Our AC went out, so we called Varsity Heating and Cooling. Jake came out to take a look and quickly diagnosed the issue — the fan motor had seized up. He was able to temporarily get it working by breaking it loose, which kept us comfortable until he could return the next day to replace it. We couldn't be happier with the service. Very responsive and helpful. I had issues with my AC blowing hot air and Jake responded to my request the same day and was able to fix my issue quickly. They did a very good job explaining all the ins and outs of what they were testing, the work they were doing, and also gave me a lot of useful info and tips on my system. Varsity was great! I had our 30 year old home upgraded from the original gas furnace to a brand new gas furnace and heat pump. They were very thorough in evaluating the house and current ducting to determine hvac sizing. Installation happened in one day. They were very easy to work with.
