Update: We contacted you for a breakdown of the invoice (unable to attach but verbatim- “Water heater replacement and minor plumbing rework (customer provided on-demand unit to be replaced with)” amount- $2100) and referred to the servicing plumber. No details were able to be provided regarding any aspect of the bill and for 3 hours (4 per you) the hourly rate would be $500-$700/hr. I told you my choice was because you were a family owned business and thought that would be a focus on customers and honest practice. I even chose your business because the limited reviews made it seem like I would help the business accumulate a good reputation. I really am disappointed that “family owned business” is only a marketing tool.

Service was quick and friendly and appreciated the education while performing a hot water heater installation. But would have liked to have some (or any) details that breakdown the bill. The cost was significantly more than expected given the time spent and without any information about how the bill was calculated I will probably at least try a different service next time.

The absolute best. Everybody on their crew is amazing- knowledgeable about their work, friendly, easy to talk to, punctual, you name it. Top tier plumbers and would recommend to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend this family owned and operated business. They have worked on a significant remodel of a commercial kitchen as well as some smaller projects for us and the quality and integrity is obvious. If you’re a homeowner or business owner this is the plumber you need.

Very knowledgeable. Had a pressure regulator replaced. Tanner provided a couple options on how to replace the regulator and the pros/cons of each. Overall, the install went well too. Great work!

Tanner was able to squeeze me in for a leaking toilet. He analyzed and repaired. Showed me where shut-off valves were and how other parts were in good order. I will definitely call on The Plumbing Physician again for future troubles.

This a family owned business that always performs any job you need done to your satisfaction. I have used The Plumbing Physician several times to replace my water heater, put in new bathroom sinks and fix broken or leaking pipes. I recommend them highly. Just recently during the November 19 storm I had a tree fall on my house that fell down the side of my house and break the hose bib outside. It proceeded to break the pipe in my house under the sink and begin to flood my kitchen and under the house. The plumbing physician came and saved my house and fixed my problem until we can fix the problem permanently. Please use them because they are the best.

Tanner is a stand up guy and so are all of his associates. He works alongside family members like his sister and father. Met most deadlines and if not, he promptly and responsibly explained why. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his exacting standards.

Family run business with integrity and quality work. Their prices are competitive and you can tell they care to do a good job. Trade work isn’t easy and it’s hard to find experienced and educated contractors who are responsive. You won’t have a problem finding that with The Plumbing Physician! Highly recommend.

Had a leak in our garage and Tanner was able to take care of it as expected and promised. He did a great job and was a great communicator and educator re plumbing. He explained why certain things were done in the construction of the pipe in the home. I thought the price was fair. Incidentally, he found a different area that was leaking and probably saved us significant costs down the road. I liked that he listened and followed up on things that I might have dismissed as no big deal - a real plumbing physician. I would hire them again for additional work.

This team is amazing. They have done multiple projects for our family always with great results attention to detail. They are super responsive and insightful. I would give them a sixth star if I could.

In the case of today, we had a plugged drain in a house we rent and Tanner prioritized it and got the job done same day. Love this team!

The Plumbing Physician was recommended to us by our neighbor. We had what we thought was a leak in the walls somewhere, connected somehow to the bathroom sinks/baths and showers. The dripping sound only happened when we turned on the water. Tanner came out to the house and had an idea what was going on right away. He checked out the areas thoroughly, explaining everything along the way. He made some suggestions that he will put into place for us and we did not have the big job on our hands that we thought we would have. Tanner was prompt, courteous, and professional. A couple of weeks after writing the above, Connell returned with a main water valve, shut off part that was recommended. Because I have cancer, I had asked Tanner initially to wear a mask. He remembered and asked Connell to do the same. Connell was courteous, respectful, and he explained what he was doing to us.

Would you believe, I later received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Tanner and Plumbing Physicians in general, wishing me the very best with my upcoming stem cell transplant. Have you ever? Not only excellent, local plumbers, but genuinely caring people.

Conal called with an arrival time and showed up right on time. He answered my questions about a water hammer in the irrigation system and adjusted the pressure regulator. What he did not do was try to sell me a solution that wouldn't have done anything, which I appreciate. I highly recommend Plumbing Physicians for any plumbing problem.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services. We needed a new hot water tank at our home. Brad and Tanner came out, and we felt great having them in our house, starting with their knowledge and expertise. The job was completed in a timely manner, and the cost was better than we expected.

Wow! I had an incredible experience working with this team. I worked with Conal and the renovation team (the Sutton family and Jeff Sytle). The work was fast, and they made themselves available quickly for urgent repairs.

Our recently purchased home was built in 1950. Our home inspection didn’t convey the urgency of the repairs. Conal was on-site within a day's notice to correct the plumbing for the leaking and non-draining sink. For us, it meant a whole lot more. I’d had to remove the pipe and use a bucket to drain.

The renovation team did wonders; the home had seen various levels of work done under the house. They removed the years-old piping without quoting that they would, and modernized everything.

The budget was manageable, and the people are great. Don’t look anywhere else. These guys are great!

Hands down best plumber in town. Let’s start with the top line stuff. They are family owned, with 3 out of 5 team members being women. That’s awesome. They are local to Edmonds area and it shows. When tanner was working on our house a neighbor drove by that knew him! It was quintessential small town stuff. Now for the actual plumbing work: tanner and brad are so incredibly thoughtful with their work. They took the time to explain our current plumbing system and then told us what they would prioritize. Within a week everything was fixed. While tanner was here he even fixed our fence that was giving us trouble. Not even a plumbing issue! Will def be using again. Found our plumber for life.
