Squared Cleaning did an amazing job on my dad’s house. Very thorough, and professional.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but it was such a relief having Dawn here to help. I’m usually assisting my mom in her housecleaning, she has a three story house that loves to catch dust in obscure places. These few months we have been dealing with a roller-coaster of time-consuming stresses and sometimes just finding the right cleaner can add to that stress. But Dawn made it easy. She left no crumbs! She is very sweet, and quick to respond, I couldn’t have done it better myself and finally I could catch my breath.

    -Thank you DSquared!!

Dawn is absolutely amazing to work with. My house was a mess with a cat, a dog, a newborn baby, and recent construction, but after a cleaning from Dawn, it feels like a brand new home. She is fast and thorough, and--just as important--she is very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend D Squared for any scope of work.

Dawn did an amazing job deep cleaning our house before my daughter was born, everything looks great and it felt amazing being in such a clean house! I look forward to having Dawn continue to clean our house on a regular schedule!

Dawn did a fantastic job with our move out clean. She completed the required list and did so efficiently and effectively. We'd definitely use her in the future and would recommend DSquared to others.

Dawn and the DSqaured crew are top-tier!
Friendly, professional, and meticulously detailed... I feel like I'm coming home to a brand new house each time they leave.
I can't say enough about their service, and would recommend them to anyone!

Dawn is amazing! She responded to me immediately and was able to help us that day! I have some older parents who live with me and we just needed some extra cleaning help. And Dawn cleans wonderfully. She is also so great with my dad who has Alzheimer's. Dawn now comes regularly. We are so grateful!

It was our first clean and it went well! Dawn and her co-worker were accommodating in getting us for a cleaning soon after we met up, were punctual and communication about things was great.

Dawn was responsive and communicative leading up to the day of the cleaning. She showed up on time, walked through everything she was going to do and did a great job! Will absolutely return as a customer!

I had a great experience with Dawn! A friend recommended her after I'd moved into an apartment that hadn't had a thorough cleaning before I moved in. She was fast to reply to my inquiry for an estimate and was able to schedule a cleaning within less than a week of when I reached out. She was very easy to communicate with, did the job in a good amount of time and my place looked great!

    UPDATE:

THANK YOU for the reply - truly appreciate it. Please note we paid $350 not $250.

We had Dawn over earlier this week for a first-time cleaning of our home, as we’ve unfortunately been unable to get in touch with our usual crew. Dawn was great to communicate with and a pleasure to get to know — we really appreciated her friendly attitude and hard work!

That said, I did want to share a bit of feedback for future reference. I had specifically asked for the baseboards, high dusting, and a thorough cleaning of the guest bathroom (since we have friends visiting soon). Unfortunately, I ended up needing to re-clean the bathroom myself — it looked like the shampoo and conditioner bottles hadn’t been moved to wipe down the surfaces, and there was still some visible residue from previous guests. I also noticed that the photo frames around the house hadn’t been dusted, and the baseboards had only been lightly touched.

I’ve attached a few photos for reference. While Dawn clearly put in a lot of effort, the areas I highlighted as priorities were missed, which makes me hesitant to schedule another cleaning with her in the future.

I had the best experience ever with this team they came in very professional cleaned my 4000 square-foot home quickly and efficiently. It looks better than it did when I moved in. The care and time Dan takes to refine the details is extremely impressive. She’s great with kids and doesn’t skip a beat when my dogs want to bounce all over her. I give this girl and her team 100 stars if I could.. Have set up my routine cleaning and couldn’t be happier.!

I couldn't be happier with the work that Dawn and her team completed. My home feels so fresh and amazing, words cannot describe how grateful I am. Dawn is such a kind person aside from a hard worker. She goes the extra mile and shows professionalism. These are hard things to come by these days all in one business. I highly recommend her services!!!

When requesting a quote I was told I was out of their service area. Due to the size of the job, they said they'll do the work, and being an advocate for small businesses, I decided to have a few additional services done to make it more worth their time. My main goal was to have them pressure wash my siding and remove roof moss, and through conversation I added the driveway, patio, porch, gutters, and windows. I agreed to go from a $600ish budget (which I later learned was about half of what the job should've cost - $600ish is typical for siding ONLY and no roof moss) to a $1500ish job to show my appreciation and support small business. I was initially quoted a little over $1700 but when I told them that was a little high, they shrunk the cost down to the $1500ish amount due to over-estimating the size of my back patio. To show my appreciation for them doing a job outside of their service area and being friendly on the phone, I agreed. I verbally confirmed my priorities of the siding and roof, but did not see it in the quote they sent me while I was on the phone. When I told them I didn't see it, they verbally confirmed it was in there somewhere (twice) so I just accepted the quote and expected the work to be done. They sounded friendly so I was quick to agree and not really push back.

After the work was done, I inspected the results and noticed the siding was not touched. Everything that was on my invoice was done well (including the roof moss on the HOTTEST day of the year), but the siding was not. I don't think they would've came all that way to not complete the entire job I requested. When I called to ask if they were going to complete the siding, I was told the job I accepted was already complete. When I told them the main reason I wanted the work done wasn't done, I was told it must have been a "miscommunication on both sides." This really annoyed me because I am a very bottom-line guy, and always ensure the priorities are taken care of before agreeing to optional services, especially when those optional services costed me an extra $900, being 150% more than my initial budget... To compensate me, they told me they will send people out again, but it would cost me an additional $700 + take 10% off my original bill for it to be done. This annoyed me, so I had another company do the work and it cost me just over $600. I was shocked that I had the same job done by another company more local-to-me for approximately $100 less, than the company that was supposed to be compensating me due to a miscommunication on the job I thought was included in my $1500 bill. They still honored the 10% off after I called and told them I wasn't going to have them finish the job, so it was nice to see they still did that after knowingly losing that additional work.

My lesson learned is to not accept verbal confirmation on these kind of jobs, and make sure you see in writing the work needing to be done. If you don't understand the typical industry jargon (like myself), then be sure to either 1) have the work specifically identified in your quotes, or 2) get several quotes to ensure the pricing is somewhat aligned with the precise job needing to be done.

    ***UPDATE***
After speaking directly with the owner, he refunded me the amount it took to have the other company finish the job. I was not expecting this at all, so it shows how important customer satisfaction is to this company. I truly appreciate the gesture and would recommend these guys due to the friendly and efficient service, good work, and follow through for customer satisfaction.

    Thank you Riley!

Called for roof and gutter clean estimate and he told us will offer available time slot later through text message. However, no message that day, the next day also no message.

Then, called again on the third day. He said will try to arrange an estimate on the same day and would call us later. Unluckily, no response again.

Would recommend them directly telling us that they don't want to come instead of keeping us waiting…

Update To Owner: My husband called not me. So it's right that name cannot be found.

On time. Well organized in advance. Did exactly what I asked for and I have what looks like a brand new roof. It hadn’t been touched since it was installed in 2002.
Can hardly wait to tell my neighbors I paid close to $300 less than they did for the same outcome.

Puget Power Washing did an excellent job of cleaning my gutters, roofs, walkways, and windows. Good communication and they were very reliable.
