it totally beat all of the competition price wise, and I got the other 2 rooms done as well! I am so happy with the results from their service. And the professional that came to service the house! I am definately going to have them come and clean the carpets of the new house we moved into!
