Very fair prices, excellent thorough competent crew. General manager Christopher recommended an Amana heat pump, it turns out to be a top notch product with a "99 year warranty" & American made!

I filled out the online request for an appointment and within minutes received a call from Amanda in the office. I did not expect to receive a same-day appointment, but she was able to send Mike out who arrived with in a short amount of Time period he was very friendly and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He even had a part on the truck that he could replace at the time without needing to have a return visit.
In less than an hour, I had heat again. New paragraph thank you Mike, Amanda, and the entire team For being available.

Virgil the best customer service ever, he invested a lot of time resolve my issue and kept reinforcing that he was interested in getting to the root of the problem. He was very respectful, kind, and asked direct questions that showed he cared about the issue not happening again. Thanks kindly for being thorough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just wanted to thank Amanda, Zane, and Nathan for helping me out. We had another company perform a furnace install and they royally botched it. Nathan came out and basically helped coach the other company on how to do their job properly.

I have future projects planned and I'm dropping the old company and using these guys instead.

I had a furnace install, bathroom fan install and a whole home surge protector install done with Northwest. I'm grateful the team was willing to work with me in the Seattle area. I usually get many quotes and found Northwest to be among the best for both person interaction and pricing.

Home projects are intimidating for me due to lack of experience so I really appreciate teams that understand this.

The sales estimator was Shane and the installers were Andrew F., Mike V., and another guy I didn't catch the name of and the electrician was Rod K. I thought everyone was experienced, friendly and reputable. The scheduling/accounting team (Angie?) were also easy to engage with. They are great about scheduling and reminders. I will recommend this company to people going forward

Sales personnel, Michael, was professional and helpful with strategies and expertise to resolve our heating issues. Technician, Nathan, was communicative, friendly and knowledgeable. As a result, we have better heat flow and distribution throughout the house. We are so thankful we made the call!~

On year 18 on my homes original furnace and it's almost time for a new furnace. Was impressed with HVAC tech Charles Dobbs. Went over everything with me after a thorough inspection and maintenance of my furnance. We discussed my options and some of my own maintenance that I've done and parts already replaced, but I will be happy with one more winter. Gave me a quote for a new furnace vs the repairs I will need on the existing one. Just makes more sense to get a new one after this winter is done. Appreciated his honesty and the price is reasonable. They have my business moving forward.

Virgil came out today for their $59 furnace tune up. Very polite, and very knowledgeable!! Took the time to listen to my concerns, and fully checked off each of them with his tune up. Explained exactly what he did, and how my furnace is currently performing. This was a great value, and it looks like by sending Virgil Archibeque they sent their best!

Adam Pulido came out to help assist us with our furnace which had been malfunctioning for a short while, after recent installation. He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to work to resolve the issue. Not only did he resolve it, but also documented everything extremely well and provided reasoning that was easy to understand as to the root cause and how to avoid in the future. Excellent employee, and excellent customer service.

Mike came out and he’s a nice and respectful man and he didn’t mind showing me the process and steps. He went one by one and his trouble shooting was fantastic. He was very systematic and found the problem and solved it. My A/C is now working perfectly. Cold at 49.9 and so nice to feel like my home is iced. Perfect timing.

I received a coupon in the mail for a furnace check up for $59.00 so I thought that was a real good price so I called them and set up the appointment to have my 25 year old furnace checked out since it had been running erratically. I’m so glad I did because the nicest man , Glen Ashford, came out and did a check up. The news wasn’t good, my furnace inside was cracked and the control board was burned along with some water damage he said it should be “red tagged”. In other words it’s illegal to run it safely with the damage it had. (Well it’s Christmas time so of course my furnace must die!!!). Glen calmly and patiently explained everything to me and showed me pictures of all the damaged parts. He never once pressured me or even tried to sell me a new furnace. Needless to say I asked him about their furnaces and I ordered one. I felt like he was super honest, friendly, patient and someone I could trust, and would definitely call on again. He set up the install for the for the following business day and Brandon Miller came out and removed the old furnace and installed the new one. He too was friendly and polite and on time.
I also want to mention how nice Amanda was. She set up everything and did an excellent job. She was very good on the phone, easy to understand, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company 100%!!!

