I use CleanSpace Cleaning Services for both my job site and home cleaning. They clean my house every two weeks. They do a great job and always show up on time. I highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a really DEEP clean of your home then look no further. Cleanspace specializes in cleaning for move-outs/ins, construction cleaning (great if you are trying to live in your home during a construction project - can we say drywall dust!?) and the nitty-gritty of those cleaning projects that weekly or monthly services just don't get to.

The staff are highly trained and owner, Cheryl Iodice, is professional, knowledgable and very prompt with scheduling needs.

I'm so excited to have her team come for a deep clean of my kitchen and bathrooms while I'm away visiting family for the holidays. Nothing like coming home to a clean house.

I hired Cleanspace to clean our office after the remodel to do a final clean. When they were done I couldn't even tell a contractor had been in there. The place looked brand new. I will definitely use cleanspace again in the future. I highly recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

I hired them to do a deep clean of my house before Passover. I have hired cleaners before and upon inspection I noticed that they literally thought of everything! They were so thorough cleaning under the couch cushions, my sons high chair, even the ipad screen in the kitchen. No one has EVER done that. They definitely go above and beyond. I will definitely hire them again and they'll be my go to for every referral.

Beyond expectations. I booked them for a deep clean as I have kinda let my place go with the pandemic. They showed up right on time and when I returned in the afternoon it was like stepping into a brand new condo. All cracks and surfaces were sparkling and even my wall of books were wiped down! I hired Cheryl and her team to help me clear out my condo in Seattle and get it cleaned up so I can list it for sale. Cheryl did a great job of helping me sort through and make arrangements to donate or get rid of everything I didn't want to keep. Her team also did an excellent job of deep cleaning the condo so I can get it on the market.

My office was way overdue for a cleaning, especially after a small remodel. I called and talked to Cheryl about doing a full clean. Cleanspace was very thorough with their clean and the office looked like new. I was very happy with the ease of setting up an appointment and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommended!

The workers were consistent and dedicated workers, spending every moment in my home on cleaning. They listened well to my instructions about my priorities for cleaning and spent time according to those priorities. When they returned in two weeks, they clearly remembered those priorities and cleaned accordingly. They did not "surface clean" only, but paid attention to details as well. These cleaners replaced a retired cleaner of several decades - not an easy task. I look forward to their biweekly return and to a well-cleaned home. (While I am content to pay the charged fee, I am unable to rate "Good Value" as I did not shop for a lower fee, nor do I know what the current market fee is.)

I have worked with CleanSpace in the past and thought there was none better. The level of detail in thier work is of the highest standards. I'm happy to report that I was just as pleased with them on a recent job! Fantastic communications, prompt and professional service, quality workmanship, and fair pricing too. During their first and only cleaning, they somehow uprooted a potted plant and then left it hanging out of its pot, and broke a glass figurine that was a gift. I was quoted 3 hours with 2 people for my 1 bedroom 600 square foot apartment that I lived in for 2 months at the time. THREE women showed up, and I was charged for 4.5 hours. The overall job was poor, especially considering my apartment was not dirty nor messy. I also stated when I booked, I wanted to 'try' the service. So tell me why they showed up at my door unannounced a month later for my "routine" cleaning. Waste of money all around, poor service.they also tried to hide the damage they caused. I also just remembered, they put a broken glass into the dishwasher... and my dishwasher did not break it because it was not turned on. Luckily I discovered the broken glass before starting the next load.
