The service they provided was great! Called immediately when I saw a leak on my hot water tank yesterday. The technician replaced the unit that was still under warranty this morning. They were very professional and efficient.

This is the second tome Jeff has satisfactorily completed a job for me. He quickly identifies the problem, provides a quote and completes the job. The job is priced at plumber rates but is more competitive than some other companies. I called in the morning and the job was completed in the afternoon. Will continue to call this company as the need arises.

Joe is a professional who cares about his customers. Joe was a great help over the phone as well as in person when I had a few odd piping problems at my home, both interior and exterior. He is passionate about his work and his customers. And he does more than just fix problems; he makes them better. He is concerned with longevity and sustainability. He is an excellent communicator, a great guy and very cool. Joe is a great guy!

A leak was discovered in my old 20-year water heater. Matteo arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. He performed an excellent installation of my replacement water heating. He also repaired the flapper valve on my toilet! It was a great experience.

I had a burst pipe under my sink and water was everywhere. Seattle plumbers were available the next day. He was able to fix it fast and also checked out another leak I wasn't aware of. The cost was not cheap, but worth it for the flood control. The guy was really knowledgeable and didn't try any upsells. It was a relief to have someone who knew what they were doing. You can try these plumbers if you live in Seattle. It saved me from a major headache.

It was a great experience. We needed to replace our current water heater. Dustin explained the situation in a professional manner. He did not pressurize us to make an immediate decision. However, once a decision was made he acted quickly. We had a brand new water heater in just a few hours. He answered our questions and was efficient and professional throughout. He made the process as simple as possible. A homeowner who makes a major investment needs to feel confident about the end product. Dustin has done a great job and we're confident in the product.

The knowledge is what I paid for I call around an found that I could get a straight answer from other company's but the owner of acqua plumbing not only answered the phone he made sure I got taken care of an even tried to walk me thru it over the phone

Acqua Plumbing Solves Problems!

I've now had to use Acqua Plumbing for my house twice. Once for preventative maintenence and once for an emergency. Both times they looked at my whole system, figured out what the real problems were, and solved my problems. In my experiences with plumbers, electricians, and HVAC tradespeople it's common to see folks pointing fingers and saying "That's a so-and-so problem, and I don't do that. You'll have to call someone else." Acqua Plumbing has never given me that line. They figured out my problem, did their research, and told me what needed to be done, and then took on doing it. If you need a plumber that actually solves your problem these guys are it.

Work they did:
-Diagnosed my sewer backup and flooded basement, figured out the cause and repaired it. Upgraded my sump pump to handle the additional load if the sewer backs up again to prevent my basement from flooding in the future.
-Diagnosed inconsistent sump pump performance. Sorted out the electrical connections, installed a new pump, ran a new pipe with drainage so I was not pumping rainwater into my sewer line and paying the sewer fees for draining my rainwater runoff.

It’s been four months since the last time we communicated in regards to my grinder pump.
