They were awesome and did a fantastic job. I installed a Mr Cool and they were the only one I could find to hookup the copper lines and vacuum them out. I will be using them in the future

I found Sound Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning after I received a quote from one of the large companies in the area. I thought the prices I was quoted for a couple of add-ons to my heat pump system were high. We replaced a Nest thermostat with a Mitsubishi one, and had an overflow safety switch and a surge protector added to the system. I got in contact with Sound Comfort and was quoted a price that was much less than half of the first quote. Less than a week later, Mauro came out and took care of everything. He's a delightful guy and took the time to explain everything and walked me through the process to program the thermostat. He also quoted me a price for routine maintenance on the upstairs mini-splits, but after taking a quick look, told me that they were fine and didn't need maintenance at this time, saving me a lot of money. Can't say enough good things about the company. I'm tempted to bad-mouth the other company. I will, however, say that you should get more than one quote. I came very close to wasting a large amount of money.

Recommended my friend to this company in Everett. Mauro came the same day, fixed the unit the same day. Also charged my friend a price that was a fraction to what other companies were trying to charge. If you’re in Everett, I would absolutely recommend calling Sound Comfort. 6/5 stars in my book.

From start to finish the service I received was outstanding! They replaced the gas furnace in my home, Mauro was honest and friendly throughout the entire process and gave a fair quote. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable using my new thermostat. If you need a new furnace install I highly recommend Sound Comfort Heating!!

Our furnace went out and called several heating companies for help but most of them couldn’t show after 4pm. For those who could, they were asking a lot of money for after hours surcharges. Sound comfort came to our rescue, not only were they able to come after 4pm without any charge, they were on time and friendly. Their technician Mauro was great, very cheerful and great at explaining the problem and cost associated with it. I’d definitely do business with Sound Comfort again.

Mauro and Carson did a great job installing a new HVAC system for my house. Their quote is very competitive, and the installation is also top-notch. They made sure the new system worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who values great customer service, quality products and workmanship.

I had Sound Comfort come out to diagnose my 21-year-old gas furnace after it started making some concerning noises. Mauro responded quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. He provided a very fair quote for the repair.

After discussing it with my wife, we decided it made more sense to invest that money toward upgrading to a heat pump instead. We ended up getting seven total quotes from different companies and had three sales representatives come to our home. None of them came close to Mauro’s level of professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, or integrity throughout the process.

We ultimately moved forward with a 4-ton Mitsubishi cold-climate heat pump and have been extremely happy with it so far. We’re especially looking forward to having A/C this summer as well.

I cannot thank South Comfort Heating enough for what they did for my family during a recent cold freeze. Our heat suddenly went out, and with a toddler at home, it was incredibly stressful and honestly scary not knowing how long we’d be without heat.

What meant even more to us was how understanding and compassionate they were about our situation. Mauro was hands down the best technician I’ve had come to fix something in our home! Not only did he quickly diagnose our fire place, but then went on to give me an in depth explanation of how to work the fireplace correctly & signs to look out for. He was very professional & overall a joy to speak with! It turned out our issue was not a big one, so he was quick to get things running & even took the time to clean it for us - it looks SO much better now. I’m so stoked on my service & to have a working fireplace again. I will now be exclusively reaching out to this company - specifically Mauro if possible! Still awaiting the 800.00 refund for a labor warranty that was revoked after my dimissal....

The technicians do good work, they denied servicing our home due to me beinglet go, that being said, my husband, who had NEVER worked here, and I paid 22k for our unit, only to be told they would not honor our service contract, which they didn't tell us until we went to book our first maintenance, which they did NOT give a full refund for. . . No, they haven't been to my home in over 2 years because they refuse to stand by their own service contract. I would be wary of this company, again, the techs are AMAZING, the sales people are AMAZING, I'm giving 2 stars due to the pettiness that is clear in the response to this review as the office managers are shady, and even if things were not well with me, my husband did nothing to them outside of paying 22k for a new mini split, he's just a customer!! BEWARE.

New to the WA state.. read a lot of reviews and picked greenwood for furnace replacement and heat pump installation. They are very professional on time. Matt and Dakota came along with few others for a big 3 day job as I had to add few more registers as well.. I picked Daikin and I am happy with my choice so far. I highly recommend this company to everyone :)

Our company has used Greenwood as our exclusive HVAC contractor for over 10 years. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism, and the courtesy the techs have always shown to us, as well as our clients. Our current project will be the first time we have used them as our electrical contractor. The techs Kyle and Zack were amazing! The energy they brought to our site was positive and the quality of their work imecable. It was not an easy tie in from the existing residence to the addition but they were able to think outside the box and the transition is seamless. We really appreciated the PM assigned to our project. Aaron is a top notch professional and helped guide us through some of the more intricate situations we found once we started tearing in to walls.
