We had a small leak in our roof that needed repairing. Valentine came out pretty quickly and the guy who provided the assessment was thorough, helpful and spent a long time talking through the problem. He even helped me attach a tarp to minimize the damage. The price was competitive (not the absolute cheapest, but solidly in the middle) and I didn't feel like they tried to needlessly up-sell. It took a couple of weeks until there was availability for the repair crew, but they were quick, efficient and looks like they did a very neat job. They took lots of photos and chatted with me about what work needed doing. Communication with the office was regular and thorough, and I would happily use them again.

From start to finish, I was very happy with my experience. They are a solid, reliable company that provides fair and reasonable prices. Getting the work scheduled did not take long from my initial request. I was impressed by the amount of before and after photos they provide to help visualize the work that was done. I HIGHLY recommend this business for any exterior cleaning work & look forward to hiring them in the future.

I was impressed from start to finish with the job on my detached garage after a Hugh limb damaged my roof following a severe storm. They came out right away. I also had them assess my house roof. David spent a lot of his time doing this and assured me my house roof did not need to be replaced at this time. They were honest and I liked that. I will have them back in a few years when I do need to replace that roof. The work was excellent, they cleaned up and didn't leave nails in my yard or alley. the workers were very professional and I felt like I was in good hands. Couldn't be happier. Great company!

Jeraemy and his crew replaced our gutters with leaf protectors over the past 2 days and they look fantastic! The scheduling and project management was a breeze and the work crew was always professional, on time, and informative. It's a large house, with a steep pitch, and the previous gutters have been dripping for years. We new immediately when one of the sections went up because the drip over our sun porch stopped immediately even though it was still raining heavily outside. Thanks for the great work, the attention to our house and yard, and for the professional attitude all around. We could not be happier.

They provided clear, well-organized documentation, met all promised timelines and goals, and communicated effectively throughout the process. Valentines is extremely professional, efficient, and thorough. They replaced our roof and the work was outstanding from beginning to end. This included the roof inspection, identification and photographs of problems and issues, an estimate of costs, assistance with financing, roof replacement with quality materials and professional staff, and a thorough clean up with all debris hauled away. We were assigned project coordinators and a manager that followed the job and kept in touch during the work.

I recently had my roof replaced along with new gutters installed by Valentine Roofing, and overall I’m very satisfied with the experience and the results.

I knew going into the project that there were some areas of rot, but it turned out to be more extensive than originally expected. The crew did an excellent job documenting and clearly showing me the affected areas as the work progressed, which I really appreciated. Communication throughout the job was solid and transparent.

Despite challenging winter conditions, the crew worked incredibly hard. Because they couldn’t begin until the ice melted off the roof each morning, they often worked long days and into the evening to keep the project moving. Their work ethic and persistence really stood out.

The finished roof and gutters look great, and the workmanship appears to be high quality. One minor issue: the day after completion, I did find a number of roofing nails in my driveway that had been hidden under the dumpster once it was removed. It wasn’t a major problem, but it’s something worth noting for future cleanups.

All things considered, I’m happy with the outcome and would recommend Valentine Roofing to others, especially for their professionalism, communication, and dedication to getting the job done right under less-than-ideal conditions.

These guys are the best. We were nervous to step into doing a remodel in our house given Contractor stereotypes, but my husband and I were blown away with their communication, timeliness, detail orientation, and quality of work. If they will have us, we won’t go anywhere else.

We hired CMC to build a garage/ADU for us. They did such a great job that we had them come back and remodel and expand our deck and patio. I'd highly recommend the CMC team. They're excellent at what they do and great to work with.

Christian and Randy at CMC Development Inc were the contractors on my house remodel. The project turned out better than I could have ever expected. Both Randy and Christian responded in a timely manner. They take pride in their work and this is evident throughout the entire process. CMC was retained to perform a full home remodel of our 1988 two story home. We enlarged our kitchen by combining our formal dining room with our existing kitchen. We turned our family room into a fully functional bar. We tripled the size of our deck and added roofs with heaters and recessed lighting. We made our downstairs 1/2 bath into a full bathroom by adding a shower. Revised our utility room into a much more functional room. All new doors and base boards. Added a 9' sectional glass door to the deck replacing a smaller slider and added a 6' popout window from the kitchen to service the deck. Their quality and level of detail of work were outstanding.

We recently finished a project with CMC Development and could not be happier with the outcome. Christian was easy to work with, super detailed and mindful of our needs. Outstanding quality builder!!
