My heat pump required a repair just as this extreme heat wave was hitting, they tried to squeeze us into the schedule, he ended up coming on a Saturday morning to get the job done in a professional manner. My house is now a sanctuary away from the 110 degree weather thank you protemp, i will definitely use and recommend this company in the future.

Ricky came by and helped troubleshoot issues we were having with our AC / heat pump. We had another vendor come out prior to Pro Temp, and they has mis-diagnosed the issue. Ricky was able to very quickly identify what was wrong, and helped us avoid a complete heat pump replacement (turns out we just needed a new thermostat!). Very professional, and did a great job!

Pro temp team were punctual, efficient and meticulous! They were very respectful and cleaned up everything when they were done! We have an amazing new AC and furnace that runs beautifully!

Gas furnace went out during the height of the cold season sarrel of ProTemp HVAC was there to evaluate what was needed and replaced it in a quick and mine blowing time frame needless to say that summer came and we had that first heat wave the AC took a dive again sarrel came through with an AC system within days before the second heat Wave this season 2025 again a good time frame to consider days instead of weeks any other high vac company for residential takes at least three weeks or a month and a half to get it done

They did a great job replacing my furnace. My old heat exchanger went bad and was causing high levels of co2.

Brandon was so knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I had an appointment for today, but he called and asked if he could come by yesterday instead, since he was in the area. It worked out perfectly with my schedule, and he showed up 30 minutes later. He was able to successfully install my thermostat and even helped me set it up. I had asked him a question about my fireplace and he was willing to assist me with getting it up and running again. Needless to say, I will definitely be using Pro Temp again. 5/5!
