The technicians arrived right on time and got straight to work clearing my dryer vent. They were able to clean it from the outside of my home so no major mess was made. Then the checked the vent connection on the back of my dryer. I will be using them again.

Unfortunately, although the promotional ad was targeted for my neighborhood, the service rep came from Seattle and charged Seattle tax. This is a serious additional cost not anticipated in effort to "shop local" Snohomish County.
In addition, the original pickup man, although pleasant, didn't protect the rugs as he left and actually placed them down on the rough concrete with some dragging. They were returned in a proper wrap and carried well off the ground, however.

This will be the second wool rug they have cleaned for me, as well cleaning my home carpet, 4rm special was very reasonably price, great customer service.

Eric was prompt, courtious & willing to scrub some tough stains again to rid of them. We are very satisfied with the job.

Picked up my rug and returned it when we agreed upon delivery and it’s gorgeous. Can’t say enough things about their cleaning ability and their customer service.

Just needed my couch cleaned and it went perfect! Looks like brand new, professional and quality service. A little pricey for all that was done though, roughly $470 for barely an hour to get it cleaned would have been an extra 60 for deodorizer

I’m so happy we crossed paths with Mike, we didn’t think we’d be able to save our rugs from the apartment we had to move out of because of serious mold issues but he was so above and beyond attentive and offered excellent advice along the way. The communication was seamless and friendly and it’s very clear he knows his stuff! Thank you again.
