I am so pleased with Sno-King Quality Cleaning's services! After two decades, having our tile floors and grout professionally cleaned was a wonderful experience. DaVante provided exceptional service, arriving promptly and exhibiting professionalism throughout the process. The grout's restoration to its original color was remarkable, exceeding my expectations. The owner's follow-up email, expressing appreciation for my business and ensuring my satisfaction, was a thoughtful touch.

Today was my third time having carpets cleaned by Sno-King and I have to tell you that they are my favorites. They work really hard and do an amazing job! Brandon has been here all 3 times and he’s incredibly sweet and reassuring. I always feel like I need to apologize for the state of my carpet and they ALWAYS tell me they’ve seen worse and I appreciate. My carpets look and smell amazing. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!!

I received a call from Brandon the morning of June 19, 2025 to announce their arrival time. Once here, Jason and Brandon went right to work moving-in equipment and touring the house to learn the location of each register and setting-up for cleaning ducts. They repeatedly kept me informed about their progress and moved to each room with little disturbance. I found Jason and Brandon to be very customer service oriented and were easy going and pleasant to interact with. I would welcome them back into our home anytime.

It's my first time with Sno-King Quality Cleaning and I am very pleased. I had my carpet and tile floors cleaned. The cleaners were on time, very nice and respectful, and did an excellent job. My 20 year old carpet feels like new and my tiles are super clean. I will be a return customer.

We have used Alex at Sno King several times in our home. Are carpets are over 10 years old and he does an incredible job making them look almost new. We also have dogs and cats and he is able to remove their odors and stains along with water stains. We are on a yearly maintenance program. I definitely recommend this company. We won’t use anyone else.

On 01/02/24, I hired this service for the second time, as they had serviced my space a few years ago. The technician arrived promptly, provided an estimate after re-evaluating the area (which remained unchanged). However, the estimate was significantly higher than the previous whole-house cleaning.(about 60% higher accounting for discounts)

During a phone conversation with Owner Kyle, who was unhelpful and rude in response to a simple question about the price difference from a few years ago, he refused to adjust the cost. The quote stood at 56 cents per square foot of carpet.

Despite the disagreement, I proceeded with the cleaning, costing a total of $900. I din’t wanted to waste my time as I took a day off from work and also moved all my houseware and furniture for this cleaning. The overall cleaning job was satisfactory, but some stains (tea and watercolor marks) remained.

I'm leaving a 2-star review due to the high pricing and the owner's unpleasant attitude over the phone. I won't be considering their services in the future for these reasons.

I appreciate your acknowledgment of the situation.

1. It's important to clarify that I didn't follow your technician around the house, as you accused in your reply. I merely assisted by clearing the way and moving my furniture when necessary. I fail to see how that could be deemed inappropriate. If your tech was willing to move my furniture without incurring me additional costs, he could have told me so.

2. In my conversation with the technician about the owner's rudeness, his response, "I don't know how to tell him that," spoke volumes. It appeared he was well-aware of the situation and your attitude. He heard our conversation as you were on speakerphone entire time.

3. My inquiry about the technician's well-being and whether he will be fairly paid for this job was a genuine concern, especially considering your rudeness I experienced over the phone. It's crucial to ensure a positive work environment for your employee, and I hope that's a priority for your business. At that moment, I wasn’t even sure he was your employee or a sub contractor as you shared no disclosures to that aspect.

I believe your response would have been more constructive with a simple apology for the rudeness rather than resorting to false accusations.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! Kyle, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable on what our carpets need at my office. His technicians arrive in a timely manner as promised. They are so friendly and kind! The outcome after they cleaned our carpets was immaculate! Exceeded my expectations especially having field workers who work outside in the mud, I thought some spots would never come out but Sno-king made it disappear! The carpets look cleaner and smell fresh! Sno-king also does ducting cleaning for a fair price and do quality workmanship! Highly recommend this company! He’s family owned and local too!

Recent Service 2/7/26: Can’t say enough great things about these guys! Alex came to our house we just moved into on a Saturday and cleaned our whole sectional which had dog fur, dirt marks from the move an of course my dogs frito factory feet stench (embarrassing I know trust me). Alex arrived on time, called me with an ETA even brought our carpet they cleaned a few days before at their shop which looked BRAND NEW! They were more than fair on price and got all the dirt marks and fur off and made it smell clean and fresh! 100% Will recommend Kyle, Alex and his team over and over again. They are the best guys!

Sno-king Quality Cleaning was exactly as described. Quality, friendly service. Excellent communication regarding quotes and the onsite technician was great to work with and gave great recommendations. We had carpet cleaned, tile cleaned and an area rug cleaned. They were quick and thorough. This was my second time working with them and I would highly recommend this company.

We’ve used Sno-King twice and were very pleased with the service both times. Most recently we worked with Jason, who was very friendly and capable. He gave us options and did a great job cleaning our carpets. The next time we need carpet cleaning we know who to call.

I wanted my carpet cleaned thay just spray cleaning solution on the carpet and rub the durt partials deep in to the carpet fiber NO deep SOIL WAS REMOVED FROM THE CARPET. So the owner of sno king called me after he read this review. he wanted to make it wright he said he would come back and redo the carpet if I would remove the post.
I just want the jod done wright the first time.
I have a homeowners Bissell so after a quick pass over a section of the carpet the extracted water was very dark and muddy.
I was charged $175.00 for 280 sq ft of carpet. That is $1.60 per square ft.

Sno-king are experts in Duct Cleaning. Who Knew?
1. They were friendly, organized with good notification and most of all - flexible with a last minute reschedule (Thank you)

2. The job was done well. The visit to the home was friendly and efficient.

3. A few days later, I happened to step near a heat vent - The heat was ON! I could not hear the Air flow. Duct clean is really worth it.

Thank you Sno-king. A hidden gem. You should put Duct in your name too.

I’m wowed by the kind and caring service of both Kyle, who helped me schedule the service, and Jason and his assistant who made our home sparkling clean. We had pet stains and mystery marks that had been on the carpet for years. Jason treated our home as if it was his own and made the carpet and couch look better than expected!

Alex has cleaned my carpets for approximately 7 years now and he’s always done a very thorough, fast and great job. He’s personable and thoughtful, and has excellent customer service.

Alex has been cleaning my carpet and upholstery for over 5 years. Having dogs and kids, I consider him a sort of "magician." He's the best and no other cleaning company will do.

I recently had a used couch I got off Facebook Marketplace cleaned by Sno-King Cleaners, and I’m so impressed! The whole experience was great from start to finish.

Jona made the whole process easy—she was quick to respond to my messages and made scheduling a breeze. Devante did a fantastic job on the couch, especially with some stubborn water stains. It honestly looks brand new now!

I also really appreciated the reassurance about the cleaning products they use. My dog is sensitive to smells, and Devante made sure the products were safe and didn’t have any strong odors, which was such a relief.

We had regular texts before the appointment and a call day of confirming timing. Alex was personable and efficient. He also did great work and explained the process clearly. Great experience working with Sno-King! I've had them out before and I was glad to get them back. My chairs were looking rough, like my kids forgot we had napkins, and were stained up pretty good. I had also been dealing with some stinky pet stains, thanks to the rain, I couldn't get my little dog to go out. I made a phone call to Sno-King and was quickly on the calendar a few days later. Alex, the technician, came out gave me a quote which was very reasonably priced, and he got to work. He also gave me some good education about carpets and rugs. I was very happy to work with these guys. I also learned that when you write a review a donation is made to the Boys and Girls Club of Edmonds which I am happy to support!