Our furnace broke in the winter and sadly found that we needed to replace the entire unit... The entire process was smooth and everyone at Northwest Experts was incredibly kind and helpful - from receiving the quote (Michael), to the electrician (Rod), to the technicians (Jacob and Zach)!

They sent Mike out the next day and we definitely appreciated his efficiency and knowledge sharing! Truly appreciate him answering all my questions and providing extra filters for us! Thank you so much - we definitely recommend them!

My family and I are so grateful to the team at Northwest: Darlene, Nate, and Zane! I recommend them without hesitation for their talented people, can-do attitude, professionalism, a successful outcome, and a great customer experience!!

The backstory: my family and I were in Alaska when the PNW had a big freeze and our pool heat pump condenser and above ground pipes froze and burst. No one was able to come to our home for a couple weeks due to all the other customer priorities dealing with the aftermath of the storm. I completely get it...a pool is not a priority when others are without heat. So our son purchased and installed a new condenser to get the pool water flowing to avoid frozen water in the pool cracking our pool walls and creating a much bigger problem!

Our next challenge was to find a way to purchase and install a highly regulated refrigerant requiring a license and special tools. We soon learned that DIYing the refrigerant to get the heat pump working was not possible. For over three years I called different service companies asking for help - pool service companies such as Aquaquip who originally sold and installed the unit, and AquaCal; a different AquaCal, the manufacturer of the pool heat pump; other dozens of other HVAC contractors too numerous to mention except I will mention my serious disappointment with South Sound Plumbing with whom we spend a lot of money annually to service our other home heat pumps. After 30 different phone calls none would help us. "Too risky they" said, "wouldn't be able to warranty the work" said others. The truth? Our problem was simply too small a job or didn't fit their known expertise.

Northwest was willing to help (BTW they showed up on the top of a list of HVAC contractors during my ChatGPT co-thinking session). I'm so grateful to Darlene (who took my call and listened with compassion to my unusual problem. I'm grateful to Zane, Northwest's Service Manager, who spent time deeply listening, brainstorming an approach, and getting someone out to our home. Finally, heartfelt kudos to Nate, our HVAC tech wizard, who successfully got our pool heat pump heating water! Yahoo!

Our furnace failed during the night and the house was extremely cold. I called Northwest Expert Heating and they responded that same afternoon with a service man at my house. The furnace needed replaced. The next day they installed a new furnace and heat pump and were done by early afternoon and my home was getting nice and cozy and warm. Everyone involved with the process, from the first person on the phone to the installers are very professional and do an excellent job. They all work very hard and efficient, were respectful to me and my property, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs the services they provide.

Bought a new furnace and heat pump after my old combo failed at the tail end of winter. They were able to send a crew out almost immediately. The crew they sent out, Nate and Jayden, were stellar. Both were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. They explained everything that was going on and the why. They also went above and beyond with fixing minor mistakes around the previous system as well as chopping an old tree that was in the way (that I wanted gone). Will definitely be signing up for their maintenance plan as well because of how great the crew was.

Thank you to NWX for the quick and efficient service. They had a technician out to my house for my no heat the same day AND had my furnace installed by 10am the next morning. KUDOS to the office staff, especially Daryl& Zane (who helped me). Nate G (the technician was able to explain my repair options so that I could understand them. BIG SHOUTOUTS to Andrey and Alex (installers) for the seamless install. I decided to go with a new furnace and am warm again. Thank you to all at Northwest Expert Heating- I will definitely be referring this company to my family and friends.

Enjoyed our experience with Nate and his team. They kept us up to date on arrival and explained the entire process from start to finish. They cleaned up nicely when it was done and did a thorough walkthrough of the work done and explained next steps. The price was great and the work thorough. High recommend them.
