They provided a quote for my home, and when I mistakenly blamed them for their poor service, they patiently notified me that my rental company never hired them and that my complaint was associated with another company. Steve is professional and kind and a great person to be in contact with for the quote and any correspondence regarding the quality of the landscaping care.

Matt has been an excellent addition to my vendor list, since our first interaction he has been easy to reach with any issues that arise. ManageMowed now maintains monthly landscape for multiple properties in more portfolio with plans to add more this year as well.

I needed a shrub planted outside my condo and Matt from ManageMowed with Agustin leading the way, told me exactly when they would come and showed up exactly on time! I made arrangements with them for where the shrub would be located and where I wanted it and within minutes they were here, it was done, and they were gone. We have used this company for years, and lately our service has not been done very well. We received an increase in our monthly bill and the teams that are sent here are here for half the time. Nothing gets done, Weeds are growing and not being taken care of. We will be looking into getting another company to service our business.

We’ve been using this company for our commercial property maintenance for several years now, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Pure our properties in Monroe and Snohomish. The team is professional detail-oriented — they don’t just “clean up,” they make the place feel brand new after every visit. Kelly, the account manager always comes by to make sure our properties look top-notch.

Since May 2024, I have hired Avid Landscape working with Sam. I was thrilled with their work both working with Sam and with the workers. However, the last two work orders have been disappointing regarding the service. At the end of last year, I hired Avid to weed and do some rock replacement. I pointed out some plants that I wanted them to watch out for during their weeding. Unfortunately, they weeded those plants. Also I mentioned to one of the guys not to place one set of rocks too close in placement but they were placed right next to each other. Not a big deal at the time.

This year, I hired Avid to bring in more rock for the path and have them spread the rock out to create a path. I was assigned a different Project Manager. I was going to have them weed but they were charging quite a bit and I was scared that it would be a repeat of lost plants like last time (which they did not volunteer to replace). I also paid them to re-mulch, trim a tree, and pull up some bamboo that was creeping into our yard. This was scheduled to be two days worth of work.

I requested one of their workers, Tony, because my experience of him listening to me and his work ethic. At the end of the first day, I asked Tony what time he would return and he said between 0830 and 0900. When Tony and crew did not show up I contacted Avid to find out if they were still coming out, had been in a wreck, etc. When they did show up at 10:50, I asked what happened time-wise and Tony said he had been sent to another job first (made sense because they had to unload two big machines to get to the mulch).

All not a big deal but, after a some work, they had to take their lunch break and they were super tired which is the excuse I will give them for the end of the work. I have to emphasize this was not the case with Tony. I had to ask them to clean off the driveway but, they left residue where the empty bags from their earlier job were resting. I also had to go back and remove mulch from on top of my solar lights and from covered plants. Later that day, the project manager replied in an email telling me that Tony and crew arrived later because Tony made the decision to come back for a third worker. This did not ring true because they had three workers the day before and because they had obviously been somewhere else first. Why make up a story?

Now I feel a little chilled towards Avid. I have spent well over $50,000 with them over the last two years. I have always paid my bills on time. I was a little surprised when they asked for a down payment prior to this job but, I paid I it. When I got the invoice, I had to point out that I had made that down payment which had not been included in the final invoice. What has happened AVID?

I am adding to my review. After communication with the company there was just miscommunication/lack of communication about the work time. My other, probably tedious complaints, have been addressed and I am satisfied we will be working with AVID for future jobs.

We love our new garden!

We’ve been in our home about 13 years, and the garden was definitely in need of a refresh. I researched several firms and did a few walkthroughs, but Robert stood out immediately. He was incredibly collaborative—listening to what we were looking to achieve, asking questions, and offering creative ideas along with honest, helpful feedback. His transparency around pricing and timing was both refreshing and much appreciated. Once the work started, the team was efficient, clean, and very professional. I highly recommend Avid Landscaping and would happily work with them again!

We had an excellent experience with Avid on our recent landscape overhaul. From Sam’s beautiful design to the expert install by Sergio, Ken, and their team. We are beyond pleased. Our yard went from dated to a standout, and we get many positive comments from passers-by and neighbors.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about AVID! They have done two projects for us--replacing a broken concrete walkway with beautiful, level pavers, and a big round of planting and re-seeding our lawn. They are so on top of things before, during and after the project--responding quickly to emails, giving great consult about what kinds of plants and materials would work best in our space, being ready to start and finish the job in just the timeframe they estimated. The best part is the little things--at the end of each workday, the guys cleaned up all their materials and our yard with such care, even though they were coming back the next day to do more work. I am so happy with how the project went and how our space looks--thank you so much!

I’m disabled and unable to do yardwork. Hiring someone to do what I can no longer do is a financial and emotional burden. Today the burden became a problem: the landscaping crew left my gate open and my puppy escaped!

I was able to get my $2500 pedigree dog back. I just need to ensure she can never leave again. I’ve locked the gate and fired Avid Landscaping.

There are things that I can overlook but leaving the gate open is an unacceptable security risk.

This spring we decided on a total renovation of the large sloped area to the rear of house. Rob and Ken and team took out all the grass, regraded much of the area, installed new walkways and steps, installed a beautiful flagstone seating area and worked seamlessly with our landscape architect. The crew was meticulous, hard-working, and master craftsmen. The back of the house now looks fantastic, a real woodland paradise.

We utilize Avid for close to a dozen of our properties both for regular maintenance and large scale projects. We love working with Grayson and the crews. Their communication is top notch and we constantly recommend and refer Avid to others looking for a quality, reliable landscaping company.

Overall an excellent experience with Rob and his team. They were prompt in their responses, providing planting suggestions, providing a quote, and executing the work. Even the payment process was quick and efficient. We recommend reaching out to Avid for all your local landscape projects and will definitely be keeping them top of our list.
