Fred and his team are excellent! We have used them twice now. The first, for a well spigot and the second time for a septic pipe leak. They are very reasonably price, prompt and even work on weekends. Acqua Plumbing is my go to for any plumbing needs!

I tried to clear my own bathroom vanity drain for two days before I realized I had standing water in my crawl space. Fred came out right away on a Saturday, assessed the problem, and gave me smart options. He ultimately restored my 70 year old plumbing up to the current building code for about twice what it cost to clear the same drain with a different plumber a few years ago. I really expected the job to cost thousands more than it did based on my previous experiences with other plumbers. The icing on the cake was that he advised me to contact my insurance regarding the water damage in my crawl space. I didn’t know that would be covered so that saved me thousands as well.

Fred and his TEAM did amazing work at my father in law's home. We were looking for someone to respond quickly to a water heater expansion tank that burst and we're told by several companies, they couldn't be there until the morning and that we would need to buy an entirely new hot water heater, most likely.
ACQUA PLUMBING was there in about ninety minutes and they fixed the problem without trying to take advantage of him and make him buy a new water heater. They were friendly on the phone fast to arrive. And very fairly priced. We recommend them to anybody😊

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Aqua Plumbing. I was referred to him by the Septic Pumping company that I have used for years when I found out I had a problem. They told me that Aqua Plumbing was the best and they didn't steer me wrong. Fred came out the next day and assessed the problem and it was a big one. He and his team got on it that same day. A portion of the problem was to be covered on an insurance claim and they worked hand in hand with my insurance company. At that time all of my problems were corrected and my portion of the work done was a very fare price. Over the years I have messaged him with plumbing questions and he has always gotten back to me. Recently I had another septic situation and Fred was right there with his team of guys to get it fixed in a timely manner and as affordable as any plumbing work could be. Aqua Plumbing is "one of the good guys" and won't take advantage of a situation. I have no problem calling upon him if need be in the future and highly recommend his services.

These guys are amazing! They are very professional, kind and honest. We got four quotes and chose them over everyone else. Plus they saved us some money. All around the best plumbers we could have asked for.

Service technicians were on time and friendly. They explained what they were doing, were very knowledgeable about our gas fireplace, cleaned as they went through the service process and did a great job.

Commnication with the scheduling department was on point and keep me informed. Installation teams were really good and great to work with. Installation was smooth and did a great job, clean and efficient. I love my new doors. I have already recommended WES to two of my friends.

Washington Energy sent Shawn out for my yearly furnace service. I was able to get a timely appointment. He called 15 min before arriving. He was professional knowledgeable and open to explain what he was doing, what is should look out for and how my furnace checked out

It was a first year no charge service

Very polite technician checked my furnace and left me a clean filter, since I’d recently changed the furnace filter. I’ve used WES for many years now and would highly recommend them.

Our tankless water heater started leaking. I called Greenwood Plumbing and Heating because they recently serviced our air conditioning system. They wouldn't touch it because it was too old and they hadn't serviced in the past. Replacement cost? $12K. Ouch.

I called Washington Energy Services for a second opinion. James came out, determined that a pump had failed, and coordinated an expedited order with his parts department. It arrived, James installed it, and we now have hot water. WES was thorough, thoughtful and very communicative throughout the entire process. And the total bill was $1200 for both the initial service call and the repair.

You came out to do annual maintenance and my HP just totally flaked out the night before (fried controller card) so good timing. I was able to have the visit to verify issue included in the final cost of repair and then maintence so appreciated that. Saved $175 ... thank you

Micah was on time for our annual heat pump and furnace inspection/ maintenance. He told me exactly the process for his visit and was done in about an hour. We have been very pleased with Washington Energy Services.

Great customer service. Replaced door that had a leak problem and incorrect sill. The new door and level concrete will now prevent anymore leaks. The guys did an excellent job adding new concrete to level floor and installed the correct door and sill a previous company messed up. Also they discovered some side wall rot and repaired that as an additional job so every thing is water tight and done right. Thank You !!!!
