First cleaning company I have used that I literally couldn't find one thing done to a subpar standard!! Exceeding my expectations here is an understatement!!! Can't recommend enough!!!!

Irina was friendly and professional. Reasonably priced and communicated with me very well throughout the process. Hired her for an apartment move out and would hire her again!

Irina and her team are great. They come on time, are responsive and professional. We’ve used them twice for move out cleans and they do an amazing job.

Hired them to clean the carpets in the apartment I was moving out of. They were able to get out a bad stain in the eating area. They were professional and friendly with a quick response time. I would hire them again.

Irina provided a quick consult, communicated clearly and professionally, and she and her team left our house SPOTLESS. We were sooo impressed with their workmanship! I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Horrible!! They wanted a thumbtack review before I had checked out the move in clean. Floors were sticky, under the fridge and inside were not touched. Under stove was disgusting- I had to take an entire day to clean before we could move in after paying over $330. Do NOT trust Dayane - I cannot express how disappointed I was- it delayed our move in date costing us $$.

My gf hired this company to clean our house after our movers came to take all our stuff to our new house prior to showing it. We were given a detailed description of all the items they clean including baseboards, inside cabinets, and the fridge in addition to all standard surfaces dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. On inspection of the home we found that the floors hadn't even been vacuumed, the bathroom cabinets hadn't been touched the baseboards were still dirty. We took photos and sent them to the owner who initially offered to take $100 off their services which they billed $500 for but never once offered to correct the issue. We sent additional photos trying to explain what wasn't done in Hope's that she would correct the issue but she completely ignored us. Just spoke with her and she literally yelled at me for 15 mins telling me my gf never told her what she wanted cleaned, then changed to we cleaned everything, then changed to the house was too dirty all the while yelling at me and blaming me. Do not EVER hire this company I am so embarrassed my house was shown in that condition and I still have to find another company to clean prior to our close date.

We hired Mega Clean Services to prepare our rented house for move out walk through. The crew did wonderful job on the carpet. Old stains came off and the carpet smells nice (Ksenia)

I hired Mega Clean Services NW to provide a deep cleaning and steam cleaning of my elderly mother's apartment. They did a great, detailed, and awesome job! Carpet looks like new and bathroom smells great!Thank you, guys! Will hire them again!

I found this company when I needed someone's help to clean my house before I sell it. It was during busy summer time, I was recommended by friend one girl, but she was not available. It was easy to schedule Mega Clean Services, one short phone call was enough. They found time for me and did great job and made my kitchen look like new. I was glad they cleaned every corner inside of my cabinets.

I had hired Mega Clean Services NW to clean and disinfect our house in Shoreline. They did a thorough and amazing job. I had them even disinfect the bathroom, kitchen and select other parts of the house with steam to kill bacteria and viruses. I would highly recommend them and will be calling them again soon. also, Irina was a pleasure to work with, very professional. Thanks Again!

Irina has been our home cleaning service for about a year now and it’s been amazing. They use organic cleaning products that don’t leave a strong chemical odor and is non-toxic to our 4 pets.

They’re very reasonably priced for the fact that they use organic product. We have two showers with glass sliding doors that had a ton of mildew and buildup that we had been trying to get out for months to no avail. The first cleaning session and both sliding glass shower doors were crystal clear!

Additionally, they cleaned our carpets recently and saved us quite a bit of money in the long run. We were thinking we needed to replace the carpet because it was so dirty but the carpet cleaner really ripped out the years of dirt and pet dander that were locked into the carpets. They were so white we had forgotten they ever had that color to begin with.

We highly recommend Mega Clean Services as it’s eased so much stress for us having full time jobs not needing to worry about keeping the house clean. Coming home to a clean and tidy home is one of the best feelings.

My husband and I in addition to our landlord at the time are very happy with the cleanliness of our condo after Irina and her team cleaned the home. Carpet cleaning plus a deep clean of the house after we moved out at a decent price! We had Dayane and her two teenage friends supposedly complete a deep clean before we moved into our home. First off she was two hours late so I had to wait for two hours because she had to start at 7 am. The window ledges were not all cleaned, no marks on the wall were cleaned, as well as the doors. I feel foolish that I even tipped the crew before really looking at everything, because under the stove and fridge were not cleaned underneath and they were gross. The bathroom floors were sticky and not even completely cleaned. I asked them to clean the vents and they didn’t. I really don’t know what they cleaned to be honest.

We had to delay our move in to take a day and clean it ourselves which cost us money.

I would never recommend this business.

Blanca is the best im house cleaning. She has been helping our family for 7 years and she always takes great care of our home. She is fast but thorough, good at communicating, and goes above and beyond with cleaning. My favorite days of the month are when Blanca comes, it is so nice to leave a toddler tornado and come back to a sparkling, restful environment. Thank you Blanca!
