Alex was polite, punctual, friendly, and thorough. We are in a 3rd floor condo and don't have easy access to a hose, but he was able to clean my carpets very well with a portable unit. I'll definitely use Sno-King again.

The best carpet cleaning I have EVER HAD. Just outstanding! You will not find anyone better in my experience!! The attention to detail both during the cleaning was great. Not only did the carpet look like new Alex the technician was careful to ensure that the equipment (hoses etc) used did not damage any part of the house away from the carpet.

Andrew arrived on time and was extremely professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of services, and throughout the quoting process. I requested several quotes for about 450 sq ft of carpet cleaning and Kyle from Sno-King had good online reviews, a competitive price, and was professional on the phone. His technician, Jason, was on time, asked good questions to ensure the job was done correctly, and worked hard for over two hours to clean my carpets. I was impressed by the technology of the system they use and the use of multiple fans to speed the drying of the carpet. This will be my go-to carpet cleaning company from now on. When my house flooded, my two area rugs were inundated with mud and water. After, they lay outside in the rain, rolled up wet, for two weeks before I was able to arrange getting them cleaned. I didn't honestly think they would be able to be cleaned, but Sno-King quoted me a price substantially lower than replacing them, and had them back to me like new within the time frame they estimated. They also unloaded them from my truck for me when I dropped them off, and loaded them back up for me when I picked them up, and everyone I spoke to there was extremely kind, courteous, and professional. Expectations FAR exceeded, I could not give this company a higher recommendation.

Look no further. Their quality and service are better than the best! My 40 some year old rug is restored to a new life, and it was fragile. They are supremely skilled, talented individuals. And pricing was fair. Extremely pleased all around. Did I mention they're awfully nice, too?

I was blown away by level of customer service that we received with Sno-King! My standards for customer service are high and Alex was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly communicative, thoroughly explained everything, and even made sure to check the ingredients for the products they use due to allergies. I will definitely be using them again!

Extremely satisfied with Sno-King Quality Cleaning from the warm and competent receptionist/scheduler to Jason who did a fabulous job on some very pet-stained carpets (both dog and cat). It has been a few weeks now and unlike other carpet cleanings I've had, the stains have not reappeared. Hooray!

Not only did they offer a 20% discount for dropping off and picking up the rugs, most importantly, they were detailed and thorough, responsive and transparent. We were referred to Sno-King by a former employee of the company, and we are very satisfied with the level of service quality and professionalism. Our wall to wall carpeting had old pet urine stains that a previous carpet cleaning company had not been able to remove last year - Alex from Sno-King was able to remove most of the staining and provided helpful advice on how to treat future such stains. The cost was less than previous services we used, and the outcome much better. I highly recommend Sno-King.

I have used this business twice now, several years apart, and I am definitely going to be using them again in the future. They are so prompt and good with communication, kind, professional, and I've been so happy with the results. They are very determined with getting stains out, but were also realistic with me in explaining what was general wear and tear of the upholstery, so as not to get my expectations too high, but then they got the stains out anyway! I also love that they now offer other cleaning services that I would have had to go to another company before. Now I can just have them do it all at once. Sno-King is great!

We had a fantastic experience with Sno-King and will absolutely book their services in the future! Scheduling was easy, and the price was reasonable and competitively low. Alex and Brandon did an AMAZING job cleaning old mystery stains out of an upholstered chair for us! I have no idea how old the stains were, and they didn't budge when we tried removing them on our own. Our expectations for what Sno-King would be able to do for us were therefore pretty low, but we figured they could at least give the chair a thorough cleaning. Well, Alex and Brandon worked their magic and the chair is now spotless! I couldn't believe how well they cleaned it! It looks brand new, and we can't thank them enough for their hard work and attention to detail. Not to mention, they were right on time and very friendly. Highly recommend Sno-King!
