3 years ago had them installed AC unit to my residential house and experience is unforgivable! Price is great but most importantly customer service is amazing. Now they are installing two AC units on our commercial building and once again the experience I’m having is outstanding. They are on time! Very reliable! Can not be more happier! Serhii and Viktor were both amazing and professionals. They worked quietly and efficiently, and completed the furnace and AC installation in record time. I was impressed with their work ethic and skill. A day before I get quote from Chris and Next day Serhii and Victor come to install. I was surprised how Professional and quick they are.

Quick and thorough installation of Heat pump, Furnace and Tankless water heater. Hard workers and respectful of property. Besides having to clean up some trash and debris, I am satisfied with the install. Thank you Viktor, Rod, Roman and the one other worker that helped.

Charles did an excellent job with the furnace maintenance and filter swap. He explained everything he was doing and had a very pleasant and professional manner.

Got an estimate on Wednesday and had installers out on Friday. Just installed an AC unit for Central Furnace. Not an easy install, it took 2 guys full day plus electrician couple hours. We now have cool air blowing out of our vents.

We had to replace our heating system. The whole process was very pleasant even though this is not something we planned on doing right now. The initial appointment was set within a couple of days, the representative who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the installers were amazing. They were professional, respectful, talented and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the installation and how it looks. They took the time to listen to my concerns and ideas and offered recommendations, backed by experience. We are very pleased with the whole experience provided by NW Experts Heating & Cooling.

Mike was personable, on time and quite knowledgable. Beyond a tune up. We appreciate the work performed. 2 stage Coleman high efficiency.

Not a great long term experience, eager to sell you systems but very bad on following up on anything and fixing mistakes. When you buy over 12k ac and water system you expect top notch installation and warranty service. Thats not the case here, since beginning there has been mistakes. Most recently durning painting we discovered that the drainage line was never properly connected to pvc pipe and water drained on the well causing mold. Instead coming to fix the issue they have not replied to my messages. So beware, eager to sell you stuff but poor workmanship quality and after sales support.

Aaron came out and found and fixed electrical issue in no time. He walked me through problem and replaced parts. Super nice, friendly and extremely efficient!! I would highly recommend him to all my friends, family and my customers!! Ladies in office we super kind as well! Thank you so much Aaron for your expertise! Many Blessings!!!

Our service Tech was Beau, and Beau is exceptional! He was courteous and beyond patient with my obnoxious barking dog. I found him to be knowledgable, efficient, and charming.. I absolutely recommend him as well as the company. They offer a great service at a fair price.

Beau was my technician today, he was very friendly and did a great job of letting me know all the work that he was performing. Beautiful was very thorough and did a great job! Five star plus. I would definitely recommend!

We had a very pleasant experience working with the office and the technician. Beau took the time to explain to us what was wrong and what exactly it would take to fix it. He was back out shortly with the parts and new thermostat. We’ll definitely be reaching back out to Northwest when it’s time for a new system.

Beau did an outstanding job with my parents’ home. He was incredibly attentive and took the time to walk my mother through everything, answering each of her questions in a way that made her feel confident and comfortable. She now understands exactly how to operate and troubleshoot the furnace thanks to his patience and thorough explanations. Excellent service and highly recommended.

We had some electrical issue symptoms and became concerned. Zach came out to do an evaluation, identified and took care of a potential problem providing clear upfront pricing before starting any work. He also identified and explained some other issues that will need to be addressed. He didn't try to hard sell, just provided information and we are now awaiting a formal quote to have additional work done when we are able.

Highly Recommendable. I had my furnace replaced and additional installation of heat pump. Chris was the was one who came in and made some assessment and quote. He knows his trade and got me immediately convinced. I had my doubts about how the equipment and workmanship will turn out but come installation day, I was relieved to observe how professional and competent they were (Andrei and company). The duct line works and the electrical layout was really neat and well-done. The furnace and heat pump were also working well but i just need more education on the thermostat; although somebody will be coming back to address my concerns.

Also kudos to their office staff Julie and Rose, I felt their sincerity to ease my apprehensions, making that all my questions and concerns are taken care of.

I forgot to post it but saw it when Mike came in to fix the recall problem. He was no nice and accomodating to all my queries. I hope you have more guys like him. Thanks for providing winderful service including office staff who accomodated my calls.

This company is excellent! My mother is a senior and Micheal Wachtler went out of his way to answer all of her questions he was patient, courteous and efficient. I live out of state, and it was a comfort to feel that my mother was being taken care of with such care and due diligence.( thanks Micheal I really appreciate you!!)Payment was a breeze and Amanda in the front office was fantastic at answering any and all questions that I had. I recommend this company to anyone in need of excellent service.
