Rick was great. The pipe broke and we had to repair two rooms. When I called to set up an appointment, he said he'd be there in a few minutes. He took moisture readings immediately, took pictures and removed the entire carpet, pad insulation, baseboards. He had all of the equipment needed to dry and dehumidify these spaces. He left his equipment running until the weekend. When he returned he took a few more readings on moisture, and even suggested leaving the half-bath running for a day. He is easy to get along with, and he gave me many great suggestions. Rick would be the one I choose to take care of any future work I might need.

In my time of need, I received a quick response. Jordan Benham explained everything clearly and quickly. He was meticulous and proactive in ensuring the safety of my family, my pets and my house. We were grateful for the extra time spent by him to follow up with us after the cleaning and repair process was completed. Jordan was great to work with and I would recommend them 100%. Our dishwasher flooded part of our home due to a malfunction. Restore was at our home within an hour. Ashley, Zavori and Antonio, as well as the other members of their team, were responsive and helpful, and they got things under control quickly. Their services were excellent. Our basement was flooded late on a Friday afternoon. The water damage restoration crew acted quickly. They arrived immediately and started working. They began the cleaning, took pictures and notes for our insurance claim. They had the drying equipment up and running by the afternoon. Joe kept us informed of what was going on and what they were doing next. Even our insurance adjuster came to inspect the situation. Even though it was getting late, the crew worked until all was resolved. The crew was professional and friendly. They truly cared to get our home back in order. Valentine's Roofing recently did the roof on one of nine buildings for us, and the job was well planned, well managed, the crew was contained and kept the location so neat there was very little clean up afterward--they not only replaced the roof, but they improved the infrastructure and gave us a stronger, longer lasting replacement while solving some ongoing air circulation issues. Really an excellent experience, and they went above and beyond in managing the logistics too!

This is the 1st time we used Valentine Roofing to clean our roof. We had a great experience. The crew was thorough and careful. They cleaned up all the debris from cleaning the roof and gutters. We were so impressed by how easy it was to get a quote, schedule the work, have it completed and paid.

First time for roof & gutter cleaning 2.5 hrs and they seemed to do a very good job. Only gave 4 🌟 because we still have a lot of pine needles at the bottoms of the shingles, not sure if that's normal? Clean up was excellent. Gutters had most of the debris cleaned out too. They also did an excellent job putting on our new roof 10 yrs ago! I would definitely recommend Valentine Roofing.

They put a new roof on my house several years ago. I got 3 bids and theirs was in the middle, but not much more than the lowest bidder. However, they came across as significantly more professional than the lowest bidder and I felt confident having them work on my roof. Since then, I've been getting the annual maintenance with detailed photos and it gives me great peace of mind.

Recently I noticed that they now do siding installation and I contacted them about some repair work I needed on my siding. Even though they weren't prepared to handle siding repairs at this time, they referred me to an independent contractor who ended up squeezing me in very quickly and finished my repair at a very reasonable price.

Had fantastic results working with Valentine Roofing on my roof replacement. They were prompt in sending out an estimator and provided a thorough breakdown of costs. Inclusions and exclusions were straightforward and there were absolutely no hard sell tactics, unlike some of their competitors (you know who you are). Quote came back on the lower end of the bids received. Great communication throughout, starting with pre-project, during construction I received a daily call to provide an update and there multiple follow up calls after completion. Crew was fantastic, hard working and quick yet paying attention to details. The foreman kept me informed of any changes to schedule, additional material or installation costs, there were no surprises. High quality installation and attention to detail, the roof looks great and I'm already receiving complements from neighbors. Site was left completely spotless going as far as using a magnet to find any errant nails on my lawn. I will recommend Valentine to anyone who asks. I would enjoy working with Valentine again however with the 50 year warranty, I may have replaced my last roof.
