I recently had the opportunity to work with Bob's Heating, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! When my A/C unit went out during an incredibly hot day, they came to the rescue with same-day service. The team was prompt, professional, and incredibly hard-working, even in the sweltering heat.

They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my unit up and running in no time. I truly appreciated their efficiency and dedication to customer satisfaction. If you need reliable heating and cooling services, I highly recommend Bob's Heating. They exceeded my expectations and made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle!

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is who I have used for decades. I also refer them to family and friends. For maintenance, upgrades, filter program and vent cleaning I only use Bob's HVAC!!

The original repair cost was quoted to me for $1000 labor where the parts were under warranty. They were able to pass the labor cost to the manufacturer.

I had a “AC power loss” and my home got really warm. I called Bob’s expecting to schedule an appointment a couple of weeks out given we are in the middle of summer. To my surprise, I was told a tech would be out to my home the next day. The techs arrived and were able to fix the problem quickly and explain the cause of the issue. Jason was able to let me know how to avoid similar issues in the future and both techs were very careful within my home. They treated my home as if it was their home. The cost to fix the issue was very reasonable and below what I was expecting. Overall, I’ll call Bobs again for maintenance and any needs for heating and AC.

They did my friend bad. They told her they would call in the morning to let her know what time they would be there in the afternoon. They came at 7 pm. She scheduled another appt and they didn’t show at all. She called and was told her tech called in sick. Rescheduled again. Another no show. Finally she told them to cancel her totally and went with Taylor heating and air. What a terrible company. We are spreading the word how terrible they did her. I will never use them.

Bob’s has been my go to for service and repair with my furnace. I have found their staff to be very helpful and professional to work with for everything I have needed assistance with from filters, duct cleaning, and even furnace replacement. I have worked with Bob’s for about ten years now. I will go back to Bob’s as I need help in the future and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a reputable place to work with for their furnace needs, repairs, and maintenance, or replacements.

Our bill was for 3 years of maintenence service. Which is a very good deal. We have had the same service man for two years. He is very efficient and courteous. 5G 5G

Our technician, Greg, was great! He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, was kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Great service, Sam went above and beyond to help me with my after market thermostat, which ended up being the wrong model that I needed. He and his teammate Won, were able to set me up with the correct one. He showed me how to program my new thermostat and answered any additional questions I had concerning my AC system.

So I have a yearly maintenance contract with Bob's for my Tankless and Furnace. I always ask for Kyle T. Kyle is a young man but with a lot of knowledge on these appliances. He is super friendly and is always willing to answer my questions. I'm very happy with the service he provides.

Greg provided excellent service for my furnaces and took the time needed to explain a few things to me as well. Thank you for the professional service Greg. Note that I have the service plan with Bob's and they service my 2 furnaces, 2 HVAC units and 2 tankless water heaters. I recommend the maintenance plans if you can afford them as they save money - I do the 3-year plan for all 6 pieces of equipment.

We have always used Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning. They installed our system and they have kept up with our system. Great team! Mr. Centennial was extremely thorough and extremely knowledgeable with our system. So far we have received excellent support and have not had any disappointments. We haven’t had a bas customer experience, yet! So, that is why I’m giving them a 5 star rating and all services have been done very thoroughly.

Teresa is an amazing receptionist! She’s friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is taken care of. Highly recommend this business — great service from start to finish!

Our furnace and heat pump were installed by Bob's and this is the first maintenance check up that we have had since the installation. Kyle was our technician and he did a great job. He was very thorough in explaining what he was checking and confirming that both the furnace and heat pump were working as expected after all the tests. He was great at answering any questions that we had and made sure that we are set for the rest of the summer and the upcoming winter.

We’re on a yearly maintenance plan and they tune up our furnace in the fall and the ac in the spring. The techs are always very friendly and, more importantly, very knowledgeable and happy to share insights and suggestions. I very much appreciate their work. As a bonus they often have parts in their trucks.

One dead thermostat, one VERY cold day, resolved and an unsuspected problem identified and resolved with friendly and prompt service. Ally (our technician) was great! She was professional, friendly and efficient! You never know what kind of technician you are going to get when you have HVAC or plumbing work completed and I have to say that Bob's Heating & Air have the best technicians. Scheduling was easy and the service by our technician was top notch!
