I had my HVAC duct system cleaned and was pleased with the Technician, Phillip, who explained the process as he did each step. He was friendly, professional, and even took pictures to show me the difference once cleaned. I was amazed how much fresher the air seemed to be. Thank you Washington Energy Services and Phillip.!

We have a Tankless water heater. We bought a service contract when we purchased it, and this review is for the service. First of all, we love the water heater. The rep that came out to do the service was very friendly, helpful and walked us through the whole process as he did the service. He did a good job, and kept the area clean and was very respectful of the space.

We recently had our windows replaced by Washington Energy Services and are super happy with the new windows. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and timely. Our first meeting was with Brian Schoenweiler who went over our options and quickly followed up with price quotes. This was followed by John who came out and did precise window measurements that turned out to be spot on. A team of four incredible workers did the install and all worked in harmony to ensure a perfect install. Special thanks to Dalton, Chris, LP and Juan for all they did, including a fantastic cleanup. The windows are high quality, perfectly engineered and look phenomenal. Highly recommend Washington Energy Services for quality windows and installation.

My husband and I needed a quote for a new furnace and heat pump. We bought our heat pump over 15 years ago from Washington Energy. We knew we were going to contact Washington Energy again. This time we needed a new furnace and heat pump. I made the call to get an appointment for a consultation. I was greeted with a very pleasant woman that put us in contact with Kelly. The project was set up within a short time. We had two great crews working simultaneously on the two units-both crews were polite, respectful of us and our home. The complete installation was a very reasonable 1.5 days. Steven and Sergio made sure we were going to be comfortable overnight until they returned. Also, by the end of the first day every box and every bit of packaging was cleaned up. The next morning we received the customary phone call letting us know when the guys were going to arrive (much appreciated!). In half a day the system was running great. We were advised that we would be getting a courtesy call in two weeks for the air flow test to check for proper air flow to every vent. Once again, right on time we are notified that the technician, James Dacy, would arrive within an hour. James was amazing. He explained what he needed to do and was soon finished. James was also very polite, respectful of us and our home. He went above and beyond to get the temperature sensors installed. James came back with the sensors, explained how they work and the height they needed to be installed. Mission accomplished! Thank you to each and every employee that helped on our project!! As always, when we need anything updated, we will be sure to call Washington Energy. Your employees are well trained in their profession, we get quality products at a competitive price. Jason arrived on-time and got to work immediately! He serviced my furnace and AC, and changed my two filters. He vacuumed out everything and put the cover back on the AC unit. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to answer any questions I had. And he took care not to let my cat out!

I’ve been a customer of Washington Energy Services for 10 years. This review is for annual service of my heat pump, ductless units and generator. My technician Jason is great. He’s professional, knowledgeable, competent, respectful of my property and pleasant. I trust WES to make sure my equipment is working properly and they never fail me. When it’s time to purchase replacements, I won’t hesitate to call them.

Jordan and Ellie are awesome! They are a wonderful plumbing team! I felt extremely comfortable and confident with inside my home. I cant wait to recommend them to everyone at church! I will be calling them for my next home service. God bless!

Our furnace went out the night before and WES sent Jesus within a couple of hours. He was able to get it back up and running and I thought he seemed very trustworthy. Will be going with WES again the next time we need help.

Service was great! Auburn and Elias did a thorough annual maintenance on my furnace. Confirmed it is in good shape and working well. Answered a couple of questions I had about it. Also let me know Washington Energy sells and installs generators when I mentioned getting one as a backup.

Hired WES to replace my sliding glass door. The salesman was on time and took his time to review my situation and explain the process. The quote arrived quickly and was reasonable. The order was more or less on the timeline that was given and they called and gave me a quick install appt.. The install crew arrived on top and was friendly and respectfully of our home. Everything came out beautiful. I would reccomend them.

We had an issue with our furnace that was discovered during our annual servicing. The rep Jesus did a highly commendable job of identifying the exact root problem, which turned out to be a lot less obvious than expected. I appreciate his diligence and careful skill to make sure he got the issue properly diagnosed. I am very impressed by his professionalism and knowledge.

