Fikes has been a pleasure to work with so far. As a manager that has been in the industry for 17+ years, it is rare to find such hard working and genuine vendors but this team follows through on their promise!

Fikes is a TOP notch company with TOP notch employees. The CEO (Mark) is one of the most honest, nice, and genuine person you will ever meet. I have been using their services for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. They are always looking for the best product at the lowest cost to help out small businesses, my route manager Marty is fantastic and always goes above and beyond at my store. My bathrooms smell wonderful and all the products they supply me with are great. In all the years I have been doing this I have NEVER had the CEO of a company come to sell me products, in fact I had no idea it was him until after I signed with Fikes and did some research. He and Marty surprised me one morning and I am glad they did, it has been a great relationship since. I would highly recommend any small or large business to reach out to Fikes and get a quote, I can almost guarantee that they will save you money but most importantly you will get the best service possible. Our experience with Fikes has been exemplary...and they are not even the company we use, YET. Chris came initially to bid total cleaning of trash chute, he was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. We are a small condo building and he understood the steps we had to go through. Then Chris came out after our chute door was damaged and he ended up fixing it gratis!
We are in the process of hiring them.
As a board member for our condo for 10 years, I have many experiences with companies.....Fikes is on the top of my list!

We've been partnered with Fikes at Toyota of Puyallup for several years for all of our paper products & cleaning supplies. I was assured when we made the switch to Fikes that once we set our ordering levels, everything would be handled by them. I can attest that is 100% correct. The only time I've had to get involved is if we need to add something to our product list. They even offer pest control solutions, and have responded immediately, when needed. I've used multiple different companies for scent services, facility supplies, and can say that Chris has been a fantastic partner over the last year. We went out shopping for a company who could elevating our property to a level that we haven't had before, and with a wide variety of services offered, his customer service and responsiveness stood above. When you are representing your business, you need to drive SAFELY and RESPONSIBILITY. This driver, at about 4:40pm today, was pulled up against the curb. Then suddenly, without warning or a blinker, swerved over into a whole lane of traffic! This cause me to swerve into oncoming traffic, Fikes missed my car be merely an inch thanks to my reactivity.
Extremely irresponsible and endangered the lives of others.

Especially disheartened to see that there was another review left for another incident of reckless driving.

Fikes has been my go to company for pest control and scenting services for years now! Kara and Chris has always been amazing on the office/sales side and special shout out to Brandon who has been hands down the best tech I’ve ever worked with! He has taught me a lot about pest control and is always super professional and respectful with all of my residents!

Robert and Lara came by this afternoon for my quarterly pest control service. Both took the time to explain service provided, explained any issues they found with my 3 bate traps, i.e. activity with 1 of my traps, mold on the bate in one of my traps, and Robert took special care not to spray near any of my pollinator flowering plants and bushes! I told them that I received quarterly service, however Robert stated that it appears that I receive service every 16 weeks, he is going to look into it and let me know for sure. I appreciate the extra attention to customer care!
