Conal did a great job fixing our leak! We called Plumbers Physician this morning about an urgent leak, and luckily they had an appointment reschedule so they could come out that afternoon! He figured out the issue pretty quickly and repaired it on the spot. My living room was left super clean even though he cut through drywall. Highly recommend!

Tanner came and fixed our dishwasher. He was awesome, professional, kind and explained everything clearly. Job was done efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again!

Conal and the whole team from The Plumbing Physician (Brad, Tanner and team) are just awesome. Had them in to do some changes to our configuration (to provide added flood protection) and to fix a few things that were broken. They get it done on time, are a good value and honestly are fun to have around. There are few vendors that I would recommend as strongly as this team.

Okay, so these guys might not sponsor a hydroplane or plaster their mugs all over Seattle, but they ARE the best plumbers around! We've used The Plumbing Physician for several projects over the past 10 years and each one was perfect. Also, the techs and office folks are all super nice and very responsive via phone, email, and text.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Plumbing Physician’s. This is the second visit we’ve had from them and both Connell and Tanner were amazing. So polite and good natured. Both went above and beyond to fix the problem. This is the easiest phone call you will ever make if you need a plumber.

I had to find a plumber because I received a notice from the city that there could be a leakage in my house, and I also wanted to fix a leaking faucet outside, install another one and fix a clogged bathtub. I saw them at the Edmonds Halloween, and made an appointment. Conal came over to see what was going on and found that the bathtub was fine but the mesh was the problem. He recommended that I get this mushroom cap from Amazon, and it fixed the issue! He also generated a detailed invoice right away so that I could decide which work I wanted to be done. He also called his company to get another person to meet my time limitation. Today, Conal and Tanner came to do the actual job. They replaced the broken water tank and fixed the weird piping along the way. The external faucets were installed nicely and tested. They also recommended that I get an electrician to install a junction box for the recirculator to expand the life and save money in the long run. Using a credit card was no issue at all. It was the first time I was completely satisfied with a plumber.

Highly recommend! Brad replumbed my entire house in 2014 and Conal just came out and replaced a hose for the kitchen sink. They’ve always been extremely professional, reliable, and honest and do a great job. Shayli manages the office and she’s always a pleasure to work with as well. 5 stars all the way!

We had a great experience with Plumbing Physician. We had a slow pinhole leak in a copper pipe in the kitchen ceiling. Above that is a tub and Conal was able to adapt well in order to replace the pipe with the leak. Overall it looks great and no more leak. Before and after photos attached. Thank You. Looks solid.

I want to add my five-star review for this amazing business. Our family met them at the Edmonds 5K on July 4th, and I am so glad they were there. They came to do a couple of installations at our place this fall. In every interaction I had, every person went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. We had a tough install, and Conal was creative and thoughtful in making it work. They are professional and reasonably priced. I'm thrilled that we've found a place that takes such excellent care of its customers. We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs at home and at our dental office!

This company is the best I've ever worked with. They use only the best materials and have amazing prices. They also happen to be perfectionists. I love to support local family owned businesses. Tanner, his dad and sister fixed up both our bathrooms and kitchen with all new plumbing and looked for ways that caused as little construction work as possible. They're the only plumber's my family trusts!

I cannot say enough about this awesome team! Every single person I worked with within this company were amazing! They were quick to come out and look at my job, and as the job progressed (2 bathroom remodels after a leak..), they were responsive to the changes needed and were happy to help mitigate and update plans.
The full scope of work took 3 months- but that was due to all the issues with the job (and no reflection of them)- but they were patient, kind, and professional! Not to mention the work was spotless, and their recommendations were on point!

They’ve handled everything from a toilet repair and kitchen drain cleaning to installing a new water line for an ice maker and replacing a main water shutoff. Every single visit, Conal has been our plumber, and he’s consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reliable.

The service is always top-notch, the entire team is friendly and easy to work with, and pricing is fair and right in line with Seattle market rates.
