Brad and Sam were punctual, professional and did excellent work. I appreciate their attention to detail and keeping the Christmas light installation neat and clean. I was also impressed that they had fall protection on and operated with safety in mind. Would hire these guys again!

I had a large project for them and they have handled every detail I've asked for. I had an area about a mile wide in Seattle at a train yard, that needed sweeping services and clean up. They showed up on the first day with the proper PPE, with great customer service. My client had some issues, so I called the owner and he fixed them right away. I can't imagine having a better team to work with. Great people and great service. 10/10, will call them again.

Puget Power Washing did a fantastic job of cleaning our gutters inside and outside. They also washed our glass awning and cleaned the mossy portion of the roof. The customer service was exceptional!! Everyone I interacted with was professional and very friendly..starting with Dave who gave us the bid, to Sandy at the office and the wonderful team that came on time, understood our needs and made sure we were satisfied!

Quick and professional service at a great price. I forgot what my driveway looked like before but having it clean really adds to the overall image of the house.

I felt confident having Riley work with my mother while I was living out of state. I worry about her being taken advantage of, but I completely trust Riley. He did an amazing job on my mom's long, steep driveway. He was respectful, friendly, dependable, gave her a fair price, and made her (and me) feel comfortable. I highly recommend his service.

They did an excellent job. They were professional and were good workers. They were accommodating when moving all the items from the deck and wanted to ensure the items were put back exactly where they had been.
They were extremely conscientious about making sure all areas were cleaned up after they had washed everything, including the window after cleaning the peak of the house.

Very impressed with the teams professionalism. We hired them to do our gutters and pressure wash our driveway. As soon as we contacted them they were prompt on getting back to us and happy to help offering competitive prices most others couldn’t beat. We called around to check multiple places but felt most comfortable with them. We contacted them, they sent a quote and we had them at our place a couple of days later. They got the work done same day and we were very impressed. Would definitely recommend their services.

Hired the team and Puget Power Washing to install our Christmas lights and they did a phenomenal job! They cut the lights to our specifications, hung them perfectly, and it just looks beautiful! Excellent communication, competitively priced, really friendly and timely crew. Highly recommend!

This was our 3rd year having our lights installed and though the installers were great and their work was good, they were not dispatched out the day we had been scheduled (and stayed home to accommodate). We called 4 times to find out the status of our scheduled service and no one ever called us back. Eventually installers randomly showed up on a completely different day and still no one has called to explain.

Update: The rep called me immediately after this review and apologized for not talking with me about what to expect at the time of service. He then walked me through everything he did to clean the roof. They made out right. Great customer service!

Earlier: The representative didn't knock on the door or talk to us before the service. So, I wasn't really sure about what they would do or what they did (after the service).

Now that the lights are finally working they look good. But it was way too much work to get to this point. We had an appointment for Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving. The crew finally showed up at 6pm in the dark. There was an issue in their strings of lights and it brought down all our exterior lights. They came back Friday but didn't fix the issue. After not hearing anything for 5 days I contacted them and a crew came out today, a week after my last contact. This crew was able to resolve their equipment issue and now the holiday lights are working. However, our regular exterior lights still do not work and after much troubleshooting we have an appointment with an electrician. This was a lot of time and expense to get us to this point.

Riley and his team came in and did an awesome job on our roof. I called them and within a couple hours they were at our property to give me an estimate and less than 24 hours from that, they were on our roof cleaning the moss and gutters. I would highly recommend using puget power washing. I will definitely be calling them again.

Super happy with our experience! We had a large moss-covered concrete patio and driveway that to my knowledge have never been power washed before, along with our steps and sidewalk. It took most of the day, but the end result was transformative and I'm super appreciative that Riley took care of clean up as well, so no mud splatter or leftover moss chunks. After seeing the difference, my wife has suggested that we start getting our outdoor space power washed more regularly. Well worth the money for how much time and effort my job took; I'd absolutely work with Puget Power Washing again.

Great service. Soft roof wash and moss treatment. This was the first time I've used them. What I liked from the beginning was a friendly attitude from the office. Then the estimator came out and had a friendly, approachable and business-like demeanor.

Next, the techs who handled the job came out and were thorough in their work and were able to answer my questions about the process. What was also quite noticeable was their attention to safety on the roof.

The company also keeps you updated on the name of the tech coming, when the tech is on the way and confirms that work has concluded.

Overall a very efficient and easy company to work with at a reasonable price.