My furnace went down and we didn’t have heat, Jesus came the same day and was able to figure out what was needed and ordered the parts to come back the very next day to install it for me and my family to have heat again.

DO NOT USE! I spent $20k+ on a new heat pump system from WSE, and had multiple follow up visits/inspections/calls I wasn't informed about previously. Took months to be finished with everything, very complicated. And instead of more efficiency, my heating bills went up hundreds of dollars/month compared to my previous system. I had to schedule yet another WSE tech appt - 2 techs showed up, didn't know how to change the settings on my new thermostat, so they called a 3rd tech for help. Sure enough, the thermostat was set incorrectly by the WSE installer, BACKWARDS, so my heat pump was running on the coils instead of the actual unit. My PSE bill today is already $100 lower than previous month. WSE cost me hundreds in extra heating bills - good thing I questioned it and had them come back. Also, got many calls from PSE re: rebates I'd already been given by WSE, told them to work it out with WSE instead of bothering me. I already received and paid for the contract, DONE. Will never use WSE again.

They were responsive and quick when we started getting a fault in our heater that was preventing it from working. The technician was great. Friendly and provided helpful information about what to do in the future. We've had them out for a duct cleaning and a repair job and both times were excellent. We will continue to use them for any issues we experience.

I now understand why they get such bad reviews regarding their windows. The Lynnwood office installed a water heater for me a year ago and I was about to do routine annual maintenance so I consulted the owner's manual and there was a discrepancy between what the manual showed and how my unit was installed. So I called WES on a Saturday and a woman answered and said she would take a message and have them call me on Monday. Monday came and went. As a back up I emailed the installer with the email from his card that was in my file. No answer. I then texted him about the email. No answer. I called WES again and they said the installation manager would get back to me. Here we are FOUR days later and nothing. They lost out on an opportunity to get my future business.UPDATE: After a week went by they did in fact reach out to me, apologized for the snafu, and took ownership of the problem.

Had a great experience with these guys and would totally recommend them for service on your furnace. James, the repairman that was assigned my appointment was polite, clean and quick. He discussed all the possibilities so there would be no surprises on my final bill and just showed up and went to work.

Great experience. I had an old furnace that was originally installed by them. They were able to repair it and buy me a few more years of furnace life. Much appreciated. Safe and comfortable with Jesus, 4+ hours doing the repair in my home. Transparent and didn’t try to upsell. Felt informed about the decision.

Washington Energy Services installed my neighbor's new front door, so I was eager to call them when the time came to remodel my home. First up, I talked to Will at the office who answered my questions and set up the in-person call. Lino took it from there, handled all the measurements, and walked me through all of my design, substrate, hardware, and color options, answering questions at every turn in terms of price and performance. There are a lot of variables that can dramatically affect design and price (handles, locks, hinges), so he explained what these were so I could make a smart decision within my budget. Once we landed on the perfect door and nailed down the estimate, final measurements were made and then we awaited manufacturing. The door came in right on schedule, Will arranged the install date, and the crew showed up right on time. The install crew was polite and paid close attention to every last detail to ensure the old door was removed, the area was cleaned and prepped, and the new door installed to ensure no gaps, insulation issues, structural issues, etc. They were done in a few hours and the new door seamlessly fit into the house as if it was always there. All the debris was hauled off and the area cleaned up. I've included before pics (the oval glass door) and after (the modern yellow door) which dazzles inside the home and out. So beyond happy, a dazzling front door truly is the crown jewel of a house.

Micah did a 5*+ job on our smart fireplace. He took the time needed to make sure everything was done and done well. He also took the time to explain and show me a few things I never knew. Great customer service.

The two guys who cleaned our duct, vents and dryer vent were outstanding. They were thorough, explained the process, were personable and respectful plus they arrived on time and certainly represented Washington Energy with integrity and professionalism. I highly recommend this company and I will call on them again.

Poor quality control. They replaced the windows on my parent's house a couple years ago. When I repainted the home this summer I had to redo several window seals. Some had their frames rotting. It's clear that they didn't do a proper squeeze out, but merely applied sealant on top (see pictured). The east facing ground level window was missing sealant entirely. Also, one large window routinely fogs up, yet when my parents brought that up they were told "they sometimes do that".
