CS Cleaning Services did an excellent job cleaning my upcoming condo listing from start to finish. Scheduling was easy & professional communication continued all the way through date of service. Their crew arrived on time & did a superb job!

Cheryl's crew did a fabulous job for a move out on my apartment. They came self sufficient with cleaning tools and supplies. Professional, yet friendly and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this company.

CleanSpace is professional and fast. The quality of work is really good. We use them for both our commercial and residential spaces.

Our collective recently bought a house in Beacon Hill. it is 4 stories, and a basement.

It was infested with rats and moths. We required industrial cleaning services that could deal with rat feces falling from the ceiling along with, grease caked on the kitchen walls. The house was dusty, a lot of mold, we didn't feel safe inside.

Cheryl made the process so easy, it has been so stressful coordinating things. She made me feel like it was that awful of an undertaking. Her team also has extensive experience with homes like ours. Her lead Osiris and her team were phenomenal and responsive. They were flexible and creative. Our house has electrical issues, plumbing issues which created problems in the beginning. Osiris and Cheryl caught our plumbing issue! We were so grateful!

We would absolutely recommend CleanSpace again.

My tenants hired CleanSpace to do a whole house cleaning after they moved out. The crew showed up on right on schedule, checked with me to be sure they understood exactly what was needed and set right to work. The job was bigger than estimated but instead of taking short-cuts they stayed longer. I was blown away by how clean the house looked when they were done. They took meticulous care on everything from air vents to windows. I could not have been happier with the result. Thank you!

I had never had my house cleaned before. I had it deep cleaned and it was the most wonderful, lavish, and luxurious experience! Maria and Carmen were so kind. I really felt like I was taken care of and not judged for my dusty blinds and lights. I can't recommend CleanSpace highly enough. My husband and I own a rental that had a tenant for 8 years- a tenant who never cleaned a single surface with any care of real attention. The CleanSpace crew came and gave it such a deep once (or twice or thrive even!) over that it made our tasks of preparing it for the next renters so much easier and less time consuming. CleanSpace is responsive, does good work, and have reasonable prices. I called and got a fast reply from the owner Cheryl. She came out the next day and gave me an onsite bid for a remodel clean-up (a mess with construction dust everywhere). The price was right and she had a crew there in 3 days. They did excellent work and met all my expectations. I was highly impressed. I definitely recommend Clean Space of Edmonds.

My house has never been cleaner!

We scheduled a deep clean with a Cheryl for our 30-year old rental house we’ve been living in the past few years - and man did it need some love! While the cleaning took longer than expected, the team checked in with us at our quoted time and asked our preference for wether to wrap up or keep going. Seeing what they’d done to the first part of the house of course we said to keep cleaning! They were very professional, checking in with us on everything we wanted deep cleaned (yes to oven, no to inside of fridge). While Cheryl’s team may be a bit more than some other cleaning services- they are by far the most thorough, hardworking group of cleaners we’ve ever had. They were worth every penny!

We've been using CleanSpace at the shop I manage for years and I couldn't be happier! They're always on time and do a fantastic job. Cheryl, their owner, is incredibly helpful and I can always count on her for a quick response to whatever I may need. We recently had them do a fairly large deep clean after repainting and construction and I am ecstatic about the job they did!

I hired CleanSpace for a moving-out cleaning. I was going back and forth a lot to move my stuff and I couldn't clean myself. I found the cleaning ladies to be very polite and sweet. When I got back they had already left but the apartment was near-immaculate. The oven and the fridge were like brand-new. So, I was pretty psyched.

I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because although they vacuumed, it seemed pretty basic and the corners and edges of the carpet were still a little dusty/dirty. Also, I already expected what to pay after receiving a quote from Cheryl, so my bill wasn't surprising. However, in retrospect, I felt they charge a little higher than other cleaning places for a move-out. Even though I am most happy with the oven, which I imagine took a lot of elbow grease, their prices are based on the type of service and length of time (from my understanding).

I hired CleanSpace because they have a really good reputation, and it still holds! I was overall happy with the service and prompt communication.

I had a great experience with CleanSpace and would highly recommend their services. They were recommended by my property management company to prepare my rental property for tenants. Although renovations delayed the cleaning by about six months, Amber at CleanSpace actively checked in with me for updates and communicated via phone and email.

As the renovations neared completion, Osiris conducted a walkthrough with me, explained their cleaning process, and laid out options to meet my needs. When the schedule shifted unexpectedly, they remained flexible, even accommodating a situation where the general contractor was still onsite and trying to direct their work. Despite the hiccup, CleanSpace handled everything professionally.

Their invoicing and payment process was quick and straightforward. Their flexibility and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Five stars!

Cheryl was great! We hired CleanSpace for a post remodel cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, we were out of state and didn't realize our contractors were still painting the interior so CleanSpace was only able to clean one of the floors. Cheryl quickly was able to get cleaners in the next morning to finish the job and we didn't have to move into a dirty house. Great customer service, great communication and would highly recommend.

CleanSpace Cleaning Services is worth every penny! I hired them to do a deep clean reset of my house, as it was beginning to impact my mental health. They were transparent with pricing, had amazing communication throughout, and did a detailed job cleaning! They organized my fridge and freezer in a way to better suit my family, they tidied up rooms. They offer military and first responder discount, AND have base access (which is huge for us as we live on a Navy base, and have had a really difficult time finding quality house keeper that can get on base). I don't want to do anything in my house because it's so clean!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I used this company to clean my home before I had guests come and it was not satisfactory. They were an hour and a half late with minimal communication on when they would arrive the day of. Half of the things I requested cleaned were not finished. I sent pictures and specific details that I wanted cleaned and they were not completed. I am very unhappy with this service and don’t recommend them to anyone else. I spent hours having to finish cleaning before I had guests come because it wasn’t completed.

This was my first time using CleanSpace Cleaning Services and they exceeded expectations! They were a quick, quality team that cleaned my house to perfection. Worth every penny and will absolutely be using them again in the future. I loved that they did a walk through ahead of time to get a more accurate estimate and prepare for the service. Cannot say enough positive things about this! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a deep cleaning service.
